The service of reception and house keeping staff

The road towards the hotel was water logged.

We stayed in the Eminence Suite and thoroughly enjoyed the views—the balcony overlooked the mountains and a peaceful water stream, while the window gave a nice view of the city. We were welcomed with a hot cup of authentic Munnar tea upon arrival, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, our stay was comfortable and relaxing.

The main issue was the furniture in the hall in our room (Room 407 or 408), which was quite old and had noticeable stains (including old chocolate marks). Replacing the upholstery would make a huge difference. Additionally, while the breakfast was acceptable, the menu was fairly generic

La route d'accès est un peu dégradée. Elle est cependant assez courte et très bien située.

Value for money. Friendly and supportive staff, good rooms, washrooms etc.

The shower is just warm and not very hot in the evenings...however we get hot showers in the mornings.

Great location in Munnar town. Accessible to all spots. Best for the KSRTC double decker bus ride. Its walkable distance. The staff was responsive and welcoming

Well maintained. Staff were super responsive and professional. Only drawback is food, we ordered biriyani, chicken starter and it was below average. Housekeeping staff Lakshmi was very friendly and she did keep the room neat and clean. Overall it is value for money.

The Staff was very attentive and good. Food is good no doubt.

No proper car parking, no place to park vehicle inside the hotel, we have to park 250 meters in the open ground, it is terrible if rain. No dedicated parking for any rooms available. During weekend the parking ground is full of taxis. Rooms are ok felt bit smaller to the price point. The wash room of 306 room was so stinky, no air freshner

الطاقم ودودين جدا من الاستقبال إلى ترتيب الغرفة وتنظيفها أول بأول. وحجزنا مع وجبتين إفطار وعشاء. 10 على 10 التغذية وتعامل الموظفين في المطعم مميز وراق. كنت حاجز ليلة واحدة ولما شفت تعاملهم الراق وتغذيتهم المميزة جددت ليلة أخرى. والموقع قريب من مركز المدينة تمشي إلى السوق 15 دق فقط.

The food was delicious. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Got a room upgrade which was an added bonus.

The car parking area is located a little away from the hotel. While parking is available, it could be managed better. During our stay, another vehicle blocked our path, and it took approximately 15–20 minutes to clear the way before we could leave. The breakfast was good in terms of quality and taste; however, the selection was somewhat limited. A wider variety of options would further enhance the overall dining experience.

The location of property was good.

The rooms were clean but not the level of 4 star. The food offered on a half board basis was good but very basic, not much on the menu. The property was not maintained to a good std. For the price paid it was not that great.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. Staffs were incredibly kind, attentive and always ready to help with a warm smile.

I paid a lot for the property as I booked it a long time ago.

Restaurangen levde inte upp till mina förväntningar.

Gute Lage, sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal…hatten ein Balkonzimmer zum Fluss und haben uns die 3 Nächte wohl gefühlt!

Personalen var väldigt uppmärksam och hjälpsam. Alla gjorde sitt bästa för att gå till mötes. Hotellet ligger bra till för kommunikationer med bussar eller med guider. Samtidigt som det är lite lugnare och tyst där hotellet finns. Särskilt tack till receptionstjejen Prithi (ursäkta om jag syavat fel) och vår städerska MahaLakskmi som varje dag gjorde jättefint.

Overall great place to stay, a bit further from Munnar town but it’s even better because you can have more quiet experience.

Small in the bathroom

Top-notch amenities, marvelous views from the balcony (river, tea plantations), fantastic buffet breakfast with impressive variety of South Indian and western dishes that changed by the day, complimentary tea and snacks in the late afternoon by the river, excellent laundry service, very friendly and accommodating staff.

We had heard about a free cooking class in the evening, but this never seemed to take place. Also, while she is very cheerful and charming, Mahalakshmi, who is in charge of room cleaning, became rather irritating by the end of our four-night stay, given her incessant requests that we review her by name (and, to that end, quizzing us on her name). A cute quirk at first, but it got old by the fourth and fifth time.

There were long black hairs in the bed and the rooms could do with a thorough clean (including light switches). The breakfast was plentiful but not really to my taste. The incessant calls asking if we want a spa treatment was too much.

The hotel staff were so helpful, attending to all our needs to include arranging show tickets and transportations. The restaurant was excellent. We ate there breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything was tasty. The hotel location was perfect - close to the city and many restaurants.

There few malfunctioning electrical outlets in the room and the door to the balcony blocked the room’s entrance door. These were minor problems. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, gemütliches Zimmer, Frühstück und Abendessen/Buffet waren ok.

Der Ort Munnar selbst ist eine einzige Enttäuschung. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom Ort und relativ ruhig.

Front office staff were highly co-operative and helpful. All facilities incuding location were good I could not stay for more than one night though i have booked for three nights due to some compelling circumstances. Its proximity to the main town is very close and I loved it.

Great restaurant. Very helpful staff. Pleasant spacious room with nice views of river and mountains. Although it was close to everything, there was no traffic noise so it was lovely and peaceful at night.

property is old building and based on key system for the doors and power went off if we remove the keys from the wall..and a lot construction near by and the road to the hotel is bad. Google rated this hotel 4 star but it is either 3 star or less

Pulizia, professionalità e disponibilità dello staff, letto comodo, doccia bella calda, camera ampia e pulita. Ottima la colazione differente nelle due giornate di permanenza. L’hotel si trova a circa due km dal centro di Munnar raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 20 min o a 5 min con il Tuk Tuk. Punteggio positivo anche per le terapiste del centro SPA AYURVEDICO sito all’ultimo piano, un bel massaggio al nostro arrivo dopo 7 ore di macchina era proprio quello che ci voleva.

Good and comfortable place and staff

We kregen een upgrade naar een super mooie kamer. Het hotel heeft veel faciliteiten en een goed restaurant. Alles was schoon en netjes. Personeel was erg aardig.

A wonderful hotel, which was excellent value for money. Delicious food for breakfast and dinner. Lunch menu also very nice..the hotel.offered cookery demonstrations in the evening, which were excellent and offered us the chance to learn how to cook 4 different dishes from Kerala. The hotel.also provide the chance for clients to enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening.

Amazing location, friendly staff, sumptuous buffet

Nothing as such

We were greeted with a cup of much needed tea on arrival. This was so welcoming. Rooms were ready for us and we had rooms across from each other, which was perfect. Our rooms were big, but the choice had been limited when i had booked. We ended up with a suite each! Food in the restaurant was very tasty and there is a wide choice. We observed 2 cooking demonstrations which were brilliant. We also enjoyed some complimentary tea and snacks one evening. The additional events are a great idea.

Due to the busy main road, it's difficult to get into Munnar without taking a taxi or rickshaw from the hotel.
