Ottima struttura in buona posizione, colazione ottima e varia. personale gentile e cordiale, camera nel complesso confortevole, ottima idea del drink di benvenuto e la possibilità di bere acqua durante il giorno in reception.

piscina sul rooftop piccola e inutile, meglio non averla in pratica. pulizia non ottimale, qualche formica in camera, prezzo abbastanza elevato ma in linea con la città e l'attuale offerta a parità di posizione.

Staff incredibly rude and not accommodating. Having to chase for clean bedding for our child’s cot despite it being obvious during cleaning service that new sheets were required. Not replenishing tea / coffee making facilities in the room and when asked for a top up we were told that this doesn’t start until 9am and if we wanted this we would have to go to reception to collect ourselves.

I was not informed by the front desk at check-in on how difficult it is to get a taxi on a Monday morning. I missed my train ride to Paris because there were no available taxis or car service. I asked the front desk to call me a taxi, and they said wait times are up to an hour during weekday mornings. They should let guests know this in advance, because I was not the only hotel guest who had this experience. A lady was complaining about missing her flight. Please disclose this to guests at check-in, allowing them to pre-plan.

Reception impeccabile, garage nella struttura ottimo al giusto prezzo, camera ben arredata, molto funzionale e con terrazza fornita di piscina privata. Vista sulla città. Struttura "nuova" (penso rinnovata abbastanza di recente)) bella e funzionale che ha però saputo conservare un certo fascino "old style". Posizione magnifica: a piedi in max 15/20 min. si possono visitare tutte le principali "attrazioni" della magnifica città di Barcellona .

Iil giorno dell'arrivo abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'albergo: cibo di buona qualità con soddisfacente gamma di scelte. La sala però è veramente triste e così gli arredi. Insomma l'ambiente non ti fa venire voglia di tornarci, anche per il non impeccabile servizio. Mi è poi dispiaciuta la negazione di un later check out per il giorno della partenza, nonostante la richiesta fatta all'arrivo con disponibilità ad un pagamento suppletivo ed al canbio di stanza (anche la più brutta dell'albergo) dato che avevamo necessità di un semplice punto di appoggio per il pomeriggio in attesa dell'imbarco a tarda ora su traghetto per ll'Italia.

I was blon away, the room was lovely with a balcony to the street , they had a pool I swam in was lovely, the staff fantastic very helpful, the breakfast amazing , and I am fussy I cannot fault this hotel at all, it was so lovely

La excepcional disposición del personal para facilitar mi estadía. El hotel es hermoso, la cama súper cómoda.

Fuimos en agosto, y lo mejor sin duda fue la piscina del rooftop. El ambiente era muy bueno, y la piscina permitia disfrutar de un día relajante en pleno agosto en el centro de barcelona. Las habitaciones eran muy comodas y tenian todo lo necesario para poder descansar. Ademas, el personal fue amable y nos ayudo en todo lo que les fue posible.

Quizas el unico pero, es que la hora de entrada es un poco tarde (15:00), pero puedes dejar tus maletas en el hotel antes de realizar el check in.

L'emplacement est excellent très prêt du centre ville. Idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied.

La piscine qui n'a de piscine que le nom. Il s'agit plutôt d'une baignoire de 1,5 m sur 4m avec 80 cms de profondeur. Si beaucoup de monde, impossible de se baigner. Seulement 2 ascenseurs qui fonctionnent mal et un parking privé sans place! Coût du parking de proximité : 258€ pour 5 jours! Soit le double du tarif du parking de l'hôtel.

The staff was great! Very nice people and they have the best burger I have had in the last 10 years. Their rooftop experience with the bar and the view was great and they went out of their way to accommodate me and my brother on my trip. They gave me a chocolate chip cookie and a bottle of blanc de blanc on my birthday. I don’t know how they knew it was my favorite bottle to drink but they knew. No place I stayed ever did that before and the gesture was touching.

I only wished the refrigerator was a little cooler and it made ice but other than that everything was fine.

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Sabrina ( at the reception desk) was outstanding - very patient and kind. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room was nice and light. The shower was decent - had both a hand-held spray and a rainfall shower head.

Our "view" was depressing. The small window looked out over a vacant area in the center of the building - there was no natural light whatsoever and it had an ugly view of the elevator shaft. The room was fairly small, but the worst thing was the ugly view with no natural light. It really brought down the quality of the room.

Clean room with complete facilities and nice interior design. Room service was excellent. Great strategic location in the city centre, close to Casa Batlló, shopping streets, metro, cafés, and convenience stores. Staff were polite and approachable.

Bathtub drain wasn’t working on the first night, the water wouldn’t drain. Had to call reception, who sent the maintenance team to fix it.

La ubicacion del hotel es excepcional. El desayuno tambien, cenamos dos veces en el hotel y fue riquisimo todo lo que consumimos. Pero lo que mas nos gusto del hotel fue la amabilidad de todo el personal para con nosotros pero sobre todo para nuestros hijos. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

There was mould in our room - we didn't notice until the last night quite late, but it was pretty bad. If we had noticed earlier we would have asked to switch rooms. We weren't offered any kind of comp as an apology or anything, which I thought was a bit off considering how much the room was.

