Flooring in the room didnt feel comfortable. Would have liked carpet. Or like what days inn express does and do carpet with a flooring at the front door.

The beds and linens were comfortable and they allow dogs for a fee.

The staff didn't have good communication. I used the messaging through booking.com to try and arrange a pet friendly ground floor room but no one responded. I called them to get confirmation of my ground floor room and they said it was what I had. When I arrived the staff had no record of the call or the pet at all. She suggested I was mistaken about calling but I found the call log in my phone. I did ultimately get the room I wanted without extra cost but it took an argument to get to that point. We also noticed a foul smell in the bathroom due to what I imagine is a plumbing issue. For the price (230), the service and room was not worth it.

La chambre donnait sur le jardin donc pas de bruit. Elle était très agréable ainsi que la salle de bains. On peut se garer sans problème; L'accueil est chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est bon et suffisant.

L'hotel n'a pas de restaurant, attention , et ce n'est pas la faute de l'hotel mais je veux le signaler, à celui qui est un peu plus loin qui est assez cher (comme souvent!!!)

The place was very clean and comfortable. We had to change rooms since there was no hot water after we unpacked which was a bummer. Other than that, staff at desk was lovely.

I was quite surprised at the cleanliness of the pet friendly room. Highly recommend this property especially for traveling with pets. The staff was great, the price was awesome!

Friendly and courteous staff, spacious, clean, and a very comfortable room with Dove toiletries. The breakfast was good as well as the coffee! The hotel overall was very clean, up to date , and located well to getting back on the highway.

Everything starting from young gentleman that helped us at desk to checking out . It was so clean & the pool was perfect & nice & clean. If you are travelling with kids go to this hotel

Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced.

TV only had one or two free channels.

When booked on the second floor there is a steep set of stairs to climb up with heavy luggage and there is no staff to help. Reception staff not very welcome or accommodating. Breakfast is minimal on disposable plates

I didn’t like having to take the luggage up the stairs. An elevator would have been nice . The hallway floor on the first level off the dining room by the stairs was not clean.

We came by ferry and where on our way to gaspe. We had a very nice cottage next to the motel/hotel, which made our one-night stay very comfortable. This area has many accommodations and is usually used for an one night stop during roadtrips or to overnight for the ferry. The view from the cottage is a field of grass with a playground for small kids and a nice guarded pool. The fenced pool is next to the road. Our kids loved the pool. And we had a great evening walk in the park and waterfall nearby. The accommodations had two nice bedrooms and a practical kitchen with dining area. There were also picnic tables outside. We could park the car next to the cottage. Nice stop for families who are making a roadtrip and needing some space for children to play.

Most of the accommodations in Rivière the loup are directly near the road, which makes it easy to reach and park but not nice to look at. There are no whale watching operators anymore in Rivière du loupe.

Despite telling them that we are travelling with kids, they gave us rooms facing the parking. Whole night the street lamp light kept troubling us and due which we and ur kids weren’t able to sleep

Very good parking, very easy to find out room and it was easy access to the room. The pool was very clean, the property was very clean. I do not speak French but the staff members I spoke to had no problems speaking English to help me

The exhaust ceiling fan in the washroom didn't work. We had to leave at 5:30am and unfortunately breakfast was a 6:30am so we didn't get to enjoy the breakfast.

Nice location of room overlooking the woods. Nicely updated room.

So close to the highway. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bed was outrageously comfortable, especially after a 2 week camping trip.

The shampoo and body wash ran out after one use. We had our own though so we weren't pressed about it.

Days Inn by Wyndham Riviere Du Loup is a lovely and friendly hotel and we had a good stay here.

We liked everything.

Very comfortable beds and clean, large room. We really enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy our morning coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

It seemed dark, lighting was not good. Air conditioner was excessively loud.

The included breakfast was very basic. We were expecting a view of the river, but could not see it from our room.

Notre chambre était collée au groupe de ventilation au 1er étage au bout, avant dernier chambre et les moteurs du local étaient très très bruyants. Signalé au personnel et fait constater en live. Impossible de dormir normalement. À 4h du matin le groupe est devenu encore plus bruyant avec des bruits métalliques. Incroyable d’imaginer qu’une chambre comme cela soit louée pour dormir. J’invite la direction à y passer une nuit !

The room was clean. All staff were friendly. Breakfast was décent.

I did not like that they charged for décent internet. Basic, no charge but it wasnt a good connection. Because if that, I would not stay again as other motels in the area that are similar, do not charge.

La climatisation encastrée au mur qui est très bruyante, elle arrête brusquement à toutes les fois puis redémarre aux 3-4 minutes de façon régulière. Elle nous a causé une nuit blanche ☹️ des climatiseurs muraux seraient beaucoup plus silencieux selon nous.

The cottage was fresh and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a simple meal. The kids loved the pool and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

No complaints. We had a great stay.

Toutes les chambres accueillent des chiens et des chats, et malgré le ménage il reste toujours des allergènes présents. Pour les personnes allergiques, c'est l'enfer. Days Inn devrait annoncer cela lors de la réservation

Nous avons séjourné 2x1 nuit dans cet hôtel. La première nuit, nous avons dormi à 3 adultes et 2 petits chiens dans un chalet. Malheureusement, ma fille a dû utiliser le divan-lit et, il n'avait pas été fait, j'ai dû aller chercher les draps à la réception. La 2ème nuit, en fin de vacances, nous avons été logés dans une chambre double parfaite.

Not enough breakfast food (no more eggs, no more sausage. no more bananas ) at 7:30 am!! Hotel was full, breakfast food should have been planned accordingly. Internet was very slow Very few electric car chargers ans very slow charging

It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning was great with lots to chose from.

Room was very small and it took forever to get hot water and the water pressure was not great at all. Also only ine main light. So lights were on or off no in between.

The location was close to the highway and good parking space was available,which was convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The breakfast was average, bed side furniture had sharp edges and the AC was loud.
