L’hôtel était formidable. Cependant un peu éloigné de tout, mais pour se reposer profiter des piscines, de la vue qui était superbe ainsi que des environs, C’était nickel.

Les ascenseurs. Il n’y avait qu’un qui fonctionnaient sur trois et l’attente pour accéder au neuvième et 11e eme étage était un peu lent surtout aux heures de pointe. à part ça tout était OK

Tout, le confort des chambres, la gentillesse du personnel, le buffet incroyablement variés. Tout était parfait.

J’ai à peu près tout aimé, à part les ascenseurs, car il y en avait qu’un sur trois, qui fonctionnait et l’attente était longue pour accéder aux étages, qui en comprenait 11. À part ça tout était OK

First of all: all rooms in the hotel face the ocean on the west, so you get the most beautiful scenery at the sunset. All rooms have a balkony. This is a very lovely part of the stay. Some rooms are directly by the pool are, which might be a bit loud, some are vey high on top of the mountain, which can be a bit long to climb. We were lucky to get one on the 5th floor (starting from the reception) not too high, not too low. 10/10 Also the hotel is in the most southern part, there is no strong permanent wind there as in the airport, very mild climate. Second, the meals are very generous, always a couple of meat selections, cheezes, salads, sea food, specalties, sweets. In the pool area hot dogs, fruits, ice creams are available. Can get quite busy after 21:00, so earlier the better. I liked the meals a lot, freshly grilled meat, olives, cheezes was always my choice. Always something to eat for kids, like pizzas or croutons. Meals I rate 11/10. First I was a bit discouraged when learned that the hotel a bit on the mountain so you can't easily access the sea, but then I learned there is a regular free bus shuttle from the hotel to the sea and back, and it turned to be very convenient. Also there is a bus shuttle to the nearest city with a lovely beach (9-12 a.m.). Nice part - there is an all-inclusive bar at the beach. Full room cleaning every day with towel replacement. Shows and dancing/bingo in the evening, quite entertaining. Kids disco 20:00 - 20:20. The animation team is very lovely, thanks to Ivona the manager, a very kind-hearted person. Sunbeds are kinda easily available until around 11 a. m., after that it can be tricky to find a couple but there are always available near the reception, no one is usually hangs there as it is a bit far from the pool. We've been there in August, so not the full occupancy as I understand.

The hotel is ~40 min ride from the airport, so the taxi would cost about 80-90€ extra. The parking lot is a bit underneath the hotel (10 min walk uphill), so can't recommend taking a car at the airport. Maybe they allow you to use the parking lot at the reception if you rent a car from the hotel, I've seen people parking there but I don't know. Children disko fell out sometimes which was confusing, you come with a kid at 8 pm, wait there for 15 mins and then nothing happens, although overall the animation team is very nice. Elevators were not working often and not in the best condition. The sea was almost always rough at the daytime (strong waves) when the shuttle is working, so better go there before 9a.m. or late after 7p.m., or take a shuttle to the Mogan beach, there the sea is very calm. Bathroom is very decent, with both showering cabin and bathtube, but metal furniture can use some adjustment, loose screws etc.

En general todo, las instalaciones están muy bien y el personal de hotel muy amables y atentos, en especial a los camareros del Buffet, desde el hombre que estaba en la plancha hasta las chicas que te preguntaban si necesitabas una cucharita.

El buen trato del personal y las vistas al mar

Instalaciones un poco obsoletas, muchas escaleras y pocos ascensores y la mayoría averiados, habitaciones pequeñas, camas super incomodas, Buffet masificados y poca variedad de comida, falta de aparcamientos, plantas en obras y sobre todo falta de comunicación y lejanía de centros de ocios, playas, etc

Es la segunda vez que vamos y el trato del personal cada vez es mejor, son un gran equipo, desde luego que hacen que la estancia sea única. Cada día veníamos el atardecer, las vistas inmejorables. El año repetiremos aunque estamos al tanto de que estarán de reformas, veremos las mejoras pronto!.

