Posizione ottima. All’arrivo è stato fatto un upgrade e ci hanno riservato la camera con balconcino sulla piscina, molto gradito. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort e pulita. Staff accogliente e sorridente. Struttura situata in zona molto signorile e a 10 minuti a piedi da Plaça catalunya. Consigliassimo

El servicio del Bar en la tarde, pedimos hielos para dos personas para llevar a la habitación y solo nos dieron 3 cubitos porque se les había roto la hielera y los otros hielos los iban a ocupar para venderlos ( ese fue el argumento del bar tender ) . Además según yo reservé habitación con dos camas y solo me dieron la habitación con una cama, y para cambiar de habitación había que pagar 20 Euros por noche extra . Además la habitación era súper pequeña. El desayuno nada espectacular y lo que te venden como súper área de alberca es una mini pileta con vista a vecinos y edificios habitacionales. Lo positivo es la limpieza del cuarto, la amabilidad de los recepcionistas y la ubicación . En resumen muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

Der Empfang und das Personal war sehr nett, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Wir waren sehr froh über die Klimaanlage! Der Pool ist nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos, aber ich war froh über die Abkühlung und die bequeme Liege am Pool.

Unser Zimmer war sehr nüchtern und ohne großen Komfort.

Le personnels étaient très agréables, gentils. Ils nous ont donné des bonnes adresses où manger qur Barcelone !

The room i know it was a small double, but struggled to get round the bottom of the bed, very dark room also other than hanging space there was no where to put anything i.e drawers.

Zeer mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel, top hygiëne, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, lekker gegeten in het restaurant (was ook in de ontbijtzaal en niet echt als restaurant ingericht, maar het eten maakte alles goed), zonneterras met ligstoelen en handdoeken met een klein maar proper zwembad. Uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen met een fris glaasje cava. De Ramblas op slechts 15' wandelen. Enkel superlatieven voor deze plek! Een aanrader!

Le camere premium vecchie con un bagno orrendo e senza una doccia decente, ma con una vasca da bagno ed un doccino. La pulizia da rivedere, non accettabile trovare gli insetti in bagno (questo perché le tubature sono vecchie e hanno solo rimodernato senza ristrutturare davvero); la colazione varia come quantità, ma di modesta qualità. Appena arrivati, non ci hanno nemmeno fatto vedere la camera e ci hanno fatto pagare subito. È la 14 volta che veniamo a Barcellona. Conosciamo benissimo la Spagna e non mi è mai capitato in nessun altro struttura a 4 stelle. Solitamente scegliamo la catena Catalona, e lo rifaremo in futuro perché diversamente da questa catena, i 4 stelle dei Catalona sono di ottimo livello . Questo non lo è. Non lo raccomando

Work was being done on property next door started banging and drilling very early but this is out of the hotels control. They even went next door to make sure they didn’t start earlier than their supposed time. They offered to move us but too much hassle to move , again the reception team did their best.

Dimensioni della camera tripla troppo ridotte. Con 3 valigie per una vacanza di 8 giorni rimaneva a malapena spazio per muoversi. Se non fosse stato per questo avrei senz'altro assegnato un punteggio più elevato.

This hotel was conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. Some of our group had breakfast and enjoyed the diverse offerings. within walking distance of several public transit stops along with multiple restaurants.

Tolle Lage. Tolles reichhaltiges Frühstück. Leckerer Kaffee. Gute Lage, gute Dusche, genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, Klimaanlage leise und funktionstüchtig. Sauber!!

Das Bett war miniatur. Ich schätze 130x190 (max) wir sind beide nur 1,75 aber größere Menschen hätten Probleme bekommen. Zwischen Bett und Wand waren zum Durchgehen max 30cm Platz der mit einer überlangen Gardine versperrt war. Aussicht in einen Schacht. Man konnte nicht mal den Himmel sehen.

Matériel dans la chambre et qualité du papier toilette et savon laisse vraiment à désirer. Clim ne se règle pas à la température voulue, donc froid et bruyante. Impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aéré la chambre. Piscine rikiki pour 5 personnes dans la bassine !

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es wurde noch ein Stadtplan gegeben und Sehenswürdigkeiten erklärt. Wir haben sogar Leihweise ein Ladegerät für ein Mobilgerät bekommen.

Les seuls points positifs sont l’emplacement, qui est vraiment pratique et bien situé, ainsi que le service de ménage, qui fait correctement son travail. À part ça, je n’ai pas relevé d’autres points particulièrement positifs lors de mon séjour.

Très déçue de cet hôtel. L’accueil laisse vraiment à désirer : le personnel explique le strict minimum et ne présente absolument pas les services de l’hôtel (piscine, équipements, avantages, etc.). Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et un prix aussi élevé, le rapport qualité-prix est très mauvais. Au final, on a surtout l’impression de payer cher pour simplement dormir sur place. La piscine est minuscule, elle arrive à peine aux genoux et est totalement disproportionnée par rapport à la taille de l’hôtel et au nombre de clients. Le minibar est payant et quasiment rien n’est inclus : pas de massage, pas de prestations particulières, très peu d’avantages pour le prix. Même lorsqu’il y a eu une erreur sur notre réservation, la situation nous a été expliquée de manière très désagréable. Personnel peu accueillant et service clairement pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles.

