Great hotel location with good parking area right infront of the hotel main entrance. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Facilities in general looks great.

The staff, Yes they are polite, and they know exactly what to say, and what to respond to your concern or questions. But with very Cold face with instructions that we have to follow! a bit of arrogance.. I came with my luggage to the reception. I checked in and asked if anyone can help me with the luggage I got a surprise answer - all staff are busy now!! I stayed for 2 nights, atmosphere very cold.. not friendly at all. That’s my personal feeling

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in 50 m Entfernung. Die Parkmöglichkeit für unser Auto war hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück super und das Ambiente im Hotel war sehr schön.

Красивый, просторный исторический отель удобно расположен. Рядом подъемник, остановка, мини гольф, интересная детская площадка недалеко от отеля, шикарный спа центр, который входил в стоимость

В целом все прекрасно, но я бы добавила тапочки, халаты и набор ватных дисков и ватных палочек в номер

Bardzo klimatyczny, z ponad 150-letnią historią hotel. Położony obok kompleksu Spa (wejście dla gości hotelu w cenie) i niedaleko jeziora. W cenie również komunikacja miejska i kolejki górskie. Zróżnicowana oferta kulinarna w pobliskich hotelach tej samej grupy.

Łóżko mogło być podwójne :) - były połączone dwa pojedyncze.

Sehr schönes Jugendstil Hotel, wunderbares Zimmer in der Belle Etage, sehr freundliches Team an der Reception und beim Frühstück (sehr gutes Frühstück, u.a. Omelette nach meinem Wunsch zubereitet). Highlight war das kleine Konzert am Abend in der stilvollen Bar des Reine Victoria Rundum perfektes Wochenende, danke

É um clássico da hotelaria. É uma experiência única conhecer o glamour dos hotéis de outras épocas. Vale a pena a experiência. Todos deveriam conhecer. Café da manhã muito bom, acima da média e funcionários atenciosos.

O piso da área do chuveiro muito escorregadio. Poderia ter um tapete para melhorar.

Very spacious hotel and very well positioned in the center, easily accessible from any direction. The rooms are large and well-equipped, beds are comfortable. Parking is very convenient, too.

I will have to think hard for this. Everything was just perfect.

The bed was amazing!!! Big room like a palace

The room was beautifully modernized and decorated. Bed, furniture, everything was comfotable. Staff were very helpfull. Breakast was excellent with wide choice.

La struttura è molto bella ed elegante un po i bagni rotti lasciano a desiderare.

Struttura discreta. Camera ampia e pulita, nel bagno è presente il bidet. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Manca il ristorante, nelle camera non c'era il frigorifero e neppure le bottiglie d'acqua d'ordinanza. La struttura andrebbe un po' rinfrescata a livello generale.

מלון מצויין. לקחנו חדר סופייר, חדר גדול ומרווח, מאובזר ויפה בקומה גבוהה. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת אין מילים. צוות המלון נחמד מאוד. מיקום המלון לא במרכז העיר אבל מקום שקט מאוד וזה מה שחיפשנו. מהמלון נותנים תחבורה חינם של רכבלים ואוטובוסים באזור סנט מוריץ - מרשים מאוד! יש רכבל לעלייה להר במרחק כמה דקות הליכה. יש סופרמרקט קרוב במרחק הליכה. חנייה עולה 15 פרנקים שוויצרים ליום. בהחלט נחזור.

Edificio precioso, las instalaciones cumplen la expectativa, el personal super atento y simpático, nos recomendaron restaurantes y nos hicieron la reserva. Buen sitio para estar unos dias

De locatie was prachtig en mooi oud gebouw. De bedden waren heerlijk en omdat wij 25 jaar getrouwd zijn kregen wij een upgrade van de kamer. (fantastisch uitzicht) Prijs voor 2 nachten is aan de stevige kant voor wat je krijgt.

Het is allemaal wel oud vooral de badkamer, geen bad maar een gammele douchecabine, geen strijkijzer (wel strijkservice, helaas niet meer aanwezig bij aankomst) en jammer dat er geen airco aanwezig is. Half pension is wel aan te raden, fantastische restaurants op loopafstand waar je uit kunt kiezen van Sushi tot pizza reataurant. Je mag 3 gangen kiezen en het is veel en fantastische kwaliteit.

Too many groups booked in - breakfast was chaotic. To get to our room we had to go up and down stairs to enter and exit which was tricky with cases.

המלון ממוקם קרוב מאוד לאגם סנט מוריץ, ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה : ירקות פירות ביצים נקניקים סלמון מעושן וכו נתנו כרטיס כניסה למרחצאות ציבוריים מאוד קרובים שהיו מאוד טובים וכללו בריכות פנימי חיצוני ומגלשות לילדים.

