The food was good and the staff friendly and helpful. Location was amazing
For a disability room (no 6) it looked lively but wasnt well thought out. The bed and all the seating were fairly low. For me on sticks it was very difficult to get out of any of them. Although the wet room was well appointed, the screen is to small and even with a mat down to try to stop it, water sprayed across the floor under and around the toilet. You had to clean and dry that before using the toilet if you were clothed as everything would have got wet. The spa rooms and trestments were very good but it really could have done with a pool. Jacuzzi steam room. Lastly the disabled access through the back was generally closed which meant walking back around the front or telephoning in. A room key card reader on the door would make this better
Friendly hotel with a great location for views across the beach. The staff were lovely and friendly, couldn't do enough for you. The food was great and a good selection to chose from. Located 5 minutes from the centre of Saltburn.
Nothing.
The location was excellent. The room was large and comfortable. All staff were pleasant and friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was good at a reasonable price and drinks very reasonably priced and lovely on the outside terrace, overlooking the sea in the sunshine!
We booked a sea view and the view from the room was lovely, however, you couldn't simply sit and admire the view due to the privacy film on the bottom half of the windows (which I appreciate is needed), maybe I just need to be taller! But this certainly wouldn't put us off returning or booking a sea view room again.
Location views outdoor terrace , staff and room
I thought £255 for one night with no breakfast and no dinner was quite a lot but I do appreciate that the location probably justifies this
Staff very helpful and friendly. Food ok. Good service. Great location.
I would like to have had a window. Wardrobe unable to open fully due to cupboard close to it. Smell coming from plug hole in bathroom. Bathroom generally smelly. Had problems with the shower fitment.
The property is a beautiful coastal retreat with amazing staff and even more amazing food.
I have no issues with anything at the hotel.
All the staff we met were very efficient and friendly; all seemed to be local which was lovely
Food was lovely and fantastic location and staff were wonderful
All great!
The views, the location and the friendly staff
Room ok for the price but didn’t include breakfast because we booked through Booking .com !!
We were staying at apartment in Saltburn but walked down every day to have breakfast & dinner at The Spa. We couldn't fault the food or the service of the staff.
Location
Stairs to get to room, I have l8mited mobility
Loved our stay, it was like having your own little cottage, absolutely spot on
Great location with sea views. Carpark. Outside terraces. Friendly staff. Smart, modern interior. We enjoyed our dinner but it's only a pub menu.
It's popular but noisy. Lots of people eating and drinking, all talking at the tops of their voices. The waitress did ask one group to quieten and improve their language. Room has little soundproofing. Bathroom almost too small to use. Path and road down to beach steep enough to make a goat flinch! Vastly over-priced.
The hotel was great and in a perfect location when visiting saltburn. Everything was in walking distance and it was easy to find when arriving. We absolutely loved the roof too terrace and the food was delicious! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were lovely and very cosy and welcoming. Having netflix and other streaming platforms in the TV was great! The server who was working when we had dinner on the roof top was so lovely, I didn't catch her name but she was so kind and helpful. The hotel and food was reasonably priced, however we did think breakfast should of been included in the price but it wasn't a big issue as we went elsewhere for breakfast.
The only thing I didn't like and it's just a small issue is there was no where in the bathroom to hang a hand towel or your bath towers. Also the tea and coffee options that are put in your room we would of liked sweeteners as an option rather than just sugar and a few more milk sachets but this was the only thing.
Came in for drinks. Was very surprised at the bad attitude of the bar staff to paying customers. Bar staff seemed miserable and treat customers more like a nuisance for actually wanting to spend their money there. One particular girl stood out to me as being extremely rude to a gentleman in front of me wanting to order food. Very patronising and just not very nice and certainly not what I would expect from an establishment like this. Maybe more training in customer service would be of benefit. Would not rush back for this reason.
Fabulous hotel with some nice personal touches. Thank you to the housekeepers who gave us some surprise treats! We loved the gorgeous location, delicious breakfast, friendly efficient staff and large, nicely decorated rooms. The building seems new and there was a great atmosphere there with both tourists and locals using the restaurant and enjoying the outdoor terrace where there are wonderful views. I am so glad we chose to stay at this hotel, its amazing and we will definitely be back! :)
Nothing
Brilliant location.
Could do with being a bit smarter. Invest in some new carpet!
