2nd time i stay in this hotel. Staff is very friendly - the room was clean - bed very comfortable. Breakfast is good - and sufficiently varied. I used the hotel transfer from and to the airport - which was appreciated.

4 days 3 nights of stay no one check if we need something in our room. Granted that most of the time we are out and about but that should not stop them for asking.. this is what you call SERVICE.

My 5 days stay was good.

The most important thing to note is the excellent location. Situated in the Ortigas district of central Manila, it’s only a 5-minute walk to the nearest major shopping mall, which is incredibly convenient. The area is relatively safe, and there are plenty of small shops nearby to choose from. Regarding the hotel itself: Facilities & Space: The facilities are adequate—a bit dated, but still functional. My room was generously sized, and the bathroom was one of the largest I’ve seen. Kitchenette: I stayed in a room with a small kitchenette, which was very handy. The refrigerator was also a decent size. Views & Connectivity: If you get a room on a higher floor, the view is quite impressive. As for the Wi-Fi, the connection quality was stable and acceptable. Service: The housekeeping was "middle of the road"—nothing extraordinary, but professional and dependable. Overall, it’s a solid, "value-for-money" stay.

the room's condition was quite disappointing. The bathroom drainage is a major issue; water pools up quickly during a shower, and there is severe mold that clearly hasn't been treated. While the wall-mounted AC cools well, it emits a musty, moldy smell, suggesting a lack of regular cleaning. Most importantly, the bed was unacceptable—it’s a sagging, soft spring mattress that offers no support and feels completely uneven.

Everything was good in terms of location, safety, and room layout. And all staffs including reception, security guards are so kind.

There was a serious issue with ants throughout the entire room. I tried to tolerate it as I was only staying for two nights, but it was quite overwhelming and may leave a lasting negative impression. This does not seem to be an issue limited to just one room. Proper renovation and pest control are urgently needed.

Shabby treatment from reception desk. My daughter was having her debut dinner at the restaurant and we wanted to have a photo of her in the hotel lobby but were told to leave. What kind of hotel does that. Staff are so unhelpful.

I booked the hotel room for a period of four nights. The room is spacious and the linens are clean. The lighting is somewhat dim, both in the bedroom and in the bathroom. I had breakfast once during my stay; it is very nice. The selection is not large, but it is certainly satisfactory for different types of guests. When I used the bathroom, the shower flooded because they place a kind of random mesh screen under the drain. When I opened it, the mesh was completely clogged with dirt and hair. Since it was late at night, I dried the bathroom myself, but I left the mesh next to the drain so the cleaning staff would notice it. To my disappointment, the mesh was put back in place without being cleaned. On the morning of check-out, the receptionist told me that the housekeeper had checked the room and detected a cigarette smell. I was surprised, as I absolutely did not smoke in the room and made sure to respect the rules and keep the room clean at all times. I asked to go back to the room to check and requested that a security guard accompany me. When we entered the room, I did not notice any smell. The guard said there was a slight cigarette smell. I told him he was welcome to open my bags and see that I do not smoke and only use an electronic cigarette. The guard declined and asked the cleaner whether there was any evidence in the trash or anywhere else. They checked and found nothing. The receptionist insisted that I had to pay a fine because the room could not be rebooked in the coming days. I asked how it was possible that for four days the room was cleaned with no smell or issue, and suddenly on the day of departure they claimed there was a smell and that I had decided to smoke. He did not respond, only asked that I pay because they could not rent out the room. The amount he initially mentioned was equivalent to about 10 days of stay. I said I was not willing to hear it, and he immediately reduced the amount to less than half. Since I had an important work meeting and the last thing I wanted was to start an argument with the staff, I paid and left. This is already the fourth hotel I have stayed at in Manila this month, and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life… I will not be returning here.

The rooms are clean and very spacious. The location is good, close to malls.

We were asked to wait almost 40 minutes during check-in, even though we arrived 45 minutes past our designated check-in time. We were told it would only take a few minutes for a quick room inspection, but it didn’t. We were already very tired when we arrived, and our kids were napping in the lobby. The breakfast price of Php 900 per person could be improved, as the options did not seem worth the cost. The fruits (especially the pineapple) were bland and not good.

We stayed in the 1-bedroom unit for 5 days during Christmas. Citadines exceeded our expectations. The unit was so spacious, clean, & comfortable. It feels like home. The staff were also very friendly & helpful. The restaurant Relish offered in-room dining service for Christmas eve & delivered even with short notice. The food was so tasty too. Overall, 10/10 & we would gladly stay here again next time. Thank you!

I really love the room given to us with the best view. Also love the breakfast buffet they are so yummy that my husband and i didnt care about our diet 😆 the staff were also very nice. Will definitely book here again. Will highly recommend Citadines Ortigas

3 bedroom units. Been booking this hotel for a few times during yearly Christmas to celebrate with extended families.

Swimming pool. Wish they have heated pools as it is really cold.

The rooms are spacious, I'm very much surprised! The staff are great and very accommodating.

The Relish staff seemed to be overwhelmed during our stay. Probably tired from an event held there. The silverware that was laid out on our table was a used pair of spoon and fork, greasy and still with some food bits from a previous customer. That was weird and eeky.

Experience was good — clean room, availed of extra pillows, nice shower. Breakfast room was ok lang. There were empty tables but they were dirty so no where to sit. We ended up leaving and checking out for breakfast somewhere else.

Breakfast is great. Loved the food. Could have been best if there are additional morning things like bacon, "tuyo" varieties.

Could have been best if we had all rooms inclusive on one unit. Booking.com probably was not very clear on promotions.

On ordering room service the food was cold on arrival. However was able to heat to through using the microwave in the room.

Good location, front faces Meralco building; carpark on Sapphire St. 3 minute walk - thru Sapphire entrance - to Robinson Galleria. Lobby quite spacious and presentable. 2 elevators each for low, high floors. Room size is good. Shower door and flooring are very poorly proportioned. Water drainage is sub-par due to inclination in floor level (structural fault). Sayed in in both 2101 and 2201. Housekeeping is inconsistent in replacing towels; even toilet roll. Oh, toilet wc water reload is slow. Breakfast at the Replenish cafe is pretty good. Basically continental plus meat from the Filipino spread. No barrista nor machine, coffee comes in a big urn. Does cheapen the otherwise impressive looking cafe. If you need to be in Ortigas/ADB this is a good choice. TIP - spare yourself the traffic jam, skip going to SM. When you want an alternative to Robinson, head to The Estancia instead.