La falta de opciones que tienen con conexión al aeropuerto, el parking es escaso y decidimos no coger coche. Entonces para ir al hotel/ aeropuerto es muy caro el coste y no hay servício en el hotel, aunque te facilitan contactos, no deja de ser 70 euros cada trayecto para 2 pax. Sería lo único a mejorar.

Me gustó las vistas tan bonitas que tenía, con acceso a la playa super cerca, la comida del buffet en cantidad y calidad también bien. Habitación grandes y cómodas.

Sólo había un solo ascensor los otros dos los tenía parados, estábamos planta 11 y coger el ascensor era una odisea, y la animación era poquísima. Le falta animación.

El personal fue muy majo.

Es un alojamiento muy antiguo y está infectado de bichos. Los cuales me han ocasionado reacciones alérgicas y estoy ahora enfrentándome a esa situación. La comida de la piscina era bastante decepcionante. Los vasos reciclados olían fatal. Varias piezas de los suelos y paredes estaban rotos. Las hamacas se hundían y estaban muy desgastadas.

la comida en general, supero mis expectactivas. El personal del hotel, encantadores. las vistas expectaculares.

Pocas hamacas en la piscina, la gente las reservaban todo el dia, sin llegar a usarlas. Nadie lo controlaba. La ducha de la habitacion no tenia grifo lavacabezas, y difilcutaba bastante lavar el pelo.

Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt! Das Essen war hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Der einzige Kritikpunkt war der Parkplatz des Hotels. Er ist mit ungefähr 15 Stellplätzen leider sehr klein und war während unseres Aufenthalts immer voll. Deshalb mussten wir unser Auto jedes Mal außerhalb des Hotels und teilweise sehr weit entfernt parken.

Ubicación y a incomodidad para llegar a las habitaciones. Para llegar a mi habitación, tres ascensores, un largo pasillo y un tramo de 20 escaleras. El horario de los bares no coinciden con el de la piscina, la última hora de piscina no puedes beber nada sin hacer una excursión. La playa, pero inconveniente, depende de un bus. Aparcamiento, mínimo, hay que aparcar a casi un km del hotel, y en cuesta

La piscina merita un rifacimento della pavimentazione perché molto scivolosa. I pasti molto vari e buoni. La vista molto bella, si potrebbe aggiungere qualche altro servizio.

La pulizia della camera non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Soprattutto i condotti dell'area condizionata sono pieni di polvere e la loro accensione mi ha provocato un forte attacco di rinite allergica.

No concuerda mucho las habitaciones con las fotos, el hotel parece viejo y se cae a trozos, 1 ascensor para demasiada gente que encima se rompe a cada rato, si no pagas 20€ diarios para aparcar dentro, aparcar fuera es un sufrimiento, porque hay muy poco y casi seguro tienes que aparcar a casi 10 minutos andando de allí

Todo lo que no tiene que ver con el hotel., es decir, paisajes, vistas, sitios que visitamos., en definitiva es un pesimo hotel en una isla fsntastica.

No hay aparcamiento, hay que handar un kilometro de.cuesta para dejar el coche., despues las calidades son pesimas, aire acondicio ado no enfria, minibar roto, baño con olores a pipi, puerta se rompe tres veces en cuatro dias, ascensores de juguete que se quedan parados, en el buffe te encuentras platos, tazas y vasos sucios, te reclgen la mesa antes de que termine, en la piscina de adultos el socorrista se escaquea y entran menores, las copas son de mala calidad y te clbran a ciertas horas y ciertos productos cuando pagas un todl incluido., recepcion no te hace caso y te vas con ganas de no volver jamas.

Beautiful views, lovely beach and separate beach towels provided , variety of food, tasty unlimited sangria that is included in all inclusive package.

Difficult to get enough sun loungers by the pool in the afternoon as everyone reserves them first thing in the morning and leaves. It was impossible to get a parking space closer to the hotel all week, but there is a big parking lot down the hill about 15-20mins by walk.