Lovely views, roomy facilities, friendly staff, and really close to the sea and pier
Nice views, friendly, helpful staff
The room smelt of dogs. Carpet could do with a clean.
I was surprised this hotel qualifies as being 4 star. Our room was basic and the whole place could do with updating. Also expensive for what it is. Some staff eg Steve lovely, others grumpy. Definitely wouldn’t go back.
We had evening meal and was good. Paid for breakfast as non resident and was gd. Even found unsalted butter for our 1 year, old
Bed was a bit low but otherwise comfortable. Cobwebs on windows
Location, staff excellent, great menu

Had an amazing 2 night stay here for a beautiful wedding. Nothing to complain about at all. All staff were totally helpful friendly and professional. A particular shout out for Mary Ann the new chef. The breakfast was utterly amazing, fresh and red hot too. Thanks and we will be back.
We had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. The hotel was beautiful, with a really welcoming atmosphere, but what stood out most was just how dog friendly it was. We stayed in one of the rooms with its own private entrance and key, giving us direct access outside. It made such a difference with our dog as there was no need to walk through the hotel every time we wanted to go out. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and high-quality food. One morning we were able to sit outside and enjoy breakfast while watching dolphins swimming in the bay, which was such a special experience and made our stay even more memorable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming throughout, and nothing felt like too much trouble. A wonderful place to stay in Saltburn and one we'd happily recommend to anyone, especially if you're travelling with a dog. We can't wait to come back!
Beautiful location and great atmosphere. Situated on an elevated area overlooking the sea. Staff excellent and very friendly. Rooms spacious and pleasantly decorated. Iron, fan and hairdryer provided. Hotel corridor carpets a bit tired and could so with a clean, especially with it being dog friendly. Food is wonderful. Breakfast included if you book direct with the property.
Have been a few times as it is my elderly mother’s favourite place to eat. The food is generally good but each time I come away vowing never again as the service and attitude is so bad. Other reviews back this up. Arrived today and the car park was full so that slowed us down a bit. Told the bar staff we had a dog friendly table booked to be told to go and find it myself as the name was on the table. Ok. No menu on the table so back to the bar only to be told to go and ask for them myself at the restaurant. Ok. You have to order all food and drinks at the bar. It took ages for the plates to be cleared then as we waited for dessert we were told the table was needed back and we had to have dessert outside. Fortunately it was a sunny day so we wrapped my 93 year old mum up and went outside. The food and location is nice but the price is not justified when you have collect your own cutlery etc. I’m done with the place! Awful.😞
Sunny afternoon, hed drinks on the outside seating area with our dog. Great staff. Great service, lovely views would recommend
Breakfast at the Spa Saltburn was brilliant. We sat on the balcony with easily the best view in town , they even arranged the sun to come out ! Lovely setting comfortable seating immaculately clean and staff attentive. Drinks orders taken by Tracy arrive quickly with a smile and pleasant conversation . Breakfast orders the same even my mothers specific dietary requests followed to perfection . The breakfast was lovely again best in town . Thank you Spa thank you Tracy at the Spa for a very pleasant experience.
Friendly and helpful staff, the room, great views, comfortable seating arrangements.
We come to Saltburn regularly and always have breakfast at The Spa Hotel. Always amazing service and the breakfast is so good! My little boy only ever wants bacon and he’s always given a plate full. We got the regular breakfast so big I couldn’t eat it all. I’m gluten free and they always cater for me. Will be back
Excellent location, parking gorgeous views. The food in the amazing restaurant was great value and delicious.
No slippers, no fridge and the electric charging didn’t work
We want to say a massive thank you to Kaz and all the team at the Spa Hotel. We stayed in the outlook which is one of their beautiful self catering properties. The outlook is well equipped and beautifully furnished with the most amazing view. However I’m writing this review to say thanks to every staff member we met who helped us out and did everything they could to make our stay truly enjoyable. Plus the Yorkshire breakfast was the best my son had ever had!!!!
Just the most perfect stay at a lovely hotel! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed like old friends. Every member of staff really friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Room lovely and clean. The best part was the food! We are both vegans & can honestly say we had the BEST vegan breakfast ever! Great choice for evening dinner too & such a treat to have 3 choices! Restaurant manager was fabulous greeting all guests & a credit to the hotel! Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We will be back!!
