everything was pretty much expected, no high-class, but decent for business travel, more expensive than I would have thought but it seems to be the going rate for similar services.

Bed was comfortable, shower was great, food in both the restaurant and in room service was delicious but most of all, the staff and the service they gave was outstanding.

Amazing stay experience and amenities in the hotel. Everything was arranged according to our needs. Food was also great really like the hospitality by Chef Ayush.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed. The atmosphere feels calm and premium. Rooms are excellent and very clean and quiet. All the services were working and were of top notch quality.

I had been here for a Business stay for 3 Nights and had a very pleasant experience. Their Breakfast is quite up to the mark and particular ly pleased by Chef Ayush S who made it sure that we all Colleagues had our food curated. He used to have at least one additional Breakfast item that was out of the world like Kothimbeer Wadi. All my Foreign colleagues were also happy with his approach and hospitality. While leaving he gave us specially made dry fruit mix which made us leave with sweet memories. Thanks Ayush and entire team of Fairfield Marriott

Neha went above and beyond with all the arrangements, special care, and thoughtful gestures, including the lovely return gift, which made us feel genuinely valued. A special mention to Chef Aayush, whose Mysore Masala Dosa was simply top-notch and became my absolute favorite. I tried several dosa varieties, and I truly appreciated his patience in understanding our preferences and delivering them with perfection. I had a pleasure of staying in Fairfield, Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru from 24th -28th May 2026. It was a hectic business visit. Daily, after a long day at work when I came back to the hotel, the comfortable ambience, polite staff, the clean sheets in the room, hot dinner options, melted the tiredness away. Day always had a great start with great breakfast options, eagerly and promptly presented by Dharmendra. He makes sure we have a tasty, heavy breakfast everyday. Overall staff worked with promptness, politeness eager to add value to my staff. Special thanks to Dharmendra and Astha for making this stay memorable.

The hotel is good, the rooms are spacious. The amenities provided along are great. I also like the food served to us, great taste. The rooms are silent, cleanliness maintained properly. Even though, the hotel space is small, the rooms and other things are great compensating for the size.

Standard business hotel. Close to my office. Really appreciate concierge staff who reminded me to check that had all my baggage . This stopped uber driver driving off with my hand luggage and saves me lots of time

It was a really good experience with Fairfield by Marriott. Especially govinda and preeti from house keeping also did a great job in maintaining and keeping room clean and they were also very friendly.

I stayed at this property because it was very close to my office. But it was a brilliant experience. Everybody was welcoming starting from housekeeping staff to guards to receptionists and chefs. Everybody was smiling and ready to help you with the things. It was a lovely experience. Special mention to ms. priti in housekeeping and mr. Dharmender the chef. They both were very helpful with things. I used to leave my room a mess and ms priti was quite helpful in making it clean and fresh when i come back. Chef dharmendra was very helpful in selecting what i wanna eat and also he cooked some meals for me if i want something different.

Special appreciation for Debanjaly Biswas at the reception; on Day 1, I managed to lock myself out of my room 😅 and she handled it so calmly and sweetly. That kindness really set the tone for the rest of my stay. And Preeti, my housekeeper; you were sooo sweet! 🥹 You genuinely felt like a sister. Our little chats made my days brighter, and your warmth and care meant so much to me. And of course, the chai wale uncle at breakfast 😂; who would lovingly insist that we have at least one cup of chai! That sweet “ek chai toh banti hai” energy made every morning better. He was incredibly kind and added such a homely touch to the breakfast experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my 15-day stay so safe, comfortable, and full of positive vibes. I just stayed for four nights at this great hotel. The location is good and conveniently close to the offices located in Ecoworld. It should be a 15 to 30 minute drive to that office space depending on the in famous Bangalore traffic, but one also has the option to walk. special callout to chef Dharmendra and his team who made a special effort every day during breakfast to give special dishes and had a great interaction.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The spa was also excellent. The stand out was the staff. Sradha and Ajith took care of my room with a lot of attention to detail, and Debanjaly at reception was extremely friendly and helpful.

Bed could have been a bit firmer (but this is personal preference)

Rooms are well maintained and decently sized Their service is very efficient with good food. Their breakfast service is excellent with the chefs personally providing great food options and recommendations.