È la seconda volta che soggiorno qua solo per una notte, questa volta dopo essere sbarcati dal traghetto in netto ritardo. Nonostante ciò ci hanno accolto in reception, erano le 2 di notte, abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio sotterraneo dell’hotel molto comodo per la moto. Camera bella e silenziosa che ci ha garantito un fantastico riposo dopo una giornata lunghissima. Colazione buona e internazionale.

Personal muy amable y detallista. En recepción, el chico que nos realizó el cheking fué muy amabla, respetuoso y además tubo un detalle precioso por el cumpleaños de mi pareja. Nos brindó una botella de cava.

La piscina estaba un poco desastre y las fotos de la web hacen pensar que es un espacio amplio y no es así.

Nice location close to public transport, balcony room was very nice! Had some issue but the manager got it all sorted for us! Appreciate it wasn’t really the hotels fault and the manager was great!

Our first room was a basic one and the ceiling leaked (not the hotels fault) but they did take over an hour to move us to another room which was abit annoying early in the morning being very tired (they did upgrade us to a balcony which is very much appreciated with a free bottle of prosecco) so they definitely got the issue rectified in the end 😇

The pool was lovely, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotels ice machine broke and they were charging guests for ice. I think that’s terrible. It’s not the guests fault that the ice machine broke. The fridges aren’t cold & the cleaners turn off the air conditioning when cleaning which is a pain.

On one of the hottest afternoons (June 22) in Barcelona, we arrived at Grupotel Gran Via 678, jetlagged and thirsty, having walked from the Catalonia City Center after getting off the airport express bus. The first thing the front desk agent said to us was, “Would you like a glass of cold water?” We had a fantastic 3-day stay at this exceptionally clean hotel with awesome breakfast bars attended by a group of meticulous staff and cooks. When in the wee hours of the morning on the day we were heading to Barcelona-Sants, the breakfast bars were not yet open. But without any hesitation, the front desk agent let us into the restaurant and gave us a box to take what we needed for the road.

It was so clean, and even the rooms were very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, with an open shower that also had plenty of space. Everything felt comfortable and well looked after.

The breakfast wasn’t very nice, so I’m glad I didn’t book a full package with the hotel, as I had some hesitation about the breakfast. Unfortunately, my breakfast experience wasn’t great, so I ended up trying some nearby breakfast places instead. Thankfully, there were some brilliant options nearby, such as The Egg Lab.

The AC wasn't very powerful and struggled to deal with the heat.

Good communication from the team prior to our visit. Check in easy and lovely welcome glass of cava and daily sweet picks from reception. We had interconnecting rooms and these were perfect with a view of the pool. Pool area small and quite shallow but perfect and unusual for a hotel like this in a city centre location at this price point. towels available for the pool too, which was helpful. Breakfast looked abundant but we didn't try as the hotel is central and close to many cafe's, restaurants etc. Housekeeping very accommodating when we needed a linen change unexpectedly and did a good job on our rooms each day. rooms and bathrooms both large and plenty of storage space for a weeks stay. In room fridge and minibar with enough room to store a few of your own bits. Very clean and quiet. Would return.

Posizione perfetta in pieno centro, a due passi da metro, bus e negozi come Zara e Primark. Lì vicino c'è una bakery che ha prodotti squisiti, di cui il caffè italiano, fondamentale per noi turisti italiani. Personale cordiale e chiaro in ogni spiegazione. Camera pulita e riordinata ogni giorno con cambio quotidiano di lenzuola e asciugamani, mini frigo ben fornito e doccia molto spaziosa. Molto comoda anche la piscina per fare un bagno rinfrescante nelle giornate più calde.

Non avevamo inclusa la colazione nel pacchetto, abbiamo preferita farla fuori (forse un po cara al giorno).La piscina avrebbe bisogno di qualche lettino in più, la stanza era un po' piccola (anche se funzionale, invertirei letto e armadio) e in bagno mancava il bidet, avrei messo un idroscovino/doccino

Ben denize gitmeyi hedeflediğim için havuza girmedim ama girmeyi düşünenler için en fazla 7-8 sezlong var ve hepsi kapılmıştı. Havuz 3 kulaç atacak büyüklükte. Fakat otel beachlere de yakın. En güzeli denize girmek

Did not use the restaurant as it was empty and you have a choice of restaurants in town.Would avoid the Café d'En Victor near the square serving terrible unsafe food to tourists.

Stayed here with my friend for 3 nights in May, and it is the perfect central location for all the sights, the hop on off bus stop is nearby too! The room was average, had most things we needed, but lacked space around the bed. The pool is nice, not too busy, but it gets shade quite quickly as is very over looked by other buildings. The staff here are really helpful and friendly, evening helping me carry drinks to my room! We didn’t eat here as we like to go out for breakfast. I would say this is a great hotel if you want a central location, nice service and clean hotel!