Didn't stay at the hotel but booked an evening meal on Saturday night. Food and service very poor. Ordered fish and chips: fish mostly battered, chips soggy and greasy. Desserts uninspiring... few ice cream options. They persuaded us to order a bottle of white wine but by the time it arrived we had finished our meal so sent it back. Complained but they were very defensive anyit wasn't until towards the end of the evening that we got an apology.. grudgingly? Maybe the accommodation is better?
Stayed in Treetops self catering. Excellent place to stay, very tidy and would recommend
Only the weather could have been a little better
Outdoor Terrace
Route from front of hotel to room.
Loved it ! Great location wonderful staff
Nothing
The room was lovely and spacious and clean. The reception staff were very helpful. The food was very good. The view from the terrace was spectacular. The location was good, being only a short walk from the railway station and near the beach and pier.
The service in the restaurant was very slow--we had to prompt the waiter after waiting for nearly an hour for our evening meal. At breakfast the toast was cold by the time it came.
Location
Sticky toffee pudding
Great service, great food, highly recommended ! Belly Pork was to die for, compliments to the chef!
Booked a last minute one night stay (Booked 30/6/26) at The Spa Hotel Saltburn for Wednesday 1st July 2026 as part of our Yorkshire Costal Adventure and have to say booking direct with the hotel we got the best price available. I checked numerous sites before calling the hotel directly but none offered a better prices. I was only required to pay a £25 deposit which i thought was extremely reasonable as we’d expected to pay in full. On arrival there was a couple of parking spaces at the front of the hotel, checking in was smooth and friendly and the receptionist showed us to our room. On arrival at room 6 we were instantly impressed how spacious and well presented the room was with its beautiful coastal side view. After unpacking we had lattes and drinks in the outdoor area overlooking the magnificent coastline. Later we watched the England game in the snug area which is adjacent to the main bar. After the match we had lite bites at our table in the snug bar, the food was very tasty and just enough for what we wanted. The bed and linen was excellent. The bathroom was adapted for disabled people with a walk in shower / wet room. There was a seat available to use whilst in the shower. Very impressive and spacious. Breakfast was outstanding and included in our price. The breakfast menu was extensive and very tasty. The hotel’s bar offers an excellent selection of drinks. The hotel’s location is breathtaking with outdoor seating across from the main entrance in the car park area or on the roof top terrace. The only negative point I would mention was at breakfast there was only only lady doing her best as quickly and efficiently as she could to seat guests to their table, take orders and deliver the drinks and food to guests. We went for breakfast just before 9am and arrived at the same time as numerous other guests, thankfully we were second in line so our wait wasn’t as long as some. Lattes and water took around 29 minutes which was quite a wait from being seated and the food 37 minutes to arrive and definitely worth the wait. We did notice a second waitress’s arrive later. This certainly would not put us off staying again but maybe if the water had been delivered straight away rather than waiting for the hot drinks to arrive our wait maybe wouldn’t have felt so long. In fact I went to our car to get a bottle of my own water as was thirsty. The views whilst having breakfast are just perfect. All staff at the hotel were extremely friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable of the area. Highly recommend and would stay again.
Lovely place, amazing food, lovely staff , perfect breakfast, welcoming to dogs and a fantastic view. Definitely worth a visit
Nice location , nice ambience, nice staff
A bit more of parking facilities would have been great.
I have updated my review based on the rude and inaccurate response from the hotel. At no time were we rude to the staff, nor did we ever say we were going to leave a review. We attended for lunch and sat on the outdoor terrace. The views were amazing, and the restaurant was nice. However, the food and service were poor. Two of us ordered an Avocado salad that came with no avocado; what I was served was mostly inedible. I had to go downstairs to look for a member of staff to report the issue. One of our party had almost finished his salad, so he declined to have any avocado added. My salad was taken away, and it came back with a few bits of avocado. On paying, the waitress could see that I had left most of my food, she asked if our food had been okay, we politely reported the problem, and she said she would report the matter to the kitchen staff.
