The pillows! The pillows were not comfortable at all, even when we asked for additional ones it did not help.

A fantastic 10/10 stay from start to finish! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and both check-in and check-out were quick and effortless. The biggest highlights were definitely the beautiful views, great location, and amazing breakfast. The breakfast especially exceeded our expectations we were genuinely amazed by the variety and quality. Everything about the hotel felt great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved everything about the hotel, from the accommodations to the common areas, everything was perfect! The service and attention to the customer were excellent, the staff were very friendly. Oh, and the restaurants were wonderful too. There is a free shuttle service from the train station to the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location and is easily accessible from the train station via a 20 min walk or by the hotels courtesy minibus transfer. The views are amazing from the rooms which a very clean. The hotel staff are courteous and helpful. The buffet breakfast and buffet dinner are very good and are very good value if you are upgrading from the breakfast only option. The facilities are also very good especially the bar area around the open fire.

L'entrata e l'uscita dalla vasca per fare la doccia è un po' difficoltosa.

Jolie chambre, lit assez grand pour une personne, vue sur la parking. Service de transfert gare-hôtel : pratique. Le restaurant était très bien et le personnel très agréable, le service parfait.

Salle de bain sans cachet et avec baignoire, peu s'avérer peu pratique pour une personne âgée ou blessée. Devoir payer Chf 30.-- pour 3h au Spa, recevoir les informations papier en allemand alors qu'on précise mal parler cette langue et peu d'information "live" sur les différents restaurants.

Sehr gute Hotel! Mit verschiedenen große restorant italienische japanische und ich denke Schweizer Küche und noch frühstücken kann Mann große Auswahl!! Nette hilfsbereite personal! Da gebe ich fünf Sterne!!! Preis natürlich schön teuer alles geworden! Aber der war in boocking günstigster in St.Moriz! Sonst mir hat alles gefallen!! Auch Saal mit Kamin sehr schön!!👌Gibts nicht was mir nicht gefallen alles war super! Wenn sogar um eine Nacht geht😉!!

Неприветливый персонал, состояние номера не соответствует цене, не было ни питьевой воды, ни кондиционера, сломанный душ, не было тапок. При заселении просят заплатить депозит с кредитной карты 100 евро за браслет, хотя информации на Booking об этом не было. Если не хотите платить и взять обычную карту от номера, начинают агрессивно общаться, но при этом карты дают. Отель не понравился

Angenehme Betten, geräumige saubere Zimmer.

Trotz gemeldete Ankunftszeit kei Shuttle am bhf st. Moritz. Unangenehme Empfang, kein adequate Auskunft betreffend Engadin-Ticket, Verständnis Probleme. Arrogant! Auch beim Abreise intolerant, langes warten auf Gepäckausgabe, kein Möglichkeit für Shuttle da „zu spät“ gemeldet.

Extremely noisy at night. There was a party at one of the the hotel bars and people leaving the party (at 11.30 pm and 2.45 am (!)) were very noisy, making it impossible to sleep. When we complained at the reception the following morning we got the impression that it was a regular issue ….

Beautiful hotel - the lobby and common areas, the gym, the spa and restaurants- all top notch

The front desk staff was competent but I wouldn’t give them high marks in grace and hospitality. Crisp, transactional, and a bit ‘chilly’.

Es waren viele kleine Baumaßnahmen im Gange und die Fenster konnte man nicht ankippen. Gefallen hat uns das freundliche Personal .

Viajamos este verano toda la familia. Teníamos desayuno incluido y lo disfrutamos mucho, con amplia variedad de comida. La decoración y el interiorismo del hotel ha sido recientemente actualizado. Es una maravilla: el gimnasio es super amplio, la biblioteca es acogedora, los espacios comunes son confortables y espaciosos. Hay un kid club con juegos estupendos. El spa es fantástico. Además, teníamos incluido en nuestra habitación Suite pases para ir al Spa junto al hotel. Está muy céntrico, a 5 minutos andando del lago y a 8 minutos del teleférico. A 10 minutos andando hay un parque para niños entre los arboles y justo frente al hotel hay un mini golf. Quiero volver en invierno para esquiar, tiene que ser alucinante. Ah! se pueden llevar mascotas.

The staff at reception were very good, fr7endly, caring and Welcoming. The hotel shuttle service us excellent. Hatts Off. The reception area is high end, very comfortable.

The guest rooms below average. No fan or air-conditioning, fridge, iron / ironing board. The room amenities do not match 4 star rating. The reception recommended Indian restaurant in the basement, so accepted. When I was at restaurant then I relaised it's not authentic Indian but a fusion resturant, but it was too late. I did not lije the food. The only good food item was Naan which was hybrid of Indian and some Middle East country. I will not recommend to anyone.

The location and the view from the room were great. The breakfast, the food in the restaurant, and the staff were great.

Very nice hotel with a lot of restaurants inside and around the facility. Only 3 minutes distante to lake promenada and to sport facilities.

No outside parking places left after 18h. 20 CHF/ night the indoor parking seems expensive.

I was there for work, so needed to use the area in the front to meet with clients and athletes and the space was wonderful for this. It was quiet and spacious, so we could have private conversations in an open area.

The front desk staff was extremely rude both during check in and check out. The restaurant staff was wonderful and welcoming and very fun to be around.

Spa access was extra. All other four star hotels we have stayed ar the spa facilities were included.

Veldig bra utvalg i frokosten. Hyggelig personale. Var litt utfordrende med plass, måtte vente en stund på å få bord. Kunne kanskje vært løst på en mer effektiv måte. Rommet var veldig bra, nyoppusset og veldig bra rengjøring. Hotellet har fin beliggenhet. Prøvde den italienske restauranten på hotellet, veldig god mat og hyggelig personal

Kø til frokost, kunne vært løst på en mer effektiv måte. Ble for mye venting.

The reception, lounge and dining areas were superb

Our room was located in what appeared to be the older original part of the hotel. Shower over the bath a bit of a hazard for us more mature aged guests. The two pillows supplied were ordinary as was the extra two we requested.
