Maisonnave

Good location. Parking great. Great good value breakfast. Staff excellent.

Nothing

He estado en varias ocasiones.

Location, cleanliness and staff. and

The bar could have been improved.

Great location, in the middle of the city centre, rooms are clean. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast is great.

Nada a mencionar

Clean and comfortable

The location, room, and staff were great.

Nothing

**** Recomendable 100%

Nada, no tengo ninguna queja.

Central location. Friendly staff, good service.

Todo muy bien

Nada

Brilliant location. Everywhere walkable. The staff were excellent and so helpful with dining reservations, where to go etc.

Nothing.

Lage

Teilweise laut.

L’emplacement central dans la ville. Chambre confortable.

Near the square and we found a small restaurant nearby because we were craving a burger!

Not as close to the Camino so there was a walk through the city after arriving…. And it was a long Camino day

Very central but in a quiet street. Spacious room, comfortable bed and good shower and towels. We did not have breakfast but there are plenty of cafes nearby. We (of course!) chose the Iruna on the main Plaza.

Nothing

Absolutely wonderful hotel in the best location.

No tissues in the room. I had to use toilet paper to blow my nose

The staff

The Breakfast was excellent. 16 Euros is not cheap for breakfast, but everything was good quality, and tasted good. The freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious, and the tortilla espanola was very good. The location is great, easy to find restaurants in the centre of town. We arrived on foot (walking from Zubiri), so it was much appreciated that the male receptionist was so welcoming. Also, having walked all day, having the option of taking a bath rather than a shower (in our room)was great. When we checked out, the receptionist gave helpful directions for us to walk to the train station. The bed was very good, and we got a good night's sleep. I did not hear any noise.

There was damage to the floor in 2 places in the centre of our room. It did not impair our enjoyment of the room much, but a cleaner or other employee should have reported it. We reported it to reception, and they apologised and made a note of it. I was pleased with the response.

breakfast, room size, HVAC, bed comfort, location.

AC!!! Comfortable bed and quiet room. Spacious with nice bathroom.

Nothing

BEST night sleep and best breakfast!

Modern and clean

Nothing

Everything!! It was clean, staff was friendly, great location for pilgrims.

Can’t think of anything.

I liked that the room had a refrigerator and good air conditioning.. Everything was comfortable and esthetically pleasing, and the staff was super helpful

Good location,clean,comfortable, reasonably priced.

Breakfast too expensive at 16€. Nothing other than Spanish TV.

The rooms were great, they had onsite parking, and the staff was very helpful. The location was also great for walking to the historical landmarks. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Wished our stay was longer....had no complaints .

La ubicación.

Tutto

Niente

Rapport qualité prix correct, propre et confortable. Et les bonbon nounours étaient très appréciables!

Rien

Centrally located and in walking distance of nice restaurants, shops and grocery store. Staff were courteous professional and helpful. I am doing the Camino so having a small refrigerator in the room was godsend

Camera e bagno spaziosi, posizione molto centrale.

L’emplacement et la chambre

RAS

Posizione strategica, praticamente in centro città.

The breakfast buffet

Bella struttura in un'ottima posizione

Nulla

Useful private parking right in the centre of the town. Great location and fabulous buffet breakfasts.

Clean , ac , blow dryer and good location with helpful staff that spoke English

Ce qui gêne un peu c'est quand on est devant la parking, il faut chercher un code à l'hôtel. Mais il n'y avait personne derrière nous en arrivant vers 9H Et on ne gênait donc pas. Pour accéder au parking c'est dans le rue de l'hôtel .On y descend avec une rampe douce et facile qui mène sous la place à côté. En bas, Il y a 2 entrées de parking séparées: une pour les riverains et un pour l''hôtel. L'hôtel est tout proche;

Rien

Welcoming staff and overall a modern contemporary hotel. Plenty of space within the hotel rooms also. Staff were very friendly and cannot be faulted.

Terrible soundproofing. Could hear voices of other guests clearly including every time they used the bathroom. Shower had an old used plaster on shower gel dispenser. This was obviously overlooked when being cleaned. Parking garage is very tight also.

Location Great Communication and help was perfect So helpful and amazing stay in Pamplona during the San Fermin festival

Nothing

Nos gustó la localización

Las camas y la almohadas muy malas.

Location and friendly staff.

We were there for San Fermin and this was a perfect location and kept clean. The staff really does a great job organizing the chaos!