Location Really lovely staff
Paid for breakfast and then had to pay extra for tea/coffee with it 🙄 Nice and comfy but not a £200+ /night hotel expect much higher spec in rooms but it’s location suited us
the food was excellent the service was excellent, really friendly staff the room was gorgeous and very clean location was perfect, great view
n/a
Great spot great views friendly staff
Lovely location overlooking the bay
Very limited parking as it also used for amber rooms and public. Food ok but not great Very small bar area
Booked a weekend away for my birthday. It cost £500 for the Friday and Saturday night. Location is lovely. Hotel views stunning. However when we entered our room there was a strange smell. We opened the window and left for the day. Upon returning to the room the smell was no better. I went down to reception the speak with someone. As soon as I said it smelt horrible I was told it was the new carpet!! At £250 per night I expected a nice smell in my room. I was told that the only other room available would be a disabled room. It was much smaller and had adapted aids in the room which was not suitable. I advised we would stay the night in the allocated room but would leave the next day. We checked out early the Saturday morning. Reception told me that they tried to refund but as we had booked through booking.com we had to request through them. We requested a refund of £250 for the night we didn’t stay and the hotel declined!!! So it cost us £500 for 1 night in a room that had a horrible smell. Won’t go again and will not recommend to anyone.
Absolutely amazing stay. Beautiful location, comfy Standard King size room with Aircon, great for our four legged friends who where made most welcome and easy access to beautiful woodland walk to the Italian gardens, staff were very helpful throughout our stay, Breakfast and evening meals we had where delicious and well presented. Definatley a big thumbs up and a definate without hesitation a return. To concluded our stay we had the pleasure of seeing a Pod of dolphins passing the pier in the calm morning Water looking from the spa terrace . A very Big Thankyou to all staff at the spa hotel 👏 👏 👏 👌
Location, room, staff.
Limited menu choice and very limited breakfast choice (though the food was actually very good). Superior room over work area meant we were awakened at 6am and then kept awake with noise, which is disappointing considering the price.
The location and views are absolutely stunning! Food was brilliant and well priced, rooms very clean and modern. All staff were lovely, especially Karen and Ste who made the stay extra special - thank you both x
Really happy, friendly and helpful team especially Karen and Steve (and the lady with glasses whose name I didn't get). Loved the rooftop area which was fantastic for a sunny weekend! Had dinner one night and the food was excellent. We felt well looked after throughout our stay, thank you!
Bit noisy at night due to the private events going on in the hotel function rooms.
I have been here before for food and drinks when meeting friends from the area, this was my first stay and won’t be the last The room was amazing and the customer service from all the staff (bar, dinner, breakfast, check in and out at reception) was first class I only noted Karen and Andreas names, but all were excellent
Nothing Loved it all We went on the hottest day in ages, so it was busy and we luckily got the lat parking space
Staff were fantastic.Ambience was very good. The Amber Room experience was very pleasant and relaxing.
Can't think of anything negative.
What a lovely place. The only criticism is the tiny shower in the bathroom. Great for travelling with a dog as they have some rooms with direct outside access. I’ve booked for Christmas already! The staff are lovely - especially Tracy on reception. I didn’t eat in the restaurant as I had the dog with me but as it was warm I so enjoyed eating dinner in the outside area with such a spectacular view and having breakfast brought to me in the bar area the next day. Already recommended it to friends with dogs, one has already booked!
We paid £515 for two nights. We wasn’t told that there was a function room 15 yards from our room , which had loud music on the Friday and Saturday nights that we were there. I have never been to a “spa hotel” where there has not been a spa bath, pool, sauna or anywhere to relax. There was thick cobwebs around the curtains of the room . When we complained the manager said to us “here is my card next time you come I will give you a discount!” No thanks love we won’t be coming back !
The position of the hotel, overlooking the sea, is wonderful.
Arrived at the hotel after walking 15 miles in the rain on the Cleveland Way. Never visited Saltburn before and was excited to visit the town. VERY disappointed at the reception from Chloe. She could barely look up from her phone to speak to us. A terrible first impression. However the food and beverage manager - lovely lady from Middlesbrough could not have been more helpful and offered a wonderful impression of your hotel And town. Fabulous massage in the amber rooms.
The situation was lovely.
Room facilities could be improved.
Beautiful location and friendly staff.
Location and welcoming staff
Little bit more expensive than expected
We stayed for just 1 night and had the evening meal and breakfast. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Kerry the lady who sorted our booking out was also there when we had our evening meal . Which was delicious. She told us all the places to visit and is an absolute asset to the hotel. The only disappointment was the dolphins didn’t make an appearance hopefully next time they will . The hotel was clean and had a lovely out area as well as the restaurant and bar area . We will definitely be returning soon .
