La nuit est chère, pour ce qu’on a, on nous prévient pas trop que si on garde la voiture dans le garage, on nous prélève 20 € avant et que si nous sommes pas espagnol ne parle pas forcément anglais

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Altstadt, schöne Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Dame an der Rezeption spricht auch etwas Deutsch und ist sehr nett.

Wij hadden de simpele kamer en die was perfect. Ruim genoeg en lekker en ruim bed. Heerlijk ontbijt en mooie inrichting van hotel. Voor 19 euro per nacht zetten ze je auto op bewaakt terrein van hotel. Heel relaxed. En direct midden in de stad!

Excellent parking, and great location for walking around the old town. Staff very helpful. We hadn't been able to find the car park when we arrived, so a member of staff accompanied us to collect our car and move it to the hotel. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Comfortable bed, quiet and blackout curtains ensured a perfect nights sleep Lovely bathroom, really enjoyed the rare opportunity to take a bath.

Altes Adelshaus modern ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind hübsch im Retro Style und dabei gemütlich. Nette gratis Gesten (Wasser, kleines Glas Nüsse). Direkt in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4. Stock mit herrlichem Ausblick.

Alles sehr schön. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel de très bonne gamme idéalement placé en plein centre historique de Pampelune dans un quartier très calme. Personnels d'accueil ( parlant français ) très agréables et très serviables. Chambre et salle de bain ( WC non séparé ) spacieuses et très propres. Petit déjeuner varié et complet; un bémol quand même sur les plats chauds qui en fait sont servis froids...Un bémol aussi sur la piscine trop petite. Un hôtel quand même de très bonne qualité et très bien tenu. On reviendra.

Piscine petite avec trop de peu de transats ou sièges autour. Difficile d'en profiter... Les plats chauds du petit déjeuner ( œufs brouillés , saucisses , bacon ) étaient froids et ce tous les jours. Manque une brosse de nettoyage pour les WC.

Las vistas desde las habitaciones. Primero nos dieron una que daba a un callejón; pedimos cambio, y muy amablemente nos dieron al instante otra, también en el primer piso, pero con vistas al parking. Al menos entraba mucha más luz.

Einfach alles. Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel in hervorragender Lage, um die Altstadt von Pamplona zu besichtigen. Elegante Lobby, sehr ansprechendes Design. Sehr schönes und großes Hotelzimmer. Eigener Hotelparkplatz auf dem Gelände, gut gesichert und von außen nicht zugänglich. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich gewesen. Dennoch möchten wir hier besonderen Dank an Silvia, Andoni, Pablo und Kiko sagen. Zu ihnen hatten wir den meisten Kontakt. Danke auch noch einmal für die Mithilfe bei der Suche nach der verlorenen Brille! Wenn wir noch einmal nach Pamplona reisen, werden wir dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Un séjour remarquable au cœur de Pampelune Idéalement situé en plein centre historique de Pampelune, cet hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié. Le service voiturier s'est avéré particulièrement pratique et appréciable. Nous avons également apprécié la possibilité de restauration sur place le soir, ainsi que l'invitation au bar avec un verre de vin au choix - rouge, blanc ou rosé - offert. La piscine offre un havre de paix, propice au calme et à la détente. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié, et élaboré à partir de produits de grande qualité. Ce qui a véritablement distingué notre séjour reste cependant l'excellence de l'accueil. L'ensemble des collaborateurs se montre d'une bienveillance et d'une disponibilité exemplaires, avec un souci constant du détail et un sens du service irréprochable. Voyageant avec notre fils de 3 ans, nous avons été particulièrement touchés par les attentions dont il a bénéficié. Une adresse d'exception que nous recommandons chaleureusement. Pero lo que verdaderamente sublimó nuestra estancia fue la excepcional calidad de la acogida. Todo el equipo demuestra una amabilidad, una escucha y un sentido del servicio extraordinarios, con una atención constante a los detalles.

Il n'y a absolument aucune critique à apporter, notre séjour fut en tous points irréprochable. En espagnol No hay absolutamente nada que objetar, nuestra estancia fue impecable en todos los sentidos.

The location was great, the rooms were beautiful and relatively spacious (for hotels in the old city) and had plugs on both sides of the bed.

We had 4 issues during our 2 night stay, and none of them were resolved to our satisfaction. 1) we checked-in late (after 9pm) after a long drive to get there, and when we arrived to our room the air conditioning was off. I couldn't turn it on (it kept turning off after 3 seconds). The next day front desk looked into it and said it was because a window was open, but we hadn't touched the windows when we arrived, & the AC was clearly off for a while when we arrived. 2) when we checked-in, we were very thirsty after a long drive to get there, but we couldn't tell if if the water bottles on the desk or in the fridge (or the other drinks in the fridge) were complimentary or paid (there was no sign or price list). Walking out of the hotel for a late bite, I asked the front desk staff and they said they would make sure there is a price list is dropped off to the room. They never dropped it off. They didn't confirm that the 2 bottles of water were complimentary either, so we didn't touch them all our stay. For this price point (and for any guests visiting your home or hotel) we expect you provi free water bottles replenished every day. This was frustrating and inconvenient because I needed to go find and purchase water bottles outside the hotel. 3) when returning to the hotel late at night before our second night, both our room keys weren't working. We had to go back to the front desk to have new keys made. 4) I was charging my camera battery in its charger plugged in the wall and had left the battery cap on top of the charger. When we came back to the room, the cap was missing, likely taken by housekeeping. The cap is required for safe air travel with lithium batteries, so this was very annoying. We also had a few other unsatisfying experiences: A) pool waiter didn't pick up the previous people's empty glasses when taking our drink order or even after bringing our drink.

The rooms were obviously designed by a man! They were so dark with hardly any lights, couldn’t see to put on makeup and a poor quality hairdryer. The pool is a nice but only 6 sun Loungers. There were chairs and tables around the pool but no staff to serve drinks.

L’accueil était incroyable. Le personnel a donné à la porte pour nous apporter un kit pour notre chien, pour qu il se sente bien, et un plan de balades à faire avec lui dans la ville. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable également.

J ai trouvé la piscine minuscule et comme il y a très peu de sièges nous n’avons pas pu en profiter. Mais c’est accessoire et cela ne nous a pas gâché le plaisir.

Mooie ruime kamer met goede airco. Hotel is goed gelegen in de oude binnenstad, maar wel rustig. Personeel was uiterst vriendelijk. Ontbijt was uitgebreid. Restaurant was prima.

De bar ging pas om 5 uur open en pas dan kon je een drankje bestellen bij het zwembad. Het zwembad is erg klein en er is weinig zitgelegenheid. Wat je mist is een terrasje in de schaduw waar je overdag wat kunt drinken.

Qualità prezzo non in linea, camera non pulita adeguatamente il dispenser del lavandino del bagno non pulito, il tappeto della camera pieno di polvere come anche tutte le griglie (esempio caloriferi) pienissime di polvere. L’asciugacapelli in bagno si spegne continuamente. La piscina piccolissima.
