House keeping staff were polite apart from that everything else is disappointing

When called for reception requesting an extra floor mat even after informing 4 to 5 time in call and requesting in person reception never care to pass the information to the team to provide it also for water bottle we need to call them so many times. While checking out we asked for a luggage trolley and was waiting for 30 mins then we carried it ourselves to the parking lot which was downhill. No staff cared to ask, they are so disrespectful. We have visited sterling wayanad athirampalli and other sterling resorts, out of which this is the worst staff behaviour we experienced. Even while checking out they don't care to ask at last I have to interrupt after a long wait to complete my check out. poor reception staff and room service. Only the House keeping staff were polite apart from that everything else is disappointing

قبل الوصول للمنتجع الطريق متكسر واجد كله حفر ولو يعمل له شارع بسيط بيكون بيرفكت كذلك مافي مطاعم قريبه من الفندق

The kitchen waste goes over the road into the parking area below. When we went to the parking area, we had to step on it and get in the car.

Pros. The property was neat and clean and well maintained. Rooms were good and all amenities were available and in working condition. The food served in buffet was also good in taste and good variety. Staff were polite and helpful they did good affords to make our stay pleasant.

Cons. The approach road to the resort from main road is in horrible condition. If you are coming by car it will be definitely very bad experience.plz note it will be very uncomfortable for senior citizens and pregnant women to travel in this stretch. Secondly all the indoor games and activities are charged and not included in the price. If you are taking kids with you it will be a long bill 💸. The swimming pool was neat and clean well maintained but small in size. Can easy get full.

The hotel lacks hospitality when I complained abt hair particles on the bed the boy came he simply removed them with hand nd went no apologies nothing so a huge training gap place is nice bt service isn't

Service - No service were good they are charging for 5 star facilities like for rice daal will cost around 800+taxes due to.gas issues, that is fine its a 4star hotel understandable and its depend on us to eat or not to eat. But for parking there is no valet parking or proper parking is there common parking around 300m away and we have to park there. 2km offroad to reach out there

Breakfast spread is very good. Ample car parking. Decent play area for kids.

Slightly overpriced for the room we stayed. There is no balcony. Also road to the resort is just terrible. The same road gets smooth just after the resort. I travelled a lot around munnar during my stay, but no roads were in such a bad condition.

All good.. But most of the activities are additional chargeble even snooker/ pool game.

Location. the kitchen staff were understaffed, but very helpful and hospitable.

Everything else. The resort was understaffed everywhere - from the reception to housekeeping. Long wait times for check-in, they couldnt find our booking; the sofa cum bed in the room was broken, the heater in the room lost a lot worse for the wear, the attitude of the staff who were attending to our issues was sullen at best. The maintenance needs to be improved a lot too.

I disnt like the pattern of room. We hav to climb 20 steps and very difficult for kids and old people. Sont book mountain view rooms.., Pool view rooms should be gud i guess.

We checked in @ 8.30 pm but we had to check out @12 pm next day, they gave just one hour additional from check out time.

Except for the restaurant staff, rest all were really non- responsive towards mid end users of the resort. You get a call at 2130 hrs every night from the reception staff to know if ur stay is good, which I felt was to know if ur in the hotel or u left. They also make sure u leave the resort on time 1100 am for which u get to reminders (1000-1030) promptly.

Need to improve Roads outside the property.

Restaurant denied to serve dinner or dinner plates at room. Called multiple times for dinner and plates, didn't receive plates for dinner. They serve you tea instead of coffee and impose that you ordered only tea and never coffee. First such experience in such a renown property

- food served = terrible - I don’t understand how it’s a 4 star hotel. - so expensive for a hotel in India - cleanliness is bare minimum - bed bugs on bed - pillows were dirty - bathroom moldy - towels dirty. - I’ve been to third world countries in 2-3 star hotels which are so so so much better than this. - India needs to really have rules for their hotel starting etc.

Hospitality is something which we loved here and were amazed. On the day of our arrival, we reached hotel bit late and finished our check in process by around 3:35 -3:45 pm. We were informed that the kitchen was closed by then but the manager of the kitchen made fried rice and chilli chicken for us specially which was really a step ahead. The housekeeping staff is exceptionally professional and well spoken. Each and every staff member is well behaved and completely professional to address any query of the customer with a smiling face which stands apart.

So many things to quote as dislikes, However summarize in very few points. 1. Access to the Hotel was terrible. 2. Restaurant and its services was pathetic. 3. In room dine service delyas in serving. 4. Not a good response from staffs. Overall, No worth to.spend big on this.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area surrounded by nature. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the available activities were fun and engaging.

The road leading to the hotel is in very poor condition and not suitable for all vehicles. Also, many activities are offered but require extra payment. The food is heavily focused on Indian cuisine without considering international guests or offering more variety.

Very welcoming staff. Clean and comfy room. Good shower and bathroom. Has a pool and lots of activities. Stunning location. Some good restaurants locally.

عن الاماكن السياحية والوصول للفندق شي متعب والطريق سي بسبب الامطار . الفندق فيه شوي ازعاج والكهرباء تتقطع كل شوي اول يوم وصولنا . الطعام والبوفيه لا بأس ،، البوفيه غالي جدا بمحتاوه مستغليين بعده عن المطاعم وغيرها. الغرف مستهلكة وقديمه والابواب سيئه العوازل سي ونافذة الغرفة جدا سيئه اصوات الرياح داخل الغرفه . لا انصح به لاقامه زوجيه واسترخاء . زيد في المبلغ وخذ منتجع افضل .