The hotel needs a mayor renovation. Its old outdated a lot is poorly maintained. Tiles are dangerous slippery half is broken. Rooms are in poor condition. The food is nice but the restaurant area is way to small and the acoustic is terrible.

Es poco accesible al estar en lo alto de la montaña y no hay posibilidad para aparcar, es algo que deberían de advertir. Los baños estaban bastante viejos, limpios pero antiguos.

O quarto era grande e com uma vista muito bonita! Existem várias atividades durante o dia e espetáculos à noite. O hotel disponibiliza autocarro gratuito para a praia e para o Porto de Mogan.

Algumas coisas, principalmente nas zonas exteriores, estão a precisar de manutenção.

The elevators kept breaking down and seeing we were in block 6 which meant 3 elevators to our room it was a little annoying. But maintenance got onto fixing them very quickly.

El hotel en general, la comida estaba muy buena, había variedad; las piscinas estaban muy limpias, la habitación era muy cómoda y estaba todo muy limpio. El personal es muy atento, tanto en recepción, buffet, camarer@s de buffet y de pisos, animación. Y la variedad de animación que tienen en diferentes partes del hotel donde poder decidir que hacer.

Por decir algo, el aparcamiento, nosotros tuvimos suerte y aparcamos en los aparcamientos del hotel pero son pocas plazas para un hotel grande, y la opción de dejarlo fuera esta bastante lejos del hotel.

Este hotel tiene vistas espectaculares y las instalaciones se ven como en las fotos, el personal es muy amable y educado y es de agradecer

Cuando llegamos nos enteramos de que mi hija no podía acceder a una piscina por ser menor de 18. Ésto nos lo ocultaron cuando hicimos la reserva y preguntamos por escrito si podíamos acceder a todas las piscinas y se nos dijo que si meses antes de llegar. De saber q no podía acceder mi hija de 14 años pero que mide más de 1,73 a una determinada piscina, no habríamos ido a este hotel y hubiéramos ido a otro, de hecho hemos puesto reclamación por escrito en el mismo hotel, pues no se puede hacer algo así, ocultar algo importante para q un cliente decida o no ir a un determinado hotel. Pero lo peor fue a la hora de la cena, dan a elegir dos turnos y optamos por el que va de 20:15 a 21:30, llegamos a las 21:05 y vemos que hay una cola enorme para pedir algo a la plancha, optamos por otros platos pero en cuanto fueron las 21:35 empezaron de repente a retirar todo y tuve q ir corriendo para poder coger un postre...eso me pareció fatal y lo más cutre q he visto....jamas nos pasó algo semejante en ningún hotel...si sumas q las piscinas están petadas y es imposible a las 4 de la tarde poder estar en una hamaca donde las únicas piscinas donde mi hija podía estar, la estancia no puede ser más que caótica.Es un 4 estrellas al que le falta muchísimo mantenimiento, la habitación que nos dieron estaba muy arriba y las vistas al mar eran increíbles pero al llegar todo era caótico, esun hotel muy grande y parecía laberíntico y para colmo los ascensores que iban a nuestra zona no funcionaron, se nos dijo q los iban a arreglar ya ese primer día q llegamos pero era mentira, no los arreglaron y el que quedaba estaba lleno siempre y había que esperar y coger varios ascensores hasta llegar donde las piscinas o a los restaurantes y recepción. Y no digo nada cargando maletas y teníamos que subir escalones empinados...No me creo eso de que van a hacer reformas porque la verdad tiene pinta de que ésto seguirá igual.

La zona estaba súper bien, las vistas, la piscina era grande y estaba todo limpio.

Las habitaciones están un poco anticuadas y como éramos dos adultos y un niño la habitación era muy estrechas, había mucha gente en el hotel y en la piscina se notaba porque las hamacas estaban todas muy pegadas y en el restaurante la hora del almuerzo y la cena se masificaba y había que hacer largas colas para coger la comida. La distancia de las habitaciones de la parte superior tenía muchas escaleras y como había mucha gente los ascensores había que esperar mucho por ellos.

