Its a very expensive but nice hotel, location is close to my company so it was convenient.

To perform a checkin you need to talk to 2 people, then 1 people to open the car door for you, one person to x-ray your luggage, one person to open the door for you... during breakfast you have people comming to check you all the time - Its too much.

The concierge is the best! Also, the breakfast has many great options including indian tea Pool side bar & restaurant is also pretty good Room is spacious and comfortable

The staff is from another world. Welcoming, doing their best to accommodate your needs, responsive and open to adapt the food to your spicy level. Anil, the concierge, was another level. Kind, always with a smile, ensuring everything was running as expected.

He flawlessly coordinated all of our logistics, from our initial airport pickups to our daily office transportation and catered to our team's needs. Chef Vijay: The dining experience was outstanding. Chef Vijay beautifully curated every meal, showcasing incredible culinary talent and attention to detail. I stay at the Courtyard Marriott on Outer Ring Road in Bangalore pretty often, and it's never let me down. From the second you walk in, the staff is extremely friendly, and they actually notice the little things. I have to call out Anil Kumar specifically. He runs the concierge and transport side of things and honestly, he's the reason a lot of my trips go smoothly. Airport pickups, last-minute cars when my schedule blows up, getting me to meetings on time, he handles all of it without me having to chase anyone. He'll also tell you where to actually eat or what's worth seeing if you've got a free evening. The guy goes out of his way every single time, and you can tell he genuinely cares whether your stay goes well. The food's been great every visit too. Fresh, properly flavorful, and there's enough variety that I never get bored of it. You can tell the kitchen takes it seriously. The thing that keeps me coming back, though, is that they remember you. Your preferences, how you like things, checking in before you even have to ask, and that kind of attention is rare and it makes a difference. And the chai. Real, proper chai every morning and evening. Small thing, but I look forward to it and always delivered with a smile.  If you want somewhere comfortable that treats you like a regular instead of a room number, this is it. Easy recommendation.

Had a great time visiting the Momo Cafe. Anas and Shanmugam were great hosts to us. Food was spectacular and real compliments to the chefs for preparing such a feast. Buffet spread was huge and live counter items were equally great (my fav was the red sauce pasta). Desserts section stole the limelight with its variety and indulging taste. Overall me and all entire team had a great time here. And thanks to the entire Momo Cafe team for hosting us.

We went for the Sunday brunch with family. Abhijeet ensured that we had a good time. The theme was kid friendly which ensured our kid also enjoyed a lot. The magician is also a noce highlight. We will definitely visit again.

Stayed for 8 nights on a business trip and truly had the best time. The hotel is beautiful, super clean, and exceptionally well maintained. My room was very spacious, with a fantastic shower that made it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast every day was a highlight, with an impressive variety and a live cooking menu that added a special touch. The chefs consistently ensured everything was perfect, and were always happy to prepare anything extra on request. The concierge service was outstanding. Mr. Anil checked in with me daily, offered thoughtful recommendations on things to do, and suggested excellent places to eat, which really enhanced my stay. I would absolutely choose to stay here again if I return to Bangalore.

During my stay, my baggage was delayed, and this is where the hotel’s service truly shined. Añil Reddy from the concierge team went above and beyond—he personally went to the airport to pick up my luggage and kept me updated the moment he had it in hand. He was incredibly responsive, always ready to help, and even assisted me in finding a place to buy an outfit while I waited for my bags to arrive. His dedication made a stressful situation so much easier. At the front desk, Mohith was equally helpful. He set me up with an app that allowed me to order essentials and have them delivered to the hotel, which was a lifesaver since I didn’t have my personal items. We also had a great experience with Stanley, one of the hotel drivers. When it was time to shop for souvenirs, he took us to all the right places—quick, efficient, and completely hassle‑free. His local knowledge made the process smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the team here made my stay not just comfortable, but genuinely memorable. Another enjoyable stay and a seamless experience at Courtyard. The swimming Pool area is great here and the outdoor patio gives it the oasis feel. The service in exemplary and the food options are excellent in the restaurants or for Room Service.

We visited Momo for birthday lunch today. The food was excellent and the service exceptional. We would like to thank Manager Souma and staff Nithin in particular for the way they looked after us, going above and beyond to ensure that we were very well looked after and our needs catered to. The staff at the Courtyard Bengaluru Outer Ring Road are always the best! I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years for business and prefer this hotel well above others in the area. It is conveniently located a short drive from the technology park, which makes the commute a breeze. All staff members welcome you with smiles and kind greetings, making sure you're having the best stay possible. Anil at the concierge desk always remembers me from trip to trip, even if it's been 6 months since my last visit. We always enjoy catching up on how our families are doing since the last visit, sharing pictures and stories. I was fortunate enough on this recent trip to witness a wedding entrance celebration thanks to Anil! He knew it was dream of mine to get to see even a glimpse of a traditional Indian wedding. Another one of my favorites here is my morning Chai served by Budhraj! Again, even though I only visit every 6 months, he always remembers me from one visit to the next. Welcoming me with a warm smile, a handshake, and a Chai with one packet of brown sugar! How he remembers how I like my Chai, I will never understand, but I'm always impressed! Lastly, I always make sure to budget enough time in the morning for breakfast! The food is top notch and the service staff is always kind a accommodating! There is no better way to start the day than with a great breakfast! If you miss breakfast, don't worry because the dinner here is fantastic as well! The buffet offers a ton of options, but an a la carte menu is available as well. You really can't go wrong at this hotel! There's nowhere else in the area I'd rather stay!

