Location was perfect

When we made the booking we were not aware that our room was across the street from the main hotel which faces the ocean, the view we had was looking at the road.

Após reclamação formal, foi proposto alterar para um quarto dentro do resort no 2.º piso, sem os problemas anteriores, solução correta, mas tardia, pois já íamos a meio da estadia.

Anúncio como 4 estrelas mas não corresponde nem a um padrão básico decente. Alojados num edifício fora do próprio resort, virado para a entrada nunca mencionado na reserva nem visível nas fotos, que estão desatualizadas. Quarto com cheiro intenso a esgoto e mofo. Pedida troca: quarto ao lado, mesmo problema, sem outra disponibilidade dentro do resort. Na receção justificaram com o "pacote básico" que, já agora, incluía pequeno-almoço, não é assim tão básico. Piscina do resort inoperacional durante quase toda a estadia, só reposta no penúltimo dia. Infraestruturas em geral extremamente degradadas e descuidadas, e a praia suja, com beatas de cigarro e outro lixo espalhado.

Akurat był remont basenu więc 3 dni brak możliwości korzystania z basenu Mimo dokupionego all podsuwano mi rachunki na koniec do uregulowania Po wyjaśnieniu Usłyszałam że pomyłka No ok - zdarza się Pokoje nie sprzątane porządnie Panie były ale chyba się spieszyły Nie uzupełniono kawy co rano przy wczesnym wyjściu z pokoju przed śniadaniem na zwiedzanie dało się odczuć Na pobyt 7 nocy pokój raz posprzątano porządnie.

L’accueil, tout le personnel est à l’écoute et au service des clients. La chambre est parfaite avec une literie est excellente . Le petit déjeuner est parfait .

Le buffet du dîner est un peu excessif si on n’a pas pris la demi pension des la réservation.

Pozicija na samoj plaži s tropskim vrtom i bazenom unutar resorta. Doručak u predivnom ambijentu s pogeldom na ocean. Jedna od najljepših hotelskih soba u kojima smo boravili - osim s velikog balkona i iz sobe, pogled na ocean pruža se i iz kupaonice - jedinstveno.

Excellent resort!

What a fabulous place to stay. Every staff member looks you in the eye and says hi whenever you pass by. Room was large, comfortable, and well air-conditioned. Facilities were great and loads of activities included. Food at the buffet was good and varied each night, and there are restaurants a short walk up the road. Well positioned for access to southwest activities, and easy enough to taxi to places like Port Louis for the day (I didn't try public transport but I believe there are also bus options). Loved every bit of my stay here and in Mauritius!

Only issue was the dispensers in shower which required a lot of pumping to get enough shower product.

Nice enough hotel, good location on the beach with pretty views. Breakfast was decent.

The dinner options only being the buffet or a menu with seafood options. Too far to walk into town at night alone as I was travelling solo.

Bel resort sulla spiaggia di Flic en Flac. Camera spaziosa e pulita vista giardino e piscina, ma anche vista mare. Personale gentile e colazione buona, con parecchia scelta. Non è un resort di lusso come altri della zona ma senz’altro un ottima soluzione. Avendo noleggiato un auto parcheggiavamo senza difficoltà nel parcheggio dell’hotel, sempre ben sorvegliato. Accesso diretto alla Spiaggia, ben tenuta e con alcuni servizi gratuiti come sup e canoe. Da consigliare!

Non ho cose particolari da segnalare, forse migliorabile la colazione.

Grand lit, belle piscine, belle vue avec coucher de soleil et relativement calme. Petit déjeuner bon et varié. Femmes de ménage très gentilles. Adaptabilité de l’hôtel aux besoins.