Muy lejos de las otras playas

La comida es super buena, abundante, variada, el bar es abierto de las 10 AM a las 12 pm. Todo el personal es muy amable y respetuoso. Las instalaciones muy limpias y adaptadas para toda la familia. Actividades nocturnas para niños y adultos, muy completo.

La ubicación, no tiene parqueadero, se debe dejar el carro abajo cerca a la playa y subir a pie. Pero hay que tener en cuenta que muchísimos hoteles en la isla tienen el mismo problema por la posición geologíca. Pero si tienes suerte logras parquear en alguno de los pocos puestos que hay a la entrada del hotel.

Sehr viele Treppen. Viele Aufzüge kaputt. Ältere Menschen, Familien mit Kinder, sowie Personen mit reduced Mobility sollten das unbedingt angeben, damit man nicht ganz oben ein Zimmer bekommt

Nos quedamos 6 noches y hicieron las camas mal y no limpiaron ninguno de los días. En el ropero nada más entrar una cerveza vacía en la parte alta. Algunos de los empleados en el bar piscina tenían una actitud extraña, me incomodaba ir a pedir algo, parecía que les molestaba. Una pena que los detalles no fueran buenos cuando puede ser un sitio perfecto a pesar de tener dificultad en el aparacamiento ( algo que pasa a un tercer plano si se cumplen los objetivos en el alojamiento)

We visitws as a family of 7, over 3 generations, this is not A hotel to visit if you have mobility or health issues it would be ok if all the lifts worked and had lifts that went to each floor without changing and climbing stairs in between! Once in the room the views are lovely. Entertainment is catered for Spanish/french/Italian. Very very little English translation, the entertainment team have little conversations in Spanish so as English guests we felt very left out and not included. The food was good not much choice for children other than spaghetti and chips every night, unless your little travellers are more adventurous. The pool area gets very busy and very wet and slippery. There are signs to not save sun loungers before 10am, this was not enforced. The toilets in communal areas do not lock properly. I can not fault the cleanliness of the hotel. Christian in reception was lovely and very helpful. The bus to the beach was very welcome and a lovely idea given that the hotel is on a cliff face, maybe having a bus running in the evenings would be a nice idea or at least a little later to allow longer spent on the beach or some nice sunset photos down there Would we return, no, we have spent the last 10 years visiting the Princess hotel in La Palma and do like the Princess chain, however I do not feel the Morgan Princess hotel carers for English guests.

Que no tenga parking para coches bastante más amplio del que tienen. Había que aparcar en una explanada que se encuentra abajo, a unos 10 minutos del hotel. Las habitaciones y algunas zonas comunes (ascensores, rellanos de escaleras y ascensores,…) necesitan una remodelación completa porque los materiales están muy deteriorados (junquillos de puertas destrozados, puertas hinchadas, puertas de placas duchas que cierran mal, placas de falso techo que están rotas o descolgadas, ascensores con suelos rotos y puertas que cierran mal, …)

La comida y la atención del personal.

Le falta algunas reformas. Hay pocos ascensores para un hotel tan grande. Los horarios de las comidas están más adaptadas a los huéspedes extranjeros que al turismo español.

