Reviewed Sep 8, 2026De balie medewerker was de eerste dag aan het werk en wist nog niet alle info. Ze was wel heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was naast het hotel en was zeer correct en lekker en de bediening was vriendelijk en vlot. Zeer goed locatie in het centrum van Pamplona. De kamer was ruim.
De bedden waren van zeer slechte kwaliteit, wanneer iemand zich omdraaide ging de ander mee. De beloofde korting op de parking konden ze niet geven omdat wij geen ticket konden voorleggen omdat wij een biep en go hebben voor sommige parkings. Een andere compensatie werd niet voorgesteld.

Que no sirven desayunos y la wifi. Un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene que tener buena wifi. Y que se escucha el ruido de la calle.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Die Lage direkt am Rathausplatz ist ideal für Stadtspaziergänge und Besichtigungen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in vernünftiger Gehweite. Die Frühstücksbar hat eine Karte von verschiedenen Frühstücksmenüs zu einem vernünftigen Preis.
Das Parkplatzmanagement hat Luft nach oben. Für einen Preis von 19 Euro pro Tag sollte das Ein uns Ausfahren eigentlich keine Probleme machen. Da kann das Hotel zwar nichts dafür, aber es trübt ein wenig die Freude bei Ausfrügen ins sehenswerte Umland von Pamplona. Die Bar, in der man das sehr gute Frühstück bekommt, bewirbt Drinks und Cocktails, hat aber am Abend nie offen. Eine am Plakat erwähnte Sky Bar gibt es auch nicht oder sie war während unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen.

La habitación muy pequeña, la ducha perdía agua por la junta de la mampara al utilizarla y quedaba el suelo muy mojado, incluso la parte baja de la puerta estaba hinchada de otros huéspedes. El paso entre la cama y la pared de la TV era un problema que habrá ocasionado más de un chichón y por último las regletas parpadean y había que apagarlas para que no molestaran, aparte de la chapuza de la conexión sobre armarios. Por último reseñar que al anochecer toda la habitación olía a cloacas.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Camera spaziosa è davvero pulita, letto king size comodo, la vista sulla piazza e sul palazzo dell’ajuntamiento (di sera il palazzo era illuminato e la vista era suggestiva). Posizione ottima per tutto, la convenzione con il parcheggio ha funzionato correttamente ed è stato facile da trovare.
La colazione si può consumare solo presso una caffetteria adiacente al hotel e possono essere opzionati vari menu, ciascuno dei quali ha un prezzo specifico, con una media di 10 euro a menu.

Le mode du petit déjeuner, pas de buffet, juste un bar mais ça dépanne. La douche dans la salle de bain, on innonde la salle de bain. Un peu plus bruillant le samedi soir, mais pas dérangeant, c'est la vie nocturne espagnole. On entend un peu les services de nettoyage de la ville le matin, mais c'est pas aux aurores non plus. Le roof top ne semble plus accessible.

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and overall just lovely to interact with. The Spa is a nice relaxing part of the hotel that I think makes a reservation at Pompaelo worth it.
There was nothing I didn't like. I had an issue with my Key Card, but the concierge took my difficultly with priority while managing other guests check ins. She was able to quickly fix my key card issue while helping to check in new guests. It actually was quite imressive.

La chambre (numéro 106) ne vaut pas 4 étoiles, loin de là. Trou de cigarette sur le pied de lit rouge. Pas de prises à proximité de la cafetière et bouilloire, (il a fallu mettre par terre pour branche). Petit lit 140, un seul coussin et petit déjeuner à la carte, pas de buffet. Pour un 4 étoiles, plus que juste, mais l'emplacement est au top, difficile de faire mieux.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026La ubicación fantástica. El personal muy bien, especialmente el personal que estaba de tardes. Usé también un par de servicios de su catálogo del spa y el trato fue muy bueno y salí contenta. Llegaba en tren y pude entrar en la habitación antes de la hora del check in
Quizás un poco escaso de amenities para ser un 4 estrellas. No tenía mueble bar como tal y la neverita enfriaba muy poco. Solicité opción de vistas a la plaza y, aunque me dijeron que era según orden de llegada, también me dijeron que lo tendrían en cuenta pero, a pesar de llegar pronto, daba a una calle lateral

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Ubicación perfecta en pleno centro. El desayuno muy bien en el bar del hotel, los sábados no tienen desayuno buffet. Hay un acuerdo para aparcar el coche en un parking próximo, cuesta 19 €.
Nos comentaron que el bar que está en el piso superior suele estar cerrado en verano porque hace mucho calor.

The view of the festivities from the balcony was amazing, facilities were super clean, and the staff was very friendly! We love that they had their own restaurant and bar just for hotel guests. Highly recommend staying here!
They are pretty strict about other guests coming into the hotel, which is very understandable.