We had a really great stay at Courtyard Marriott this Valentine weekend. We pass by this property almost every day during our work commute and always wondered how it would be. This weekend we finally got the chance to experience it as we were looking for a nearby place to celebrate, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The guest relations team is absolutely exemplary. Even before our stay, Rahnuma connected with us over mail to check if we had any specific requirements. We truly appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the room upgrade. A day before arrival, Sushmita followed up again and also helped us with early check in, which made everything so smooth. Our check in experience with Sneha and Varsha was wonderful. It was seamless and the traditional welcome with tilak felt very warm and homely. The property itself is beautiful, especially the swimming pool setup which really stands out. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We also loved the thoughtful gesture of the wine bottle and fruits placed in the room. In the evening, we got the chance to visit the lounge thanks to Sneha. The food was delicious and the lounge ambiance is very well done. The next morning, the breakfast spread was amazing. Every dish was delicious, especially the chole bhature and salads which we absolutely loved. The desserts were also very tasty. It was extra special because we met Neha and Pushkar uncle who are from our home state Rajasthan. Their warmth truly made us feel connected and at home. Lastly, a big thank you to Neha for arranging a small cake cutting and for clicking such beautiful pictures for us and even suggesting different poses. That was such a sweet and memorable gesture. Once again, heartfelt thanks to Rahnuma, Sushmita, Sneha, Varsha, Neha and Pushkar uncle for making our stay so special. Each one of you added a personal touch that made our Valentine weekend truly memorable. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again.

5 star experience every time. Have been lucky enough to stay at this hotel on multiple occasions, and the experience keeps getting better and better. The staff are its biggest asset by far. The entire team are simply wonderful. From check in to check out, a flawless and wonderful experience every time. Rooms are beautifully presented and the large super soft feather pillows are the best in the world. Food is awesome, coffee is great, and the beer is cold.

Wife and I decided to go to Momo cafe for a dinner date. We were greeted by Kunal, Vandana and Wasim with a gracious smile. My wife is visibly pregnant, and so Vandana brought her a pillow to make her seating comfortable. My wife opted for Á la carte menu while I opted for the buffet. The buffet was amazing with a rich spread. The a la carte menu is diverse. Wasim, Vandana and Kunal took care of our asks with great hospitality and care.

The Marriott courtyard was a beautiful hotel with the best staff! They went out of their way to make our stay memorable and exciting! We were treated with respect, grace and gratitude even when we were tired and exhausted from long days or long travel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Bangalore!

Outstanding location. Excellent service. Everyone I’m at the hotel takes extra effort to make you feel right at home. Anil at Concierge desk, Chef Abhishek and Sous chef Abhishek, went out of the way to make food so nice and homely. Kangana took special care at the restaurant to ensure you don’t miss out and not to mention the special Masala Chai that takes the cake.

The hospitality of the staff exceeded my expectations. I was there for 11 days and the team from the concierge, Anil, to the chefs at breakfast each morning got to know me personally to ensure my time felt like home. The facilities were well cared for, clean, and filled with so much life.

The Courtyard Outer Ring Road in Bangalore continues to be the highlight of my travels to the region. From the minute I book the hotel, the team is very responsive and easy to work with to coordinate my arrival, including honoring early check-in and an upgrade on a long stay during a busy travel period to Bangalore. This is truly remarkable and doesn't go unnoticed! Similarly, while at the hotel, the team makes sure you're well looked after including Nimisha and the front office team, Anil, and the breakfast team including my friend who makes great masala chai every morning. Just spent a few night here and found the hotel and staff to be excellent, they were so friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is very modern and clean. I had breakfast and the buffet at night and found the food to be great. The chef went out of his way to make my favourite sweet tiramisu which was above and beyond what I expected .

The staff took excellent care of me, made sure I had everything I needed including when I got sick. The accommodations are good, only downside was the water pressure and temperature in the shower was not always consistent

The Mariot hotel is a great hotel with very welcoming staff. The rooms a spacious and clean. The bar area at the pool is really nice and the food is good and well prepared. The chicken skewers and burgers are fantastic

The hotel was such a joy to stay at. Abhishek made some great suggestions for food and I loved everything I ate. Including the chai in the morning. Delicious! Anil, the concierge, helped us book a car everyday we wanted to go sightseeing and helped with the transport to the hotel. He always had a big smile on his face and was so welcoming. Highly recommend having him help you with anything you may need while you are there. Ankita was a great help at the front desk with checking in and out, helping arrange the car to the hotel and was incredibly friendly during every interaction. Kankana was so helpful in the morning and was a joy to interact with.

I am a first timer to Bengaluru and I stayed for 2 weeks and hospitality was the best of its kind. The room was super neat and most importantly the staff were very generous. The chef Abhishek and Kamal made food suitable for my dietary conditions, especially the Pav Bhaji was too good!! The travel concierge Anil Reddy are worth the mention, especially because he bent his back to go above and beyond to provide me any kind of service that I requested for around Bengaluru.

This little shop is run by a father/ son combo. There are beautiful scarves and jewelry, as well as other additional items perfect for family members and friends.