Au bout de la plage donc un peu loin des restaurants et du centre ville (pharmacie, ATM etc.). Rapport qualité prix très moyen au vu du prix payé (juste une formule petit déjeuner) et un restaurant sur place très cher. Boissons et goûter non inclus. Si vous avez soif, vous aurez uniquement le droit à une petite bouteille d’eau par jour par personne. Tout le reste sera payant étant donné que l’eau de l’hôtel n’est pas potable. Dans le personnel, certains sont très aimables et d’autres très méprisants. C’est vraiment dommage. Petit endroit pour se baigner dans la mer, ce qui ne donne pas vraiment envie. La taille de l’hôtel prête à confusion sur les photos, il est plus petit en vrai.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero molto piacevole. All’arrivo abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido con la camera assegnata, ma il personale ha gestito la situazione con grande professionalità, proponendoci un upgrade che abbiamo molto apprezzato. È stato un gesto che ci ha fatto sentire accolti. L’hotel rappresenta un ottimo compromesso tra qualità e prezzo: non è una struttura economica, ma rispetto ai grandi resort vicini offre tariffe decisamente più accessibili, senza rinunciare a una posizione fantastica. La spiaggia è meravigliosa, con un mare cristallino e sempre tranquillo. Abbiamo trovato lettini e ombrelloni disponibili in qualsiasi momento della giornata e, spesso, avevamo la sensazione di avere la spiaggia quasi tutta per noi. La struttura è molto curata, il ristorante è bello e l’atmosfera è rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, sempre sorridente, disponibile e gentile. Ci siamo sentiti davvero bene e, sinceramente, non avremmo voluto andare via.

L’unico aspetto che ci sentiamo di segnalare riguarda la colazione. La scelta non mancava, ma dopo qualche giorno il buffet risultava piuttosto ripetitivo e la qualità di alcuni prodotti potrebbe essere migliorata. Nulla che abbia compromesso il soggiorno, ma è un dettaglio su cui la struttura potrebbe fare un ulteriore salto di qualità.

Hotel leží přímo u pláže, na které jsou po celý den volná lehátka, což je na tomto ostrově výhoda (lehátka zde bývají jen u hotelů, nikoliv na veřejných plážích, které s tou hotelovou sousedí). V okolí je navíc dobrý výběr restaurací a do centra města dojdete snadno pěšky.

Hotel prošel nedávnou rekonstrukcí, jejíž provedení však bohužel vykazuje řadu nepřesností a nedodělků. Nabídka stravování byla sice dostačující, ale vzhledem k přímořské lokalitě bych očekávala mnohem bohatší výběr čerstvých ryb a mořských plodů. Jídlo celkově hodnotím jako průměrné. Při případné příští návštěvě bych zvolila ubytování pouze se snídaní.

Sehr gut. Direkt am Strand.

Inkludiert ist die Glas Bottom Boat Tour, die kann man nicht für einen Tag im Voraus buchen. Man muss morgens früh um neun dorthin kommen und dann gucken ob man einen Platz dafür reservieren kann. Das finde ich nicht gut organisiert, weil im vorherigen Hotel konnte man für einen Tag im Voraus buchen. Die Preise für die Sauna sind eine Unverschämtheit, die sind teurer als in Deutschland in einer sehr hochwertigen Luxus Sauna. Auch die Preise für die Anwendungen wie Massagen etc. sind unnormal hoch. Wir haben immer das Schild hinggehangen, dass wir bitte ausschlafen möchten. Trotzdem wurden wir jeden Morgen geweckt. Es wurde geklopft, es war lieb gemeint, weil sie uns Wasser geben wollten, aber im Supermarkt gegenüber haben wir uns mit Getränken versorgt. Das war leider ein wirklich großes Manko, weil man im Urlaub gerne ausschlafen möchte.

Die Lage war gut, der Strand war schön. Von der Rezeption wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Zimmer war in Ordnung, wenn es einen nicht stört, dass das Badezimmer überhaupt nicht geräuschisoliert ist.

Wir hatten Halbpension und das Essen war morgens wie abends ziemlich bescheiden, sehr dürftig von der Auswahl und vor allem Vegetarier tun sich hier sehr schwer. Service Personal war überhaupt nicht geschult, so wurden wir zum Beispiel an der Poolbar gar nicht bedient, obwohl mehrere Kellner da standen und gequatscht haben. Tische blieben lange Zeit dreckig und es wurde erst nach Aufforderung gewischt. Im Restaurant wurden uns entweder mehrmals die Teller weggezogen, obwohl wir noch gegessen hatten oder die Teller wurden erst nach längerer Zeit abgeräumt.

The breakfast was boring...no change at all on any days and we stayed for over a week.... The rooms were not clean and broken in some places....

Everything, the staff were attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The beach was kept clean and the loungers were very comfortable. The pool was also lovely and well maintained, as were the gardens. Food at the a la carte lunch venue was good. Rooms were cleaned daily with attention to detail.