הצוות לא מסביר פנים ויש צורך לפנות ולשאול ולברר כדי לקבל תשובה , היינו יומיים ותמיד היה צורך לבקש מגבת לשלישי בחדר למרות שהזמנו לשלושה אנשים. הזמנו חצי פנסיון ושלחו אותנו למסעדה לטעמנו זה חצוף יכולנו להזמין לבד , אין במלון כלום להוציא לובי וחדר אוכל. כתוב באתר של בוקינג שיש ספא קטן לא קיים במציאות במלון . המלון לא זול ולכן לא שווה את התמורה אפשר לישון למי שבה עם אוטו בכל מקום.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war wie immer ausgezeichnet, vor allem die warmen Speisen hatten es mir sehr angetan. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich sehr "Zu Hause"

This hotel was one of our favourites of the trip! We were upgraded to a renovated room which was really clean, spacious and comfortable. The addition of free use of public transport and cable cars was the icing on the cake for us! Breakfast was great too - always abundant and fresh no matter what time you go at. Would highly recommend a stay here!

One night in this beautiful old school Hotel. Superior room view on mountain - large room a but old but it is ok renovated. Very nice bed. Common area bar, salon all very beautiful . Breakfast is soooo huge and good ! Good stop at st moritz

Very good offer for free enterance to the swimmingpool which had many facibilities and that all cabletrains and buses where for free.

Zimmer sehr ordentlich, Sauberkeit top, Frühstück sehr umfangreich, könnte etwas "schweizerischer" sein, aber die Erwartungen sind halt international

Fernseher hat nicht gut funktioniert, Sofa hat sich nicht ganz hygienisch angefühlt

Spacious room with good shower. Very helpful staff. Shuttle to the station was very good. Very good breakfast. Use of spa facilities was a bonus.

Struttura datata, poca pulizia, mobili vecchi e ancora la moquette nella camera, tra l’altro poco pulita. Un ascensore su due non funzionante. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere dell’acqua perché nel frigo bar non c’era, come le ciabatte che, in un 4 stelle, dovrebbero essere sempre presenti.

Sehr schön renoviertes Hotel - grosszügige Lobby, wunderbare Bar & Frühstückssaal. Wir hatten ein renoviertes grosses Zimmer, viel Platz um alles zu versorgen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ideal - Waldwege in 2 Minuten erreuchbar, der Sr.Moritzersee in 5 Minuten, das Dorf in 15 Minuten - alles zu Fuss 😉

…es wäre toll, wenn es ein Restaurant für Mittag - und Abendessen hätte und man nicht ins Nebenhaus müsste. Es wäre persönlicher…

Wie üblich hatten wir einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Hotel Reine Victoria. Ein schönes ruhiges Zimmer, bequeme Betten, fantastisches Frühstück, freundliches Personal, tolle Bar, schöne geschichtsträchtige Aufenthaltsräume. Top gelegen, gleich neben dem Bad.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus aus der Belle Epoque. Prächtig und gediegen, gleichzeitig modern und offen (z.B. Veranstaltungsort für das Festival da Jazz). Der Konzertsaal, ein ehemaliges Theater, ist klein, aber fein und eignet sich hervorragend für spezielle Live-Auftritte in etwas intimerer Atmosphäre. VIC's BAR ist fantastisch, mit oder ohne Live-Musik. Der Frühstücksraum: Ein Traum. Tolle Aufteilung. Erinnert eher an ein Sterne-Restaurant. Das Buffet: Top! Alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Inklusive Service. Die Lage ist ideal. Bushaltestellle vor der Tür, Restaurants und Geschäfte ebenso. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad ist man schnell in den Bergen, am See oder in St. Moritz-Dorf zum Shoppen. Zudem gibt es ein anspruchsvolles Angebot an Fitness,, Erholung und Kultur. Das Foyer ist fast schon eine Wandelhalle. Wunderschön eingerichtet mit Konzertflügel, grandiosen Lüstern, Stuckdecken, schönen Sitzgarnituren und Blick ins Grüne. Herrlich! Und das Personal am Empfang und im Service ist supernett und zugewandt. Ein recht großer hauseigener Parkplatz direkt am Haus steht gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung.

Amazing

Clean and vary friendly

The hotel was amgnigicent. Its history, opulence and charm made it truly breathtaking. We were upgraded to a very large room with quiet seating nooks and a walkin wardrobe. The breakfast was included and the dining room and. bar were very elegant. For a large building it was very quiet and calming. There was a morning orchestral concert in the bar on the Sunday morning which topped off the elegant nature of the art nouveau atmosphere. OUr stay was all too short but were were extremely pleased with the experience.

Magnifica estancia. Lindo hotel relativamente cerca de la estacion de tren. Bien comunicado con autobus publico. Desayuno magnifico.
