Ja, man fängt schon an: Das ist alles nicht ordentlich gewesen. Das Frühstück war katastrophal. Für den angepriesenen Beach Club wollten sie 5.000 Baht haben, um auf einer Liege zu liegen, obwohl nur zwei Gäste da waren in diesem riesigen Laden. Die Lage sucht man sich ja aus, aber es war schon extrem schlecht. Kein 7-Eleven, gar nichts in der Nähe. Nette Restaurants in der Nähe, aber auch nur sehr, sehr klein

There was so old and some stuff damage. - plug couldn’t use all of them - couldn’t flush the toilet (flushing was not great) - The hotel was dirty - It’s not worth to pay that price with this kind of hotel.

There were dirty and so many bugs. Lots of ants around the area. In the room, there were so many ants there. The play room got ants and cockroaches. No car park, if you take the car somewhere when you come back you won’t be able to find the car park.

Good quite location. Breakfast Very beautiful garden & fish pool. Many pools to relax and enjoy, including Alexa beach club. Nearby beach Good nearby local restorants.

The cleaning of the room was poor, we spent 15 nights and they replace towels only once. If you dont ask about Alexa beach club, you dont know its part of the hotel and that you can freely go there.

Some valuable things were stolen at our bungalow and with the allowance of the police and the promise of the staff we could look on the cameras but the staff is too lazy to look and to let us know something, even after several calls and messages.

Me pareció algo raro tener que pagar 2500 that en la piscina donde estaba el Dj cuando veíamos que no hay gente nunca, tendría que ver una opción para la temporada baja para sacar rentabilidad a esa zona. La playa 🏖️ privada estaba muy sucia, muchas basura🗑️en la playa no la aproveche...

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, and the room rates are very reasonable, offering good value for money.

During peak periods when the hotel was very busy, the staff were unable to provide attentive service. For example, when I asked a staff member about luggage assistance, I was told to return to the front desk instead of being helped directly. This was quite inconvenient, as the accommodation building was located far from the reception area. I would suggest improving communication and coordination among staff so that guests can receive assistance more efficiently, especially during busy periods. This would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Breakfast was excellent. Great choice of food and beverage. Thai food was exceptionally well.

The restaurant closes early. There is no support for the restaurant after 6 in the evening. If you are travelling with kids, it is a bit difficult. No one really helps with what are available or tourist attractions nearby. The staff are friendly but not really very helpful, probably towards Indians. They seem to be more friendly with Russians, since they cater to mostly Russian tourists.

Direct access to a semi private beach is amazing. All the pools are nice and the grounds are well cared for The garden is nice with lots of plants and nice fish ponds. It's fun to see geckos everywhere. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, I would return.

The rooms could use some renovations, mainly the bathroom. It's a little far from the city but you are in a resort with a quiet beach so of course.

Everything about this property was great: the beautiful beach, the friendly staff, the food, you name it.

Номера старые, стандартные, уборка за 10 дней-это заправить постель и вынести мусор. Полы никто не моет в данном отеле. Ходить только в тапках по номеру. За 10 дней не менялись ни полотенца, ни белье, это как то слишком.

The premises were beautifully maintained and had a private beach. The service was great. Ever friendly thai staff made the stay pleasant and enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

Everything was great. If anything, I would suggest that they had some cheese options for breakfast.

Location and Swimming pool

Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property did not meet my expectations and was not consistent with the images presented on the booking website. The surroundings appear quite outdated, and the building behind the room I stayed in was abandoned, which negatively affected the atmosphere. It also seemed that the hotel is currently undergoing renovation. The elevator is old, and the bathroom condition was comparable to that of a budget daily hotel, with very low water pressure. I would like to begin with the service. During check-in, the reception experience was very disappointing. I had to wait in line while one of the counters was available, yet no staff member acknowledged or called me forward. It was unclear which counter I should approach, leaving guests confused. In particular, one staff member appeared unfriendly, with a stern expression and no visible service-minded attitude. This was in stark contrast to the housekeeping and bell staff, who were polite, welcoming, and attentive. Regarding the room (Room 1448), I must say I was disappointed. The view at the back faced an abandoned building, while the front view overlooked the pool, but the room itself felt similar to a standard budget hotel. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the balcony was spacious. However, the wardrobe had a musty smell, the television was outdated, and the bathroom looked worn and poorly maintained. The water pressure was also very weak. Upon arrival, there were no towels provided in the room. Although the staff resolved this by temporarily providing pool towels and later delivering proper towels in the evening due to a shortage, this situation was still inconvenient. The overall property appears to be in a deteriorated condition. There are three swimming pools, but there were no staff available to assist guests. The beach is located quite far from the main area, and the beachfront itself is narrow and limited in space.

Anlage war schön und das Personal war nett.

Anlage könnte gepflegter sein (überall Blätter auf dem Boden) Wir haben keine Behinderung und haben ein Behinderten Zimmer bekommen. Die Toilette war extrem hoch. So konnte man kaum sein Geschäft erledigen.

1. Проживали в конце февраля в бунгало. 2. При заселении необходимо оставить депозит 1000 батт, доллары и карту не принимают. Почему-то сами обменять доллары не предложили. Рядом в магазинчике есть обменник (курс не самый выгодный). Носильщик ессесно хватает чемоданы и просит чаевые ). 2. Хороший и практически свой песчаный пляж. Вход в воду плавный. Лежаков немного, но проблем с ними никогда не было, людей на пляже не много. В воде иногда попадается мусор, но не критично. Постоянно играет энергичная музыка от пенного бассейна рядом. Бывают отливы, когда вода уходит метров на 30 от берега и еще метров 30 нужно идти, чтобы зайти по грудь, но там уже дно некомфортное, заиленное (при нас так было 1 день). На пляже караулит продавщица (кукуруза 50 батт, креветки 250 батт/10 шт, рыба), можно торговаться. Рядом с пляжем есть туалет, душ и кран для промывки ног от песка. 3. Вайфай ловит по всей территории отеля, в том числе на пляже. 4. 2 бассейна на территории, с лежаками проблем нет. 5. Приятная зеленая территория. 6. Еду покупали в круглосуточном магазине Tops (10 минут пешком от отеля) и заказывали доставку в Grab. 7. Рядом 3 массажных салона. Массаж ног 1 час - 200 батт., остальное 250-300 батт.