Complexe idéalement situé les pieds dans l'eau. nous avons pris la formule petit déjeuner, il y a plein de restaurants pas cher à proximité. le ménage est fait chaque jour, les serviettes de bain sont fournies, des transats sont disponibles sur la plage ce qui permet d'admirer le coucher du soleil chaque soir . le personnel est au petit soins je recommande grandement cet établissement.

Bel hôtel avec de belles chambres face à la mer, jolie piscine et belle plage. Personnel très agréable et attentionné. Très bon barman.

Les buffets, répétitifs, peu de choix et pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 4* Le bord de mer est plein de petits cailloux et d'algues. Un peu bruyant avec la route derrière

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la proximité avec la plage (par contre un peu déçus car pas de coraux donc pas de poissons à voir pour le snorkeling). La chambre d'hôtel était magnifique et spacieuse, pas de vis à vis, vue agréable sur la piscine et une partie de la mer et bien isolée. Le ménage était fait chaque jour et nickel. Le restaurant et le bar sont top et le personnel très gentil.

Pas facile de se faire comprendre à l'accueil, car peu de personnel y parlait français donc difficile pour expliquer le problème du pommeau de douche et du distributeur de gel douche, donc le problème n'a pas été solutionné mais bon, ce n'était rien de grave. Très déçus de la salle de sport, tapis de course hors service, machines assez anciennes...etc.

Nous avons complétement été déçu de notre séjour dans notre hotel . Nous avons payé pour 5 nuits dans cet hotel plus de 1000€, arrivé sur place on nous place dans l'annexe de l'hotel carrément en face de l'hotel.. La chambre super sale, des écriture de feutre sur les murs, toilette pas propre. 2ème jour : on nous remplace pas les serviettes 3ème jour : on ne nettoie même pas la chambre le petit déjeuner toujours la même chose, pas beaucoup de choix (pour vous dire même de la confiture de fraise il yen avait pas). c'est vraiment le pire hotel 4 étoile qu'on ai fait sachant que c'était notre lune de Miel .

It was lovely sitting close to the bar and watching the sun go down. But too many people sit and smoke there. If you are not smoking it is unpleasant. Otherwise it is an excellent beautiful place.

The location is wonderful; exactly on the beach. The sunset is amazing. The room was very lovely and clean. There's always event in the evening every day, so it's fun to hangout in the hotel. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

The pool is a bit dirty; water in the pool was cloudy. Not the best place for nonsmoker and especially children because they let people smoke everywhere including the pool area :(

L'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est au petits soins, accueillant et toujours souriant. Nous avons passé un excellent voyage de noce au Pearle Beach.

Access to snorkeling, glass bottom boat, access to beach, friendly staff, excellent restaurant facilities and restaurant staff, excellent evening live shows.

Initially located in older regular rooms with run down facilities. Our experience there was so bad we were relocated to top room overlooking the beach. The latter room was fantastic. Room cleaning staff were also first rate.

It was lovely.

The staff were rude not only to me but to many other guests. The manager knew that his staff are rude but I felt he was stuck with them. Just getting a simple coffee was a challenge at the bar. I was going to book another few days as it was so nice, however, the staff attitudes stopped me, so I left and have gone elsewhere.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als Alleinreisende in einem fremden Land fühlt man sich schnell unwohl, aber das Personal hat sich so lieb um mich gekümmert, das ich sehr gerne im Hotel war!

Die Essensauswahl war nach einer Woche ein wenig eintönig und nicht immer waren die Sachen wie man es sich vorstellt.

Le seul petit bémol est que pour accéder à la mer il y'a pas mal de pierres donc obliger de porter des chaussures de plage.

Le personnel très serviable, gentil et souriant. Les thérapeutes du spa très professionnelles et excellents massages. La taille humaine de l’hôtel.

Hotel légèrement excentré et tarif taxi assez onéreux pour courtes distances pour rejoindre le centre. Peut-être prévoir des fruits frais au dessert le soir et quelques légumes frais (genre tomates) le matin au petit déjeuner. Sinon tout bien :-)

The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was always neat and fresh. The dining experience was also enjoyable, with a good variety of delicious meals and fresh local flavors. The restaurant staff were attentive and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasant and stress-free. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made a significant difference. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Pearl Beach Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway in Mauritius. I would gladly return for another stay.

Friendly staff. We had an early morning departure and they had breakfast packs waiting for us, since we would’ve already left by open.

Our balcony door lock was broken. We didn’t make a fuss about it though, the property seemed secure enough.