The staff really care and try to offer the best experience. At checkin they knew I was a returning customer and was greeted well. The room was ready already and I was promptly taken there. The room was very clean and serviced everyday. A pleasant message was left for me everyday in the room. The hotel is located well with most offices close by in walking distance. The breakfast stands out. The chefs offer personal attention and take care of every guest. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will highly recommend!

The best thing about staying at Marriott Fairfield in Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru is the Service and Food. The Staff are super friendly, and the hospitality is beyond expectation. Especially Chef Aayush and everyone in the Kava restaurant are friendly and helpful. One morning, I had a slight cold and sore throat when I went to breakfast, and Chef Aayush noticed that I was struggling with a throat issue, so he made a special drink with various spices, which gave immediate relief. I really enjoy the breakfast as there are always Chef specials for the day, and the quality is good. The cleaning staff are very artistic and create welcome messages using simple things like flower petals and leaves to make the guest feel special when they return to their rooms. I personally prefer staying here during my trips and looking forward to the next one.

I came for a business trip and I had such a wonderful experience in the Marriott. The whole crew really takes care of their customers. I would like to name some of them like Anil kumar (the concierge), Dharmendra, Jyotshna, Sneha, Yarusha and many more. The room was very clean and I had a special attention every day thanks to Homna. The hotel is located near by Ecospace IT tech park so it was really quick to reach the company. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to spend time on the swimming pool or spa, maybe next time.

The room smells damp and the pipes were very smelly at night, I woke up because of the bad smell one night. The hotel rooms could use a little update. They’re not bad but it’s not 5 stars. This was my second stay here as it’s near the Bangalore office but I would have preferred a more modern hotel.

I received exceptional service from Anil, both with transportation and with helping a guest who had medical needs. The hotel desk and Anil went out of their way to provide medicine late at night and followed up to make sure everything was okay.

Had a great stay- the quality is great, as you would expect from a Marriott. However the staff make this beyond a regular business hotel- they look after their guests and make sure they have everything they need. Anil Reddy at the concierge was excellent - helped me with my misplaced bag from the airline, recovered jewellery that I had left behind and in general made sure I was well looked after.

Excellent service from the front office staff (Soumya) to Chef Dharmendra and Aayush who helped create a home like ambience. During this long stay, I had the misfortune of falling ill for a few days and the chef and the hospitality team (Mohi comes to mind) made sure that the meals served were as light as possible. The rooms are ok in size if you are coming in from continental Europe and a tad small for folks coming in from the US. One other thing, the BG's grill on 1st floor is exceptional with its choice of burgers and pizzas.

Both the Fairfield and adjoining Courtyard hotels in Bengalaru are top notch. The staff there really cares and does anything they can to make your stay better. Anil is one of my favorite concierges of all time. Such a caring and proactive person. He always makes my time there better.

Next to my Office. So that's reasonto come but service and equipment ist but state of art for a marriot hotel. Mosquito and tigerfly everywhere, so dengue and malaria are greeting you.

Instead of servicing. Staff is standing around, instead of supporting. I asked for service at 22³⁰, requested water, and found a letter " to not patronise the team"... after 11 years India, I was shocked of that treat. So be careful if you ask for roomservice, they start bullying you.

The whole stay was soo good. We felt more comfortable and safer than our home. Mr. Prashant and Mr. Abhishek who served us so well and made us feel home. 10/10 would recommend this place and would visit and stay here or in the chain whenever I travel.

The rooms stink bad..we got a room on 6th floor , it was stinking like a public toilet . we had to change rooms 3 times in 5 nights. Other than that, we had dinner twice at the restraunt kahwa....firstly the service is too slow. Secondly, we had ordered simple fresh lime soda and to our surprise , the waitress tasted it 3 to 4 times before serving it to us to check the taste....I could see her from a distance doing this and we refused our drinks after watching her taste it before giving us. Even after we complained about it , they only waved off the drinks bill and had the audacity to charge for the dinner. It was a horrible horrible experience staying at Fairfield by Marriott. It was our first time to bangalore and we regret booking this hotel.