1. Не понравилась кровать и жесткие подушки. 2. По ТВ только 1 русский канал и тот работает через раз. Телевизор SHARP, подключиться с телефона не получается для трансляции с экрана, но есть YOUTUBE. 3. Завтраки не понравились. Одно и тоже. Удовольствия от еды не получаешь. Располагаются на открытой территории, соответственно постоянно летают мухи, мошки, птицы, по столам ползают мелкие муравьи. Контролируют посетителей слабо, поэтому можно спокойно заходить, даже если завтраки у вас не включены. 4. Расположение и плюс и минус этого отеля. С одной стороны у вас свой пляж, потому что отель в стороне от пляжа Джомтьен и по нему не проходит основная набережная. На Джомтьене все отели отделены дорогой и набережной, пляжная полоса общая, своих лежаков у отелей нет, людей купается очень мало. С другой стороны вы находитесь в глуши, рядом нет никакой активности, прогуляться некуда. В центр Паттаи 20 минут на такси Bolt (130-180 батт в зависимости от спроса). В Бангкок 1000-1200 батт + платная дорога 200 батт. 5. Отсутствует спортзал. 6. В бунгало постоянно попадается какая-нибудь живность (маленькие гекконы, муравьи). В бассейне возле бунгало маленькие лягушки и даже небольшие крабики. 7. Ремонт в бунгало уже не первой свежести, есть трещины на стенах, плинтусах, дверных коробках, пятна на обивке мягкой мебели, сколы на мебели и т.д.

Lovely room, lovely resort. Two swimming pools, which is great because there is plenty of space for everyone. Good aircon. Clean room, nice facilities. There are restaurants close by, massage and pamper spots on your doorstep, and a 711 very close to the resort. Didn't eat at the resort, so cannot comment about the food.

The resort is a little out of the way if you want to venture into town (considering traffic). This didn't bother us, but it may if you are looking for somewhere that is easier to get around from.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in der schön angelegten Anlage. Der Zugang zum Pool war wieder super auch das Personal war wirklich super freundlich

Die Nachbarn Wir wollten dem ganzen eine 2te Chance geben, da uns die Anlage sehr gut gefällt. Wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll oder haben Vorurteile, es darf auch mal laut sein, muss aber nicht den ganzen Tag sein... aber man hat ja immer mal Pech mit der "lieben" Nachbarschaft... Dieses Mal allerdings haben diese ungehobelten Individuen dem Ganzen nochmals eine Steigerung gegeben, nicht nur wir haben uns, gelinde ausgedrückt, gestört, gefühlt. ... null Anstand, kein Respekt vor anderen, einfach nur anstrengend - extrem laut. Manche Nationalitäten sollten einfach unter sich bleiben. Natinolhymnen, das ohrenbetäubende Gedudel, der Klang der Schnaps Flasche, das ständige Gekreische und natürlich das Essen sowie Rauchen im Pool, hervorglänzend, trägt nicht wirklich der Erholung bei, da wundert uns nicht das deren Kinder auch keinerlei Anstand besitzen und erlernen-traurig. Auch beim Frühstück, reiner Egoismus dieser Gesellschaft. Ich, ich, ich... Und du kriegst nichts.... Auch wenn ich es nicht auf(fr)esse... So genug davon, Fazit wir für uns werden hier nicht mehr buchen. Ihr solltet das für euch entscheiden u i hoffe das das Glück mit euch ist.

Very nice location right on the beach. Very pleasant restaurants next door

Room and bathroom below average and poorly appointed. My room was "upgraded" to a pool villa, which was very disappointing. There was a very narrow pool in front of the room, with several rooms within a few feet. Not ideal. Bathroom hand shower was very short and inadequate to shower. Property tired and needs updating. Breakfast facilities not up to standard.

Jag gillade hotelets alyaut pol och omgivning. Mycket trevligt. Stranden var mycket trevlig och tilgänglig. Med bra resturanger runt om.

Området ligger litte utan för men med taxi 20 min till centrum

The rooms were comfortable and you had the option of using two pools. The hotel is right on the beachfront which is an added bonus.

The breakfast hall is too busy and breakfast station should be split in two. The chicken and pork were placed next to each other and guests were using the same utensils in both dishes they should be separated especially for people that don’t eat pork. The beach bar which is not in use is an eyesore so should be maintained and there was not enough deck chairs, umbrellas on the beach to cater for the amount of guests.

Rauhallinen paikka, hieman sykkeestä sivummalla. Huoneet siistejä & henkilökunta ystävällistä. Pool Villat omassa rauhassa tien toisella puolella "päähotellista". Voisin mennä uudestaan. 😊

Das Hotel ist eine einzige Katerstrophe , bei Ankunft wird man sehr unfreundlich empfangen bei der Dame an der Rezeption, die Zimmer und Betten dreckig das Personal ist nicht bemüht eine Bestellung entgegen zu nehmen - diese Bude gehört geschlossen

Unfortunately the staff were a bit slow and when we checked in at 6pm there was issues with our room, in which we had to wait longer to get into.
