The staff at the facility were very helpful. It was a lovely stay with the children, walking distance to town which was great! A few minutes away. Nice and warm, good heating and heated blankets too. Good shower pressure etc.

It would be nice to have fresh towels every couple of days. The driveway was very steep for parking. The parking is also very tight if you have a large car. We really wanted a higher floor room for the views and requested this well in advance "Months" when booking however this was not provided, so the "View" was mostly passing traffic.... that was a bit disappointing, given we booked for the beautiful view.

Great sized apartment, excellent location.

Was some construction noise very loud- all day when we had a day off skiing and couldn’t rest or hear television - no warning or apologies.

The 2nd bedroom didn't even have a side table/lamp No vacuum cleaner, or way to clean, I understand it was a non-serviced apartment, but there should be a quick clean after 3-4 days or option of this.

fabulous view from the apartment, comfortable couches for relaxing and great facilities. Plus only a short walk to all the Queenstown action. Would defiantly recommend and plan stay again. Great parking on site but need to be awear that the parks are quite tight if you have a bigger car

Location was amazing - close walk to restaurants and shops and we LOVED the views of the mountains and the lake from the floor to ceiling glass windows in the lounge room. Bathroom was modern, amenities were great, we really appreciated the heated tiles. Lovely touch! Kitchen was very well equipped. Apartment was well lit, we enjoyed the “fireplace”. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Second bedroom was very squeezy Stairs to apartment 4A above us was very noisy when occupied. Noisy traffic on Beach Rd but windows when closed were pretty sound proof. A compromised for the close proximity to the lake. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Waterfront.

The view is stunning

It seems the air from the basement entering the small bedroom is not that fresh.

The view was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING and it’s a big reason why I picked this spot . The staff were exemplary very helpful and answered any questions promptly and professionally. We will definitely be back it was a wonderful stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Late arrival check-in was super easy and the close location to heaps of food places made it very convenient each evening too. The room had some very nice views from the balcony - especially in the chilly mornings. Although I wasn’t familiar with just how cold Queenstown’s winter weather gets, the room was always a warm and cozy temperature to come back to. Super quiet place overall too as we rarely crossed paths with others staying there which made it feel a little more nice and personal. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Stunning views

Great views of Lake Wakatipu right at the balcony, fantastic location. Literally a 2-3 mins walk into town Centre, shopping places and restaurants. Rooms and living space were really spacious. Space was also well maintained and kept clean. Beds were comfortable, Heaters were provided in the living room and bedrooms which was great. Check in was really easy at the reception. Parking is available but do note that the lots are pretty tight for a big car!

It is a bit pricey but I guess we were paying for the great views and convenience. Using the Washing machine and dryer wasn’t free, so if you’re getting laundry done, make sure you prepare coins to use the machine. Dryer wasn’t working well so our clothes were still pretty damp when we collected it.

The view was amazing. The location was on point. Great lounge kitchen area. Good off street parking.

Bathrooms were a little dated. Would prefer just a shower not shower over the bath.

Location location location!! Comfortable apartment with all the basics. No laundry in the apartment, but a guest laundry downstairs. Pleased it had a carpark. Reception staff was very helpful on check-in and checkout.

The manager was very obliging and went out of his way to be of assistance. The room was immaculately clean and very well presented. The view was spectacular and the location of the apartment was so close to everything.

No complaints about this apartment. The only thing I can say is that the carpark spaces were tight but in saying that I appreciated that these apartments had carparks available.

Excellent quality penthouse apartment with amazing views of the lake & mountains. Furnished to a very high quality and comfortable bed & sofa. Full well equipped kitchen, we found the tin opener was not working and this was replaced within 15 minutes of mentioning it to the concierge. 2 minutes walk to the town centre and Real NZ office & boat quay.

The location is excellent - really central with water views. The apartment was neat and nice and had everything we needed. The staff member is based on site which was useful and they were really keen to help out for the little things we asked for - e.g. some extra bin bags

The parking was tricky for our big hire car - but at least it is central and reserved. The crockery was small - fine for breakfast but small for dinners - though maybe most people eat out - there are so many options nearby

View was amazing. Gas fire was so cosy. Sitting are very comfortable.

Was super close to everything, the view was amazing!

The parking spots were kind of small, so parking a bigger car would have been tricky. The one we rent was pretty small and it felt a bit tight so just something to keep in mind.

The location was absolutely absolute perfection. Everything was walking distance and the view was unobstructed across the lake to the gardens.

The room was great but having to take large cases up the stairs to the penthouse studio was a little daunting. We would rather have been in a room on the same floor as the lifts.

Couches were not very comfortable

We stayed at Waterfront a few weeks ago. Prior to arrival, the staff were prompt and helpful when answering some of my queries and the check in was seamless. They very kindly allowed us to check in a few hours early. The apartment was very comfortable with a queen room with ensuite and a twin room with a separate bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed and there was a good size loungeroom. The best thing about the apartment was the view over the lake and the mountains, and the the fact that it is walking distance to the wharf and restaurants. We were going to hire a car while we were there, but are glad that we didn't. We hired a driver to take us to Ayrburn for lunch (which was incredible) and we did the 60 minutes Thunder jet boat ride (from the wharf out the front) as Shotover was booked out due to school holidays. We would definitely stay here again if we return.

Location is fantastic, guest laundry available, onsite parking (see comment below) very clean and tidy, had everything we needed for a short stay.

Parking is limited and very tight downstairs. You would not be able to park a large car in the available spaces in the underground car park.

It can be noisy if someone is speaking loudly in the hallway or taking showers early in the morning.

3泊でしたが、タオルの交換なし コーヒーなども追加なし もちろんベットメイキング、掃除なし ゴミは全て自分で捨てます 1階のゴミ箱まで自分で持って行きます マグカップ、コップを使用しようと思ったら、宿泊人数分がなくがっかりして、使用した分を食洗機で洗おうかと思ったら、食器がびっしり入っていて、私達が宿泊する前の人たちが使用した食器がしまわれず、私達が片付けをして使用するという事だったようです。
