Personeel aardig en behulpzaam, maar spraken geen Engels. Locatie centraal, alles goed te bereiken. Prachtige planten, interieur en kunst.

Centrale plek en dus midden in de drukte. Niet schoon: lakens waren bijv nog vies Zwembad leek op de foto's gigantisch, maar was niet meer dan een poel.

Good location for shopping , food hunting, many nice local coffee cafes. We made friends with local brands owner who are friendly and gave pretty good discounts and the goods bought of high quality. Overall the hotel is on the shopping and good cafes belt.

A little bit of rundown on the interior lobby of the hotel. The bathroom although is clean but had a peculiar smell each time you enter. Our room is near the staircase so a little bit noisy especially after guest comes up to their room after using the swimming pool.

Very ambiance, nice architecture design… staff friendly and helpful.

Should provide iron rooms or iron & iron board for guest. Little bit disappointed when hotel staff said need to call outside laundry itself for ironing service.

Echt heel mooi, heel veel mooie oude beelden van oud bandung, zwembad mooi in de binnenplaats.

Ver van het echte centrum. Koelkast was echt heel vies, maar verder echt prima!

Hygiëne. Op 1 kamer was het toilet niet schoon gemaakt. Bij navraag is dit helaas niet uitgevoerd, een dag later pas.

The availability of room fasilities for daily activities were not well provided. No shoap and shampoo, no slip carpet in bathroom. Only limited local tv channel.

Big spacious room to accommodate family of 5. Beds were comfortable. Walking distance to malls and restaurants

The room facing the road was very noisy at night with the loud sounds of cars and bikes driving by. Requested for a room change but unfortunately they could not accommodate the change. Didn't sleep well for all 3 nights. They should do some sound proofing of the window. The bath towels were old and withered.

Lokasi strategis di pusat kota bandung, fasilitas kamar oke. Mobil parkir di depan lobby dan pagi nya udah di lap bersih oleh security dengan ngasih tip seikhlas nya. Next time jadi pilihan klo ke bandung lagi.

The parking space is big. Parking staff is quick n responsive. The room is huge, clean and kinda newly renovated. Mattress is great. Lots of eateries n shopping nearby. Swimming pool is a great addition to this hotel.

The bathroom has not many ants but there are few. Towel can change to white color if possible. Maybe just our room.

really inconsistent rooms and not clean at all. New bedding needed as it was dirty. All the fixtures and fittings were very tired. Has alot of potential and the ground floor is very charming. Hire better cleaners and just tidy the place up a little!

the location is great. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel and only 5mins walking to Paris Van Java mall. You should try Bakmi Apin next to the hotel too, their Yamin Noodle are more delicious than average (this is not a paid ads lol)

Perfect location

Such a nice foyer area and big hotel but poor facilities. The guy who worked at the reception on Sunday morning had no idea what the cutlery was. They’ve got no microwave and cutlery. The ad says the restaurant is open but as soon as I asked receptionist, it’s not operating. The towels stink and very old, I stayed in room 217, the power switch for the bathroom was damaged and so dangerous.

The hotel's look and feel were nice. It looked exactly like the website. The location was practical for tourists to walk around the area.

i wish you guys had a breakfast option and for the toilet room, I hope management can upgrade a little bit for the interior.