Review Me and my partner (mid 30s) stayed here late August 2026 for 4 rare child free nights. We’re not complaining people, but I can see why some of the reviews have some negativity. For us, it was a fabulous experience considering the value compared to elsewhere on the island. Amazing Points The views are breathtaking - lying in bed with the curtains open staring at postcard like views is dreamy. People would pay the money to watch the sunset from the cabanas outside the hotels sunset bar alone Hotel Staff - are polite, courteous and constantly striving the keep the place clean. Very punctual and rigid though, the bar shuts at 6pm on the dot mid order or not and even if you get late check out the cleaner will be waiting outside the door at that time. Hotel amenities - The bus service to Puerto de Mogán is great, it also goes down the valley to the beach in Taurito many times a day which is handy. On the beach the hotel has a bar where you can use you all inclusive benefits for drinks and food. (You do have to pay for the sun loungers though €10 but that’s normal on Spanish beaches) Adult only pool - If your evading the rugrats like us then this was amazing, peace and quiet in the side of the mountain with a self service bar. Idillic. Things I think people might find annoying but didn’t bother us too much Taurito - Everything is a bit dated, not much there aside from the Waterpark and a few shops. Nice enough for a day out but nothing high octane. The Beach - The sand is scalding so footwear is required and the sea was quite choppy with a strong undercurrent. I wouldn’t let kids go in alone. But I enjoyed splashing around with my snorkel. Hotel - It’s very dated, rooms are perfectly fine and spacious but I did have flashbacks of staying in my great grandmas spare room. Has everything you need but would benefit from having a fridge. Hotel Layout/Steps - It’s a big hotel with multiple blocks meaning many lifts and steps. It was 4 separate lifts or 293 steps to our room (worth it for the views) but sometimes the lifts were like Russian roulette, often breaking. I foresee issues for those navigationally challenged as the blocks and stairs all look the same. It was manageable although sometimes tedious for us but would be a big issue for the less mobile. Food/All inclusive - Perfectly fine and served a purpose, snack bar is handy but I could see it becoming repetitive if we stayed longer than a week. Drinks have a great selection but it’s all self service, I’ve learnt I am terrible at pouring a pint however many I rammed down my neck to ‘practise’. Minimal British people - For us this was a pro and gave the place an authentic feel, all the entertainment is Spanish as is most of the music. I could see some people not liking that. Entertainment - pretty average, even the Spanish all leave at 10pm to avoid the headache from the disco and the daytime stuff is rather basic. The staff try hard but more imagination and variance required. Transfers - if you a going via a package holiday, your the last drop off and first pickup, around 75mins on the coach on some sketchy roads albeit with magnificent views. We wouldn’t ever bring the kids, not enough for kids to do in the hotel and local area. The hotel layout would probably end up with us losing one of them and I’d probably leave more stressed and need another holiday Other Useful Info - Go to Puerto Rico (€15 in a taxi) for a night out, lots of lively atmosphere in the commercial centre and plenty of restaurant choices - Go to Puerto De Mogan, use the bus service and have a wander, beautiful architecture around the harbour and a nice beach. - Choose the early dinner sitting (1900hrs-2015hrs) the later one (2015hrs-2100hrs) is absolutely packed and queues up the stairs as Europeans usually eat late. Summary Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, 10/10 experience and fantastic value. If it’s a couples break then absolutely yes, family holiday or don’t like steps - probably not.

Maravillosaaaaaaaa

The receptionist and staff in general were friendly and great to deal with. The breakfasts were good and consistent. And the view was impecable.

The bathroom state in the room was abysmal. The showerheads looked crusty and falling apart. My partner who has a autoimmune skin disease and is using biological treatments, which makes her more susceptible to issues, suffered a skin reaction immediately after showering. Based on that state alone the best rating i could expect for a hotel is 2 stars, not 4 which we were also paying for. That ruined practically the entire vacation for us as it prevented us from going into the sea water as that could have caused additional issues with damaged skin. Luckily at least the pool didn't cause additional issues. But now also the aftermath is no showering for the week in the room, so the sanitation period of this issue is now going to leave us (mainly her) with severe discomfort for the next 2-3 weeks. The electrical wiring in the room also had pulled wires from sockets behind the bed to the bedstands and hardwired lamps into that, which was loose and wires were exposed. No other sockets around the bed (room in general) were empty to charge everyday devices (phone, tablet, watch,...). Lastly the listing mentions 50-100m to the beach. Whilst that is true for air distance, the walking distance is 1.5km with 76m of elevation gain, which is also not at all comfortable. (they did offer a shuttle there and back, but only at peak sun hours which is not ideal at all). Also shocking that the pools were closed before 10am and after 7pm. For such a nicely lit up area with such a beautiful view i would have loved to enjoy the pools at hours up to 9pm and idealy also before 10pm as to not be in the peak UVindex hours.