L'emplacement est top. La piscine agréable après une journée de balade. Le petit déjeuner très bon avec du choix.

La qualité du matela. L'insonorisation, on entendait la voisine de chambre tousser. Et le reste n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais les personnes circulant la nuit dans les couloirs n'avaient aucun respect, ils faisaient beaucoup de bruit.

Great location, 2 blocks from passieg de gracias. Super easy to get to from BCN airport. Everything you need within a 2 block radius. 20 min from Sagrada familia, 20 min the other way to the Gothic quarter. Wonderful staff and amenities. We had a room with a private plunge pool and we couldn't have been happier with it. Great time, will definitely stay again!

We got stuck in the elevator once lol but the call button worked and we were out within 10ish minutes. Knocked it down from 10/10 to a 9/10, but overall great hotel and great staff.

The location is wonderful. Within walking distance to the metro and some fab coffee shops and restaurants.

Checking into a hotel at 3pm is one of the biggest scams on the planet. After repeatedly asking for early check in, we arrived and still had to wait two hours for the room. The staff working at the front desk were so unfriendly. The triple room was TINY and had a small window, nothing like the room in the photos which showed a big window. We were so cramped. One lift wasn’t working and it took ages to get up and down from the rooms. The casting option wasn’t working on the TV either and they sent someone to look at it who just said it’s not working. 🤷‍♀️ No staff working at the cafe in the morning. There is no shade on the rooftop and no where to sit. It was just a really bad experience overall.

Personnel juste commerçant sans prise en compte du bien être du client. Clé à refaire 2 ou 3 fois par jour même sans mettre la clef à côté du téléphone. Très pénible de redescendre à chaque fois surtout avec un ascenseur sur 2 en panne sans cesse. Client depuis plus de 15 ans chez Catalonia, très déçue par cette dernière expérience chez eux.

Breakfast was nice. But facility overall could use some work.

The elevator was a hot box and the one of the left has to go all the way to the 6th floor before going to your floor.. its kind of frustrating. Also this hotel holds the record for most deactivated cards I ever had. 10 different cards needed as the previous one would not work and I only stayed there 3 nights.. Lastly, the walls were thin.. too easy to hear everything next door.

La chambre attribuée à notre arrivée n’était pas celle réservée. Elle n’était soi-disant pas disponible. Après m’être bien énervée à l’accueil et quand le personnel a réalisé que je ne céderais pas, la chambre s’est libérée comme par magie ! Ils se sont excusés avec un plateau de courtoisie avec petite bouteille de cava livré dans la chambre.

El parking en el mismo hotel muy cómodo. El gimnasio y la piscina de la terraza están muy limpias y cuidadas. Desayuno muy variado.

В номере, как и во всём отеле, было очень чисто. Ванная комната была со свежим ремонтом. Кровати и подушки оказались удобными, ничего не скрипело. Благодаря двойным окнам в номере всегда было очень тихо. Уборку проводили ежедневно, а полотенца и постельное бельё всегда были белоснежными. Завтраки в отеле были отличными: большой выбор свежих овощей и фруктов нас очень порадовал. Персонал был отзывчивым и всегда готов помочь. Отдельно хочется отметить очень удобное расположение отеля. Многие достопримечательности можно было легко посетить пешком: до Саграда-Фамилия, Casa Batlló и Casa Milà можно было дойти примерно за 10–20 минут.

Из минусов: номер для троих оказался слишком тесным. На двери в ванную комнату не было замка. В ванной отсутствовала вентиляция, из-за чего постоянно ощущался неприятный, затхлый запах. В номере не было ни одного места, где можно было бы просушить бельё или мокрую одежду. Также не хватало хотя бы небольшого балкона. Бассейн на крыше оказался очень маленьким, а вода в нём была мутной.

Stayed mid July 2026, was initially concerned regarding previous reviews saying rooms are small, that are not, they are on par or better than most inner city rooms we have experienced, there was no balcony in our room as it faced into an inner inaccessible courtyard, as did most rooms, but the room was spacious enough, good en-suite, comfy large bed, iron, ironing board, tv, safe, coffee machine, for a few nights what more could you ask for ? other comments regarding the size of the rooftop pool, we loved it, shallow and small yes, but like being in a great big bath with a great view, there was a bar on the roof and also ground floor but with so much around why bother, hotel ideally placed for sightseeing, close enough to walk to all gaudi sights, la Sagrada Família, harbour, if your pretty fit, if not, a short taxi ride, there are plenty of taxis, Food was good, the choices were many, wife is a lactose intolerant coeliac and there were choices for her but the staff didn’t really understand that she requests hot food made fresh, to avoid contamination, you pick a sausage up containing gluten, then leave it in the bacon tray, which she then uses, she’s ill for a week, we chose to rise pretty early to make sure the food offered was not cross contaminated by inconsiderate / uneducated guests. Good cold choices, cheese, meat, salads, yogurts, The cooked choice was mainly meat or eggs, done several ways for each I admit, for me, a veggie, I had eggs, eggs, and eggs, and filled up on bread. To invite an Englishman, especially a Yorkshireman, for breakfast, and not have hash browns, baked beans and HP sauce is unforgivable. Would I recommend ? Yes, I would, wholeheartedly,