The location the beautiful views the very friendly staff.
Had a meal on the upper terrace and breakfast on the lower terrace. Both very good with lovely views across the beach to the sea.
Slight issue with finding a parking space but it was a BH with the sun out so kind of expected.
Checked in on the 15th of May for a 2 night stay. Was fairly disappointed with the room on arrival but more concerned with the smell. We hoped it would diffuse and went out for the day. However….When we returned it was just as bad and complained. The cannabis like smell was apparently due to new carpets… but definitely not like new carpets I’ve ever had. Checked out in the morning around 9am and verbally told we would get credited for the second night. But after raising the issue through booking.com (who were ok to be fair) the hotel refused to pay. Just very poor. Avoid would be my advice!
Lovely, comfortable and very well equipped self catering accommodation
Nothing - parking could be an issue on busy weekends
Having to pay for breakfast, where as if we had booked direct with the hotel breakfast payment would have been included in the cost.
This was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences we have had. After raising concerns about the room and facilities, we felt the response from management was dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational rather than helpful. We had booked a superior room, but experienced issues with the accommodation, including extremely uncomfortable beds and inconsistent shower temperature control which resulted in me being scalded. The hotel did offer us a downgraded room and a partial refund during our stay, but this did not change how uncomfortable the overall experience felt due to the way we were spoken to and treated throughout the situation. We left feeling unwelcome and singled out during our stay. As people of colour, the experience sadly raised concerns for us about how we were treated. We would advise prospective guests to think carefully before booking this hotel.
Location - clean rooms - friendly staff
Not much. Pretty dissatisfied
Room smelt. Told it was new carpets…. But not new carpets I’ve ever had
No internet in room 21 Too far away from the hub
very comfortable hotel in wonderful location. staff very helpful and food very good. A very pleasant stay
My son took me here for my 80th birthday which fell on Sunday 17th of May. We had a window seat looking out to the sea. I had not been out of my house for two and a half weeks recovering from a hip replacement, so the view was amazing. Even though he had arranged to take me out for a meal in the evening, we still both opted for the chicken roast dinner. I think it's the best roast I've had anywhere. The roast potatoes were so tasty and the meal was delicious. I only managed half, but my son helped me out! The staff were brilliant and the whole experience was fantastic. It was our first time there but we will be back.
Very professional and great staff, very accommodating
Carpark is a little tight in places
Nice hotel nice clean room although shower was very small food in hotel was nice and value for money , the doors opened up to the outside area which was nice to be able to have fresh air and see the sea ,unfortunately workmen were sawing and hammering which woke me up early and disturbed me obviously this work was planned and I shud not have been put in that room knowing this as I paid £164 room only for one evening the noise of hammering was both outside both doors of the room as work was going on inside and out I’m sure other rooms were available if not the room shud not be sold at that price
My boyfriend booked this hotel as a birthday surprise for me and he couldn’t have picked better. The staff were so attentive, friendly and happy and as it was a big birthday upgraded us to a sea view room which was stunning. The room was very clean and well equipped. We had our evening meal in the on site restaurant. The food was gorgeous and the portions are very generous. We were served by Ste who provided the best service we have had in a long time and really made the evening special for me. I even got a little birthday dessert. Breakfast was also gorgeous, lots of choice and we were both happy with our choices. We will definitely be back, the location, staff, rooms, food and views made for a perfect way to celebrate my birthday. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
My husband and I went for lunch on Tuesday 12th if may I had a crayfish sandwich with chips the crayfish was absolutely tasteless and the chips were so greasy you could actually squeeze the oil out of them we were sure they weren't freshly fried as we're not hoty husband had fish and chips the fish was nice but again the chips were the same as mine the staff were lovely but give this place a miss and go to the sea view instead we would have but we had our dog with us and the sea view balcony was closed
The location was fabulous
The shower went from one extreme to another cold then very hot!!!!. The bedside lamp didn’t work. The toilet didn’t flush after several attempts and no conditioner . The terrace was closed as the weather was bad (acceptable) but made just sitting and having a drink to enjoy the view difficult as there was only the more formal dining area to sit, not so good if not dining.