Estuvimos en régimen de todo incluido y a parte de las comidas regulares, de 10 a 18h había pizza y hamburguesas y bebidas en la zona de piscina. Las bebidas estaban bien sin más aunque a mi hijo (11 años) le encantaron los San Franciscos ..

Está en un sitio privilegiado para ver puestas de sol pero eso implica que no hay sitio para aparcar. Apenas 4-5 plazas que siempre están llenas. Si toca bajar al parking andando son unos 10 minutos ida y otros 10 vuelta. El hotel está bien pero tampoco está 100% cuidado. Los botones de los ascensores a menudo no funcionan bien, alguna pared se nota que ha tenido algún golpe y ha quedado ahí el desperfecto ... podría estar más cuidado

Pobyt v tomto hoteli sme si naozaj veľmi užili a aj niekoľko týždňov po návrate nám pri písaní tejto recenzie stále zostávajú v hlavách jeho čarovné výhľady. Hotel sa nachádza vysoko v skalách a práve jeho poloha bola pre nás jedným z najväčších plusov. Výhľady odtiaľ sú jednoducho nádherné a vytvárajú atmosféru, na ktorú sa nezabúda. Pre nás to bolo jedno z najkrajších miest, aké si na dovolenku vieme predstaviť. Každodenné prechádzky na pláž a späť do kopca sme si užívali, keďže pohyb máme radi. Rovnako nám vyhovovalo aj to, na čo sa tu občas ľudia v recenziách sťažujú, že sme parkovali dolu pod kopcom. Všetko bolo súčasťou krásneho prostredia, našich dovolenkových prechádzok a atmosféry, ktorú sme si počas pobytu veľmi obľúbili. Veľmi chválime aj stravu. Bola chutná, pestrá a nápaditá, takže každý deň bolo z čoho vyberať. A vynikajúce zákusky. Veľkým plusom bol bar pre hotelových hostí na pláži a hneď vedľa WC. Kedykoľvek sme si mohli skočiť na nápoj, sendvič alebo ovocný šalát. Veľmi si ceníme aj celkovú starostlivosť o hostí a predovšetkým prístup personálu. Na recepcii nám vždy ochotne vyhoveli, keď sme o niečo požiadali. Ich ochota, ústretovosť a starostlivosť boli naozaj výnimočné. Veľké poďakovanie patrí úplne celému personálu hotela. Ďakujeme ľuďom, ktorí sa starali o čistotu izieb – mali sme úžasnú pani upratovačku. Ďakujeme aj všetkým, ktorí sa starali o čistotu a poriadok v okolí bazénov a v celom hoteli, ako aj usilovným, milým a ochotným čašníkom. Všetko bolo úplne že TOP. Celý pobyt bol pre nás úžasný. Bolo cítiť, že hosťom venujú pozornosť a záleží im na tom, aby sa v hoteli cítili príjemne. Odchádzali sme s krásnymi spomienkami a s pocitom, že sme si vybrali naozaj výnimočné miesto. Ďakujeme za nádherný pobyt a radi sa sem niekedy vrátime.

My partner, myself and my son recently travelled to mogan princess resort for a week in the sun, the location is ok around 40 mins transfer times from the airport, 10 minute walk from the beach and a couple of bars and 10 mins in a taxi to Puerto Rico. The rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels and pretty much what you’d expect to be honest from any hotel. Food was very samey, I’d seriously consider eating out more than staying in, if you also have picky eaters for children it probably isn’t for them what so ever as there’s 0 selection bar chips for children. What really let this hotel down from a 4 star review to a 3 was the entertainment team, they don’t even acknowledge you if your English ( at least we found as there was a lot of Spanish there ), no good mornings, no go round the pool do you want to take part etc nothing, then to top it off made a little girl cry because she couldn’t sing her karaoke song because they was 10 mins over there time… but continued to play music in the bar and again start chatting to other guests. Not what you’d expect for a family hotel in my opinion. Would I stay here again probably not, but was an enjoyable week away making memories with my family.

