Pleasant Hill Resort - Munnar

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, with a stunning balcony view, and the breakfast was delicious 😋. The management made sure everything went smoothly during breakfast, which we really appreciated. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. They took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would be happy to visit again!

Honestly the staff hospitality and services are excellent. Reception, House keeping and restaurant staff were all welcoming and supportive. Makes the stay much satisfying. Food is good. Limited options but still they make it fresh and cater all our requests. The room view is extraordinarily especially the top floor view. House keeping staff - Vijay was such an excellent host guiding us through internal viewpoints. Made the stay memorable.

Transportation facilities. As the location is too far away from Munnar and major tourist spots, if you don't have a car, the local cab services are very expensive. The location is great in regards to the view but really need affordable cab services to visit any local or tourist places.

Excellent Family Stay – Peaceful and Well-Maintained We really enjoyed our stay here with the family. The property is very well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. One of the highlights is the location; being slightly outside of Munnar town meant we could enjoy a peaceful atmosphere and avoid the usual traffic hassles. Highly recommended

The founders stay along within the resort itself,so the response of the staff was swift and prompt. Nice priced restaurant though it has limited menu due to Gas crisis. The view from the room balcony was excellent. ..

Had a wonderful 2-night stay at this resort in Munnar. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and has a great ambience. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted fresh, especially since they use ingredients from their own farm. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing stay.

צוות נחמד ונעים, חדרים גדולים, נקיים ומוארים עם מרפסת לנוף מהמם, בריכה חמודה ונקייה ( מים קרים מאוד אבל הילדים נהנו), מגרש קטן למשחקי כדור, אופניים ישנות שאפשר לקחת לסיבוב ( אם כי האזור כולו בעלייה כך שצריך להיות בכושר טוב), בערב יש מקום קטן שאפשר להדליק בו מדורה וזה נחמד מאוד, wifi מצוין, המלון מוקף בדשא ירוק ובסכ"ה pleasent 😊

נתחיל בכך שהמלון נמצא כחמישים דקות נסיעה ממונאר ומונית שהמלון ארגן ביקש 4000! רופי לנסיעה של פחות משעה ופחות מ 30 ק"מ באור יום! מופקע! (הגענו מקומילי בנסיעה של שעתיים עם עצירות בדרך ב 3500 רופי ובגואה מהשדה לפאלולים שעה וחצי בלילה ב 2500 רופי, רק לצורך השוואה) לא הייתי מגדירה אותו כמלון ארבעה כוכבים (וזה אחרי שהיינו במלונות ארבעה וחמישה כוכבים בדרום הודו) אלא יותר כשלושה או כגסטהאוס שווה . המבנה מזכיר בצורתו יותר אכסניה ממלון, 2 קומות במבנה פתוח. חדר קבלה קטן מאוד (אין לובי או מעלית ). מעט מיושן, דלתות חורקות, אין אור קטן ליד המיטה אז או שהחדר באור גדול ונעים או בחושך מוחלט, אין מקום לתלות בו מגבות, איזשהו ריח מהארונות. זרם ממש ממש חלש במקלחת. אין רשת בדלת למרפסת אז פתיחתה בשעות הערב מכניסה מלא חרקים. בגלל שכנראה היינו האורחים היחידים לא היה בופה בארוחת הבוקר אז צריך לבקש כל דבר, הם מוכנים לעשות הכל אבל זה מאוד הקשה להזמין כשלא יודעים מה יש בכל מנה מתוך התפריט העמוס. גם חדר האוכל חשוך ומדכדך עם איזה ריח לוואי. בלילה הלפני אחרון שמנו כביסה ונאמר שיקחו לפי 20-25 רופי לפריט וכשעשינו צקאוט הם גבו 50 רופי לפריט, יותר מכל מקום שהיינו בו ( הטעות תוקנה כמובן, כי שמנו לב). נראה לי שאם לא היינו מצפים למלון ארבעה כוכבים ברמה כמו במקומות אחרים שהיינו אולי החוויה היתה שונה, כי בסכה המקום נחמד מאוד עם פוטנציאל

Lots of noice from the other rooms and corridors. Bicycle was not in good shape and the gym has few things which is not fully functional. The restaurant breakfast is a bit expensive for family.

Staff is very polite. Location is a bit far from Munnar but it is a good location and easily accessible. It has a very peaceful environment. Non-veg food is also very nice.

Veg food is not good here. We ordered kadhai paneer but it was not good. Also other veg items are very average.

Had a great stay! The room was very neat and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The food was absolutely excellent — every meal was flavorful and well-prepared. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and satisfying stay!

The dealing and behavior of reception was good and impressive. The waiters and the restaurant was also good and their behavior is pleasant too.

The resort lacks lift which we feel a necessary otherwise our stay there was pleasant.

Amazing hotel with helpful staff and stunning views the restaurant was lovely and reasonable but the extras like the park, farm, camp fire, disco area for the kids, football pitch, and bike make this hotel something special! The pool could do with some maintenance as it could be cleaner and my children kept cutting their feet in broken tiles at the bottom, this is the only reason I’m not eating this hotel as perfect

From the most welcoming smile of the security guard as we arrived, to our most helpful and kind hosts — all the staff in the kitchen, and assistants for luggage, laundry, and room service too — everyone did their best to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The view from our room was peaceful and our space was comfortable.

At times there were loud guests. Hooks in the bathroom would be a most welcome addition. Perhaps a little shelf in the shower too would be nice.

Great facilities for family. Beautiful swimming pool, separate park with sliders and jhoolas for children , stage with music for dance, lush beautiful gardens and breathtaking view from the balcony. Definitely recommended for a family vacation. Food also very good. Staff were very cooperative. Great cleanliness and hygiene too.
