Staff told me I can not use the bathroom in the lobby 5 minutes after checkout !!! Since I was no longer a customer. They eventually let me use it.

The location was good; there were plenty of affordable places to eat and drink within walking distance. The breakfast was adequate.

It was frustrating that there were no “complimentary” items available and that we were expected to get everything from the vending machine at the front desk

The room was so clean and spacious.

The location is not super central. The hotel is close to a train station, so it's not hard to get to various places, but it does take a while to get to more central parts of Seoul.

Riesiges, gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Fensterfront bis zum Boden und ungewöhnlich: ein klein bisschen zu öffnendes Fenster - wie toll. Wunderbares, riesiges Bett, luxuriöse Bettwäsche. Perfekte Lage, gegenüber tolle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Flughafenbus gleich vor dem Hotel. Sehr zuvorkommendes, professionelles Hotelpersonal. Absolut empfehlenswert. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt, beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder!

The Location ! So far away from the airport and the city center! I didn't know that there is another Four Points hotel very near to the city and Seoul station

The hotel is easy to reach thanks to its excellent public transport connections, and the facilities are well equipped. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and always happy to help. After a long flight, their warm welcome was especially appreciated. They were professional and assisted me with everything I needed. The area around the hotel is lively, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. If you're a light sleeper like me, I recommend bringing a pair of earplugs. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant was great as well.

The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. But the best part was the staff. The girls at the front desk were the best!

The only thing I could think of was that the bathtub was too deep and it was hard to get in and out of. And even that wasn't bad..

The carpet in the whole way and in the rooms stink because they are super dirty. These things need to be replaced.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the room had everything needed for a pleasant stay. I had previously stayed at this hotel brand in Dubai and had a great experience, which is why I chose it again in Seoul. Once again, it fully met my expectations

I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel, though it's a short period. The hotel front desk staff is very pleasant. The room is very presentable, clean and a very comfortable bed, pillows and blankets. My room was upgraded with nice views..

Clean and comfortable

What I liked most about the property is the location, 8 mins from the subway, buses at the front door, cafes across the road. Next would be the staff, they were beyond exceptional, helpful with ordering taxis to Seoul station and to the airport, holding our luggage, upgrading our room when we returned a second time. Also, if you don't feel like venturing out for dinner, they have the most delightful room service. The hotel rooms is clean, tidy, spacious and the view is spectacular with its large window facing the main street.

The tv channels. There are only a handful of channels that had English speaking programs. Although, I did learn to love watching Korean romcoms even though I did not understand it.

Absolutely amazing hotel! This was the second time I stay here for my trips to Seoul and the location is perfect! Very close to the Line 2 station, which goes pretty much to all of the important touristic areas. The rooms are big, very clean and the view from the 12th floor was absolutely gorgeous! The staff is always very helpful and nice :) Room service is also pretty good quality.

No complaints!

La ubicación del hotel fue perfecta para nosotros, cerca de una zona de restaurantes y mucha actividad, sin embargo, no había ruido, fue muy placentera la estadía. Todo impecable, delicioso el Starbucks, el Dunkin Donuts y los desayunos buffet! También quedaba a 2 cuadras del metro, nunca tuvimos problemas de movilidad.

Estuvo perfecto, gracias por todo.

Very clean, room is spacious, within walking distance to shops, cafes, trains and buses. The hotel staff are friendly and speak English well. They were helpful and orderedour taxi and kindly held our bags.

I stayed at this hotel for 21 days, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The biggest issue was the constant noise. The hotel was full of extremely loud chinese guests who had no consideration for others, making noise at all hours. It was impossible to relax or get proper rest. Cleanliness was also completely unacceptable. There were times when even the trash in my room was not taken out. Overall, the housekeeping standards were very poor and far below what you would expect from a hotel. On top of that, there were continuous loud “banging” or “thumping” noises coming from somewhere in the building, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. After 21 days, I can confidently say this was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The location was better than I expected. There was much to see and do in terms of entertainment like restaurants and cafes. Shopping was not too bad either. So, in summary we enjoyed the stay.