Tolle Lage, atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer, sehr zuvorkommendes und nettes Personal, das Essen war sehr vielseitig und auch sehr lecker, ... Man bekommt für sein Geld sehr viel geboten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Hotel jedem empfehlen.

Das einzige kleine Manko ist, dass die Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, dennoch ist alles sauber und man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

La verdad es que me sorprendió bastante ...Todo el personal estuvo atento y simpático. La comida espectacular pude disfrutar toda la estancia sin ningún problema estomacal como en otros sitios

Pues la verdad nada que no se solucione con una reforma en el piso alrededor de la piscina, resbaladizo la gente caía. Otro detalle es que no dejaban tener ningún tipo de juguete o entretenimiento de piscina para los niños y varios detalles de mantenimiento

Habitaciones amplias y tranquilas.

Instalaciones antiguas y habitaciones no adaptadas a personas con movilidad reducida. Nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de alquilar una silla para poder bañarse una persona con problemas de movilidad. Me parece una vergüenza. El mantenimiento del hotel deja muchísimo que desear. El bufet, que es lo que nos hizo decidirnos por este hotel, no está malo pero es escaso y repetitivo

Nous avons pas aimé : - les portes de la salle de bain on failli se bloque sur notre fils, nous avons eu très peur et le personnel nous a donner un trombone pour ouvrir la porte ce n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. - le sol était très sale malgré le nettoyage effectué le matin.

Customer service was exceptional, particularly in the restaurant. Incredible organisation involved in feeding this many people to this standard. Reception staff were knowledgeable, one staff member 'Christian' was so very friendly he really made us feel at home. Without a doubt the best element is the views and this hotel really considers the maximum benefit of these, from both restaurant views, rooms and sunset bar. They also have a snack bar on the beach which was so useful when you visit the small beach below the hotel!

Pool was amazing, however the fun police life guard was a bit much, I understand no diving, but no jumping in was a little excessive! No float aids allowed, but they do allow babies in to go to the toilet which results in it being closed for 3 hours. This happened twice on or 10 day trip. Encouraging the use of the baby pool would be recommended.

Sporco, stanze solo riordinate e mai pulite in 7 giorni di soggiorno. Cibo di qualità abbastanza bassa. Scrivono su Booking parcheggio gratuito e poi ci sono 20 posti su 700 stanze, l’altro parcheggio è giù a valle a 1km dall’hotel, la strada in salita è lunga e faticosa. Pulizia pressappochista. Non hanno mai utilizzato un detersivo per il bagno o per lavare il pavimento una tantum. Parcheggio non disponibile neanche a pagarlo! Ho prenotato questo hotel per la comodità del parcheggio e mi sono ritrovata a fare più di 1km e mezzo sotto il sole tutti i giorni. Reception abbastanza scortese dopo aver espresso le lamentele riguardo la sporcizia nella stanza e il parcheggio molto scomodo…

Que no limpiaban la habitación

El personal era increíble, muchísima gente trabajando y todos muy amables. La comida no se quedaba atrás y las vistas eran preciosas.

El laberinto hacia las habitaciones pero en el segundo día está más que aprendido.

Me gustó el trato del personal, la comida, las vistas y las facilidades que te brindan con los autobuses a la hora de ir a la playa o al puerto.

La limpieza de las habitaciones no es del todo buena, las duchas y bañeras están un poco sucias, las instalaciones se nota que están viejas y me chocó mucho que no haya un triste enchufe cerca de la cama, teniendo solo uno libre cerca de la puerta de la habitación.

Ubicación y vistas increíbles, los show y la animación muy divertida y bien trabajada. Personal muy amable que te facilita todo

Tema ascensores fue un poco caótico ya que además quedamos en el último piso (las vistas increíbles, pero necesitábamos todos los ascensores y algunos no funcionaban La última mañana empezaron reformas y nos hicieron mucho mucho ruido antes de las 8h

Tienen opciones veganas bajo petición, los cocineros todos una maravilla

El ocio nocturno está demasiado enfocado a los turistas y podría ser mejorable
