Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai

We've stayed there during the Shanghai Pet Fair. From the hotel to the show, door to door, it's only 5 min. and very convenient. Staff were all friendly, Gym is fantastic. So many different machines and awsome view from the window. Pool was great. A bit cold water but there's a hot tub and also a kiddy pool. Good for family use. Room was nice'n clean. Loved the bath tub.

My room was discluded the breakfast but when checking in, they offered a meal for 230RMB. I mean.... yeah, I know the hotel breakfast would cost that much but hey, it's just breakfast. Not dinner. We eneded up using cafes around the hotel and it was enough and okay. You can find many good cafes around. Don't waste your money on breakfast buffet.

The customer care staff in the club area were exceptional beyond words. I experienced a health issue and they offered to take me to the location and translate for me. Exceptional service

I have been here for quite a few times when attending MWC Shanghai. This time it was even better since it was for family holiday. Great location, connection to Metro Line 7.

Everything, the service, the feel good nature of the staff, hospitality. Nothing was to hard for the staff. Very much worth it.

Amazing

I truly appreciate the attentiveness and thoughtfulness that Catherine, the duty manager, and her team demonstrated during my stay. Their excellent and exceptional service has completely won my heart. I have decided that I will choose to stay in this hotel in Shanghai when I catch a flight in the future.

Location

Getting older, mold visible

The staff, facilities and location are excellent. Added to this, an Indian restaurant (Namaste India) is in a close proximity for evening dinners. And AAP is also not far off for shopping.

Room, location and staff support.

Ubicación

The hotel is very good overall, but the internet… it’s the worst internet connection I’ve ever experienced in a hotel

Wifi

Świetna obsługa, personel 10/10. Najlepsza lokalizacja dla targów. Super widok i park obok.

Location and facilities

Pricy

The music in the hotel lobby was very loud, which made the area quite noisy and uncomfortable. Also, the artificial fragrance in the lobby was too strong and disturbing.

Excellent choice when working at the Expo. Big rooms, good amenities. Nice micro brewery in the ground floor, and next to a shopping mall with many restaurants. For a run, go to the beautiful, large Century Park just across the road.

Near the metro station and the exhibit hall.

The door will close on PM 10:00, so you can't use the metro door to the hotel lobby 😕, you must go through the main hotel entrance.

Our team stayed at the hotel from May 23 to May 29, 2026, while attending the KBC trade fair, and once again we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, and throughout the week every member of the staff we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team. My room was impeccably clean every single day and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. What impressed us most was the consistency of the service. From the reception team to the lounge and the staff at The Brew, every interaction throughout our stay was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It is rare to encounter such a consistently high level of hospitality. Having stayed with you before, it was particularly pleasing to see that the same excellent standards and attention to detail remain unchanged. Experiences like this are exactly why we continue to return. We would like to thank the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We will certainly be returning next year for KBC and look forward to staying with you again.

Mediocre hotel. Many have changed badly since my last visit 3 years ago. Must be refurbished asap. Breakfast was much bettor before, now it is just bad. Sad but true

First rate facilities for a business hotel, and just 20mins outside of Shanghai’s CBD so very convenient.

The Location of the Hotel was next to SNIEC Exhibition Centre and the underground Metro Station. I was visiting China for the first time and the team was very courteous and helpful. The break fast spread was exquisite. Service for any request was very spontaneous. The CONCIERGE (Alex and Team ) was very helpful and me relaxed for my commuting.

Tertemiz, enfes bir mutfak; bol çeşitli yemekler; inanılmaz bir müşteri hizmeti. Yıllardır seyahat ederim; böyle bir müşteri hizmeti görmedim! Tek kelimeyle harika 💕

Beğenmediğim hiçbir tarafı olmadı

service , position of the hotel, staff . you cannot ask for more . very family friendly. special thanks to Steven, at the reception. he was always very helpful and always with a smile on his face .

Great hotel with everything. Thanks Selena for excellent front desk service.

Perfect

Everything was perfect
