It’s a beautifull hotel. Everything is clean and the staff is very friendly.

The location is whats the problem. It’s next to a busy street and we didn’t sleep for 2 nights because people are honking 24/7, making a lot of noise with the cars and motors. We left the hotel really tired.

The Hotel is beautifully designed and expensively built. Very attractive. Has two very nice lifts for disabled access. Lovely gardens. A good breakfast. a lovely location away from the hectic centre of Bandung. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

I arrived a bit early not feeling 100% but little flexibility in early check-in.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben uns hier wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist schön und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Asep – er war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht, dass es uns gut geht. Sein Service war hervorragend. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt ist die etwas laute Straße vor dem Hotel, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Vorderseite hat. Ansonsten können wir das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very nice architecture and beautiful rooms.

The pool area is right next to a very loud street and the restaurant on the other side. In the pictures it looks like it's surrounded by nature, but it's not. The room service took an hour for two drinks and one dessert, which was cold when it was delivered.

A great find at the last minute! Loved the outdoor & eating areas! Food was delicious! Staff were excellent-friendly & very helpful! Unfortunately why it didn’t get a top rating, some of the amenities are needing repairs eg shower & bathroom door!

Broken door lock, shower was like a fountain which made bathroom flood, toilet seat kept moving from side to side, extra toilet rolls should be supplied-instead of contacting reception to get more

La cama y las almohadas súper cómodas,la televisión es Smarttv así que te daba la opción de meter tu cuenta para poder entretenerte!El agua de la ducha salía bastante caliente,la nevera y el aire funciona a la perfección!

El desayuno a pesar de ser buffet no tenía bastante opciones a elegir lo vi un poco escaso desde mi punto de vista.....

Le personnel au top . Chambre propre, nettoyer tout les matins, confortable avec tout le nécessaire.

Pas de chaise dans le balcon. Petit déjeuner très limité en sucré et le salé pas au goût européen, mais très satisfaisant dans l’ensemble .

Breakfast was quite good and the room service was excellent. My parents (88 and 82 y.o) were happy with the food and the portion. The hospitality of the hotel staff was great.

Unfortunately, the quality of the hotel facilities went downhill compared with when we stayed in 2018. We booked three rooms (for me and my husband, our kids and my parents). In my parents' bathroom, the shower tap was not working and there was a leak from the washbasin. The aircon in our kids' bedroom was not working. The bedsheet, the pillowcase and the curtain in our bedroom were dirty as if they hadn't been changed before we checked-in. There was also bad smell coming out of the drain.

The staff were rude. I was having breakfast with my mom and my little brother. We were at the restaurant at 8:00 a.m. My mother wanted to have breakfast at 9:00 because it was too early for her, but my little brother needed her to feed him. The staff told us we couldn’t stay because it was the breakfast area. I explained that my mother only wanted to order tea à la carte, but the staff still insisted that she had to leave the restaurant. So disappointed

The room was very loud because motorbike and traffic noise came from right outside. Many of the facilities were old. The air conditioner was noisy when it turned on, and the water in the washbasin was leaking, so a lot of water was wasted..

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the environment was nice , the food was delicious and the bed was super comfortable 👍🏻

What I didn’t like was that the kettle wasn’t very clean, and the air conditioner kept following the outdoor temperature, so it got quite warm after a while.

Vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Locatie, dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden.

Veel achterstallig onderhoud: jaloezieen voor het raam was kapot, vlekken in handdoeken en beddengoed, badkamer was flink verouderd en slecht onderhouden. Ook erg veel verkeerslawaai. Wij zaten niet eens aan de zijde van de straat. Tijdens het ontbijt buiten kan je elkaar nauwelijks verstaan.

Het gebouw en de kamers zijn prachtig. Het was fijn dat de kamers van ouders en kinderen verbonden waren met een tussendeur. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.

Dit prachtige hotel bevindt zich op een kruispunt van drukke wegen. We ontdekten pas na drie dagen dat het mogelijk is in de buurt een mooie wandeling te maken.

Bandung is lovely and this place was so nice. Next to a forest walk and short walk from the zoo. Would stay here again

I love the staff, very friendly, the food for breakfast excellent, the bed very comfortable and clean But the noise is terrible. The only problem is we can’t sleep with constant sounds of vehicle passing trough.

The air conditioning was not cool enough

Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Der Preis wirkte anfangs für das gebotene sehr gut. Allerdings liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und ist Recht hellhörig. Außerdem wirkte unser Zimmer sehr feucht. Sprich die (leicht fleckige) Bettwäsche fühlte sich feucht an. an unschönsten war allerdings das Bad. Es roch übel und man könnte an mehreren Stellen Schimmel entdecken. In Summe würden wir dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal wählen.

Interesting architecture with a beautiful pool and garden. In need of maintenance and better room hygiene. The hotel is located in a lovely leafy part of Bandung but there is a constant hum of motorbikes.

We found a bedbug in the bed. We reported it to the staff and we immediately got a new room :)!

The location is strategic, it is close to the city, but also not too crowded. A lot of restaurants nearby. It's only 10 minutes on bike to the place I work for my 4D3N stay. The room is unexpectedly spacious and could host more than 4 people if I want to. The breakfast is nice, but it would do better with more variety. The staffs are friendly, and the pool is nice. They have trees around the hotel, to be honest, there is no need for an Air Conditioner because the trees and the location is cold.

I'm not sure if it's my problem (the cleanliness of my body since I worked until 1 am for 2 nights so I didn't shower before I go to bed) or it's the bedsheet that isn't clean enough, but I have my back itchy and red. The bathroom will be better with an exhaust, and the hairdryer turned off by itself after a few minutes I used it—only to turn back on after a few minutes I left it "recharge".

Love the classic style of the hotel, the room is bigger than most and it is also clean. The breakfast is yummy, i think the chef is improving, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it is located at the heart of the city.

I think they needs to fix the AC. It takes a long time to cool the room, and when it does, the temp is not too cold.

We checked in & were given a room that we had not booked. We asked to be moved, which was accommodated. However, new room allocated was directly under their kitchen/restaurant area which is being renovated. So we were met with drilling and hammering directly under our room. LOUD. Moved again to another room. Two of the nights we stayed, they had big groups in their restaurant area in the evening. One of those nights with a very loud speaker system. Not what we expect booking into a hotel for a relaxing holiday. There was a letter in the room upon arrival apologizing for building works. However, as a courtesy we should have been informed when making the booking. This would have given us the opportunity to decide prior to arriving if this was acceptable for us. Breakfast was predominantly Indonesian food. It would have been nice to have more western options. Tried to book a tour, but staff did not get back to us. A beautiful hotel that unfortunately was a disappointing stay.
