Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Hotel provides very good dinner and breakfast. Even vegetarians can find variety of the options. Onsen is very good. Parking is close to the hotel.
I was ask specifically for the non smoking room thru application and received answer that all rooms are non smoking. Probably previous guest wasn’t agree to it because our room was smelled badly with cigarettes. Hotel couldn’t provide me any other room, this is completely destroyed my staying. Carpets in corridors also smells. Generally old hotel. Would prefer to stay in another hotel.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026ビジホ価格で大浴場あり、朝夕食事あり、おまけに夕食はアルコール飲み放題！お得感半端なかったです！ 次回機会があればまた泊まりたいです！ 一番は会津若松市内を一望できる露天風呂です！ 誰かに紹介したいです！ スタッフさんのレストランでの誘導もGoodでした👍 家族連れにももってこいではないですかねぇ😉
夕食時お客を同時刻に詰めすぎてたような気がします。 もうちょっとゆっくりと食事出来れば良かったかなと…

駐車場がちょっと遠い・・・。 目の前に止められなかったのは少し残念。あまり遅い時間じゃなかったのに・・・。

チェックアウト時にフロントに誰もいなくてキーボックスが設置されていたので入れて帰ると、鶴崎城見学中に電話で入湯税が未納と連絡があり再度ホテルに支払いに戻った。

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026部屋の清潔さと従業員の接客が親切でとても良かった。高齢者ばかりで宿泊しましたが、不便なくとてもいい思い出になりました。食事も種類が沢山ありお腹1杯食べました。
露天風呂からの眺めが少し悪かった事と、夜入るお風呂の照明が暗すぎて高齢者には周りが見えづらくもう少し明るければ良いと思いました。一緒に入った姉とはぐれてしまいました。

食事はバイキングで品数も豊富でした。 ただお料理を取る通路が少々狭くすれ違い時ぶつかりそうです怖いです。 食事のテーブルも隣との距離が近くちょっと気になりました。

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Food at the buffet was of great quality. It was mostly Japanese and very local, I enjoyed this experience. The baths were outdoor and spacious enough but in one location only.
It was actually a much bigger hotel than I thought and so there were always lots of people around at breakfast, at dinner and at the baths. The baths were good and big but I prefer hotels with different bath areas so that guests don't end up on the top of each other

①部屋が寒かった。暖かくしようとしたが、方法がわからなかった。 ②大浴場更衣室ロッカー室内に埃が舞っているのが見えた。客室浴室のアメニティーのボトルに埃がかなり付着していた点。2部屋に家族が分かれて宿泊したが、別の部屋も同じだった。ロビーは広く華やかだったが、清潔でないホテルは、最低だと思う。

売店で水羊羹を頼もうとしたが、翌朝の入荷時間がわからないとの事で、チェックアウトの時間まで 間に合わないといけないので、残念だったが諦めた。

Room HVAC control was very limited. Air purifier was working, but humidifier in it was completely inoperative. The chlorine smell from the baths.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Secluded and quiet. Dining kaiseki was amazing, with our own private dining room. There was free sake & juice tasting pre dinner. Embroidered onsen towels. Huge room with table and chairs and comfy beds. The fleece jackets were cool too.
The heating was a bit too warm so we turned it off. The curtains let in a bit of light.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026The staff was amazing. I have tattooes and they gave me stickers to cover them to enjoy the onsen. The dinner and breakfast buffet was the greatest in my life. The hotel also offers the transfer from and to the train station on the check in/check out day. Also when the bus didn’t stop at the hotel, the staff would bring me with the car to the bus stop.
The location is very far from the city. The local loop bus usually stops at the hotel but this time due to road renovation I had to walk 15 min to get on the bus to the city which also takes around 30 min.

自然の中なので 仕方がないが 羽アリが数匹 部屋に入ってきたこと 特に問題はない
