The fold out bed was so uncomfortable we slept on the floor instead.

Good location to access west Coast .Clean and comfortable.

Has cooking facilities. Host is welcoming and friendly.

The room door slams easily so if someone keeps entering and leaving the room, it may disturb your sleep

We stayed at the lodge. The room was clean and lovely. Comfy beds. The lodge has a nice kitchen/dining area where you can relax. The spa was a treat after a day of skiing.

Cosy little room, and access to lovely shared facilities, which were very clean and well presented. Excellent value for money. Away from the main road and very quiet.

Wifi didn't really work

Amazing location to go explore Arthurs Pass. Peaceful and quiet. So many little thought-through extras to make the place cozy and nurturing. Kitchen well equipped. Room was warm and bed comfy. Definitely recommend.

Beyond exceeded my expectations! Super clean and comfortable. Great outside seating area. Kitchenette had anything I could ever need. Plenty of free parking. Quiet area. If time permitted, I could have easily stayed and lounged an extra day!

+ sehr freundliche Eigentümer + sehr geräumige Wohneinheit mit extra Schlafraum + sauber, zweckentsprechend ausgestattet und möbliert + Parken direkt am Haus + stabiles WLAN + im Ort (10 min zu Fuß) gutes Restaurant + Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig in Ordnung

+ der Ort ist sehr "verträumt" + im Zimmer müsste einiges, besonders Teile der Elektroanlage, modernisiert werden

Je remercie la Dame de m'avoir surlassé ! C'etait absolument parfait ! Le logement était propre, grand, on s'y sentait comme a la maison ! relativement silencieux meme si c'est proche de la route Place de parking juste a coté du logement ! Je n'ai pas utilisé le jacuzzi par contre, donc je ne me prononce pas dessus

We were thrilled to find such a lovely clean & comfortable, well-equipped space that exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again! The excellent WiFi was also really helpful.

As a daylight lover, found the room just a little dark during the day; however that is purely a personal preference.

Quiet, sunny location, off the main road but walking distance to local amenities such as food and fuel. Very clean, cosy and well appointed. A whole litre of real milk provided!

Overall, nicer and more comfortable than I had expected. The bathroom and kitchen were especially nicer, more utilitarian and better maintained.

A lovely self contained unit set back from the quiet main road with everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Great shower. Warm bedding which was good after a drop to 6 degrees outside! Good amount of power points to charge phones etc. Well equipped kitchenette. Plenty of car parking and great pub for food across the main road. Blown away by the superb view outside the unit on our departure day.

Large room, was more like a studio apartment than a motel room. Good size kitchen too.

The unit we had was very large with a good size bedroom and lounge. One street away from main road so nice and quiet. Went to the local hotel for our dinner. Food was excellent and meal size was great

Our family group was large so we booked the "lodge" in its entirety (4 bedrooms). There was more than 1 bathroom and toilet, which was wonderful with so many of us. The motel is located away from the main highway (very quiet) but was extremely easy to find. It was a short walk (less than 5 minutes) through a park and children's playground (where the Springfield Donut is) to Springfield Hotel (pub/restaurant), where we had a very nice evening meal. We had concerns initially (about how and where we might eat) because most stores and cafes close 4 - 5 pm, but dinner is available at the Springfield Hotel (we were advised to get there by 7:30 pm to be sure the kitchen wasn't closed). Amber, who runs the motel, was very friendly and went out of her way to assist us. We also highly recommend Rubicon Valley Horse Treks and Alpine Jet (boat) Thrills (both on the same road as each other) and about 15 minutes drive from the motel.

Friendly Owner/staff. Room size was good. Bed was comfy. Wifi ok. All very clean. Eating space outside on raised deck, but didn't use due to rain and wind. Plenty of milk for Tea/coffee and breakfast (not included). Private car parking near unit.

Near the eastern base of Arthur’s Pass, great location. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Shared house with lockable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a laundry and well setup kitchen/living area. Lovely garden & outlook. Great staff as well. I’d definitely stay there again

Lovely homely feel, everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. Only wish we had longer!

The location is perfect to have a walk outside of the house and see the snow mountain. It's quite and peaceful place. The whole house is very clean. Coffee, milk tea, Milo, shampoo, body wash and conditioner are provided. Also, could cook. Very nice experience. The manager is very nice and friendly.
