Grand Mercure Shanghai Century Park

Need to update room inside

Get pryer facility ? Im Muslim need to pray around reception didn't find any private spot also halal food

Prima plek goed ontbijtbuffet en behulpzame staf

Kosten relatief hoog

Posizione

Moquette della camera era sporca

Close to exhibition centre

The room is damp, beds are uncomfortable, bed sheets are smelly and not dry enough. Colour in the corridor is depressing and so confuse on where the room number is

Was good but not great Many thanks

Excelente ubicación en Shanghai. Personal atento y servicial.

Mooie grote ruime schone kamers. Goede bedden!

Spatious room, close to a shopping center with various restaurants. Not far away from Century Park

Staff are helpful and friendly

The hotel has a good service , tasty and diverse breakfast, polite and always helpful team, clean and cozy rooms. It always small so nice in the corridors. All was great, and I will return with pleasure.

Location is good, it's quieter. Room given was big, well maintained. Staff was very helpful in pointing me to places. Cleaning staff was very polite

Room was relatively clean, would be good if the bed was changed, I think it's too used. WiFi can be very slow at times.

Swimming pool - washing machine (self-service laundry) - room

Had a great stay at Grand Mercure Shanghai Century Park! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and everything you'd expect from a 5-star stay. Big shoutout to Zhou at the front desk—he was brilliant. Super friendly and helpful, and he kindly upgraded our room for my wife's birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The breakfast was great too, and the espresso from the coffee machine was honestly one of the best I've had at any hotel. I was hoping to use the swimming pool, but our stay was too short. We'll definitely be back and make the most of the pool facilities next time. Overall, a great stay!

Location near to Halal restaurant

Nothing

Room was good, i suggest to keep multi purpose pin for Mobile Chargers. breakfast was excellent.

Duży pokój

W pokoju i w korytarzu zapach papierosów.

Przestronne pokoje. Warto wziąć pokój z opcją wejścia do saloniku. Bardzo uczynna i miła obsługa. Dobre śniadania. 2,5 km do SNIEC.

Trochę daleko od stacji metra.

Location was great with nearby stores, eateries and supermarket. Rooms are clean with comfy beds. Staff were helpful.

Can tell that some of the room furniture are pretty dated, maybe it is time for an upgrade. Pillows are too soft.

Breakfast is amazing, and hotel is very good located

Beautiful, classy.

Didn’t like the blind in the bathroom pressing it for 40 seconds until it opened or closed.

The staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Zhou. He was very kind, professional, and always willing to assist.

Good service , clean , nice people

A little far from MRT around 1 km

Big and clean rooms. Good location. Good price

Tous.

Rien.

Staff at main desk were extremely helpful. Rooms were beautiful and the staff were very helpful, when we arrived it was really warm the lady who cleans the room brought extra water and a fan which was really appreciated. We didn't include breakfast, however, ordered a meal to our room delicious.