Breakfast
Nothing
Excellent, a most enjoyable stay at this beautiful hotel in a great location with lots of places to visit. The hotel is immaculately clean, bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable with lovely en suite. The food was 5 star lots of choice and very well presented. Amazing staff very cheerful and polite. I can't recommend this hotel enough it is perfect in every way.
The location & friendly staff
Room was dated
Sunday Lunch Called in on a wet and windy Sunday lunchtime - decided to stay for lunch and Steve I the restaurant manage to find us a table - we had drinks in the bar - which were reasonably priced and then lunch - I had the roast pork and my friend had the roast chicken both were excellent we also had a side of cauliflower cheese they also bring out a jug of gravy - we both said it was one of the best Sunday lunches that we have sampled. We had already decided to come back in august so the lovely Chloe on reception showed us around and too a lovely twin room so we booked there and then - all in all a lovely Sunday thank you The Spa for making us so welcome
3rd time visiting The Spa Hotel at Saltburn by the Sea. Incredible welcome as usual from the very happy Ste. We had a few 😉 drinks at the sung area and terrace with great customer service with a caring and attentive attitude from Ste, Clare, Kerry and Cole couldn't ask for more. Finished off the night with the lovely security guy Rob serving my husband his last pint. The view and welcome absolutely makes our stay. ❤️ see you again!
I have mixed feelings staying hear, the hotel is pleasant enough the staff are great. But the food was poor my wife is vegetarian and the menu options are limited. We booked dinner at 6.30 but the main vegetarian option had already sold out. The other 2 options were a cheese and onion sandwich or ‘fake’ chicken Chessor salad. Neither was appealing so she went for the 3 vegetarian small plates for £24 one of which was halloumi bits. When these arrived the portions were V small and we found the halloumi inedible. I had the spicy Parma which was at best ok. The WI-FI in our room was very week and the charge or a dog @£25 is expensive no dog treats provided or a bed. Over all I would stay again but not have dinner there
Great location! The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and we had no trouble checking in.
The location. The views were amazing and for my mums 70th and with dog in tow it was so lovely to be able to access the beach easily. Eat and drink at the restaurant with the dog and enjoy beautiful views from the balcony. The Treetops house was just as stunning, clean, plenty of space and nicely decorated. With outdoor space with views also.
Nothing.
The location of the property was perfect
Nothing
Food excellent , staff couldn't do enough, get away for 1 night had a lovely time.
Only problem we had was a couple arguing it was a womens voise we could hear shouting loudly till early hour in the morning which is a shame
My wife and I spent a wonderful 3 nights at this superb hotel. The location, views, hotel decor and food (OMG the food!) were 5 star but best of all were the staff whether customer facing or housekeeping. They were absolutely fantastic; all of them and this really made our short (and long overdue) break all the more special. Everybody working at the hotel was relaxed and you could see were happy which shone through and made us feel the same. We cannot praise the Spa Hotel enough so we will show them by returning as soon as we can for an extended stay!
Hotel clean, food yummy, staff polite and helpful
Nothing
Breakfast was good and service excellent
No preferential tables for guests. On the Sunday we were shipped off to a conference room.
Hotel was great, room was great, location was fab. Couldn't fault it and will def be back. 5 stars!
Great view - quiet room -fast internet -great staff -free parking- nice bar
All great for me
Warm welcome from staff, on hand if needed, lovely location, will return again.
The bed was lively and comfy and located with beautifully views of the sea and coastline
Can’t think of anything
This hotel has a lot going for it, there is a beauty spa, nice bedrooms, a function suite, a rooftop terrace and glorious views. The hotel is nicely done, decor very nice. Staff are friendly. The only things I would improve are 1) the food is nice enough but it could be so much better, especially for the prices. I wouldn’t return just for the food. 2) The restaurant is beautiful - again, with wonderful views. Servers could have a better uniform, and some training - to serve drinks quickly, and to all smile!
We went for a surprise 90th birthday (mother in law) rented 4 rooms. The planning of the stay was brilliant as she has access issues and various other things. The reception staff dealt with everything beyond our expectations. It didn’t stop there. Throughout our stay every staff member could not have been nicer or more welcoming and helpful. The rooms were amazing! We stayed here a few years ago and it’s been refurbished since to a high standard. We had a birthday family meal where the food was outstanding and the staff member on shift brought our cake out singing happy birthday! This made her night. We can’t praise the staff or venue enough. All we can say is it won’t be a few years till we return. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Food and Beverage
