Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Hotel has a restaurant, very good food and staff. We walked around Lake St. Moritz, The scenery is beautiful. Hotel has a shuttle service to the train station.
Technology is not one of my strength, the check in had to be done via a tablet, had to do your own hotel keys. For the young tourists the technology is great, but also have to think about the population that is not UpToDate on all the technology. Thank God I travelled with my son so he did the check in and obtained the keys. Besides the new check in technology, our stay was pleasant. There was not a live person in the front desk.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026位置很好，有公車可以到 有電梯，樓下有餐廳，早餐也是在這用餐 有鮭魚、起司、優格等冷盤，也有水煮蛋、麵包等等環境整潔舒適，連住兩晚以上也有送纜車票 入住當日是我的生日，人員很貼心 有送巧克力的小禮物祝福，還有免費調酒券 有車站的免費接駁車（需要先預約！） Check out後對於需要推著大行李移動的我們，真的很方便！
櫃檯沒有人….等了很久才說是自助check in 機器摸索很久，才說使用booking.com預訂的旅客 要到附近的飯店check in（步行3分鐘左右） 如果有告示牌的話就不會浪費太多時間了 有遇到房卡突然不能使用 還需要再跑去另一間飯店幫忙處理的情況 如果趕時間的話，真的會讓人感到崩潰🥲

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026L'emplacement près du lac est très agréable, par contre, l'hôtel est excentré du centre-ville. Il y a des bus, donc ce n'est pas trop un problème. La chambre était plus petite et plus modeste que ce à quoi nous nous attendions d'après les photos. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.
Le web-check-in ne fonctionnait pas. Comme il n'y a pas de personnel, nous avons finalement pu trouver une demoiselle qui travaillait dans le restaurant d'à côté (et affilié à la chaîne hôtelière) qui nous a prié de nous rendre à l'hôtel Reine Victoria à 250m. de là. Comme il pleuvait à verse, cela a suffit à nous tremper les pantalons et les chaussures. Pas la meilleure arrivée dans un hôtel !

Self-Check-in hat nicht funktioniert. Ich musste 200 m ins Hotel Viktoria laufen. Dort haben sie den Check-in allerdings schnell, freundlich und unproblematisch gemacht. Im Hotel Corvatsch Service gleich null. Hotel und Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.

Le confort: un fauteuil serait apprécié pour se reposer ou regarder la télévision. Une bouilloire pour l'eau chaude serait pratique. L'absence de personnel à l'acceuil . Très difficile de trouver quelqu'un qui parle français.

Hotel Corvatsch hat Online CheckIn, jedoch funktionierte nicht, CheckIn musste im Hotel Reine Viktoria vorgenommen werden. Die drei anwesenden Receptionistinnen waren eine Kathastroohe: Personal für einen CheckIn ungeübt, das Schwierigkeiten in Abläufen und Verständigung hatte, sowie uns als Gäste nicht Ernst nehmen wollte. Erst beim Dritten Anlauf (jeweils Pendeln zwischen Hotel Corvatsch und Hotel Reine Victoria CheckIn) als meine Partnerin wütend vor der Reception ausrief kam das Personal langsam in einen normalen Arbeitsmodus!!!!!

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Carpet was not cleaned - very dirty. There was not even a point to charge the phone, had to remove plug of the and crawled in the dirty carpet to charge the phone. Breakfast was good and so were the staff in the restaurant. The property has two main fantastic restaurants just in the next block - staff there too were very hospitable.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026El lugar muy tranquilo, estaba muy fresco y no estaba saturado de turistas, estás a pasos del lago lo puedes recorrer en una hora completo, el desayuno es muy rico, el día de salida te pasan a buscar en una van para llevarte a la estación St Moritz.
Que no había nadie en recepción, tienes que ir a otro hotel a realizar tu check In "Reina de la Victoria"

Ein sehr kleines Zimmer für den Preis. Die Dusche sollte einmal repariert werden. Zimmer 30. In der heutigen Zeit hat man keinen Teppich mehr im Zimmer.

There were no staff at reception. No answer from reception line in daytime. The room was basic with no tea/coffee maker, iron, hair dryer. No toiletries except soap. Bad pillows. The breakfast was all cold items and not enough vegetarian choices, like cut fruits, Saute vegetables, baked potato / tomato, rosti. Only basic breakfast items.

到着日にエレベーターが動いてなく、部屋までキャリーバッグを階段で運ぶのが、大変でした！

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026-Ein Tag wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht, nach Reklamation haben wir neue Handtücher bekommen. -Wir haben das Zimmer schon bezahlt ( incl. Kurtaxen ), jedoch haben wir eine Email bekommen, um das Zimmer und Kurtaxen zu begleichen. -Wir haben Shuttlewagen einen Tag vorher bestellt, würde vergessen. Wir müssten die Rezeption anrufen, würde jedoch sehr schnell reagiert.
