地理位置不错，就在Flic En Flac Beach ，房间一打开就是大海，可以享受傍晚海滩落日。靠近房间这边的大海就很多很多珊瑚，往左边直走就很多度假村和大酒店的沙滩，很干净细腻。

房间内的家具和设施相对简陋，厕所淋浴室非常简陋。

Die Lage direkt am langen schönen Strand war genial. Vom Zentrum etwas weit entfernt. Austattung der Ferienwohnung war top und modern. Nettes Personal.

Für den hohen Mietpreis sind viel zu wenig Liegen und Schirme für die Größe der Anlage vorhanden. Einige sind auch schon kaputt. Im Pool fehlten Fliesen.

Air conditioning broken n they expected us to stay for 2-3 days in 35C + without it working. Dishwasher didn’t work. Overall, overpriced n getting worn apartment for the money

The only advantage of this place I can point out is the wonderful view of the sea.

1. The cleaning was poor. I'm very particular about such things, and the apartment was dirty when we moved in, so we had to clean and wash everything ourselves. 2. There was no elevator, so we had to carry our suitcases up to the third floor. 3. The guest room had no air conditioning and a dirty, old fan. There were air conditioners in the rooms, but we tried not to turn them on because it was unclear when they had been cleaned. 4. The pool on the balcony hadn't been cleaned in five days, and the tiles were chipped, so we didn't let the children in there. The large pool in the common area also looked dirty.

Unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues. The dishwasher isn’t working properly; a wheel is missing on the lower rack, causing the spray arm to hit against it. Both the kitchen faucet and the toilet were broken. The cookware was unusable because it was heavily scratched and the non-stick coating was peeling off. The grill also needs maintenance, as the knobs were falling off. Overall, the general impression is that the property is in need of maintenance and updating.

Property need a Aircon in Living Area. Humidity was very bad . General cleanness not up to standard. Property need new beddings and towels and proper waste bin.

Super lokalizacja, piękny widok. Duża przestrzeń apartamentu.

Ręczniki zniszczone, pachnące wilgocią. Prysznic lata świetności ma już za sobą. Brudne naczynia w szafce możliwe że przez to że zmywarka nie domywała. Prosiłam wiele razy od pierwszego dnia a przedłużenie pobytu w dniu wyjazdu, najpierw zero reakcji później kategoryczna odmowa. Poprosiłam o wskazanie miejsca gdzie mogę zostawić bagaże, odpisano nie ma takiego miejsca. Dopiero po moich wiadomościach i prośbach pozwolono je zostawić u ochrony. Pani sprzątająca przyszła pół godziny przed końcem naszego zakwaterowania i zaczęła sprzątać gdy my jeszcze byliśmy w środku, bardzo nie komfortową sytuacją.

Il manquait une porte de chambre, le lave vaisselle est inutilisable, le robinet de l'évier est cassé, la climatisation de la salle est défectueuse, certains lavabos sont bouchés, l étendoir a l linge est cassé Une des couettes était sale et il manquait une housse de couette Nous souhaiterions obtenir une ristourne sur le prix de cet appartement qui ne correspond au descriptif!!

The location is fabulous, snorkeling and safe swimming on the doorstep with a range of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Some electrical lights and kitchen equipment either were broken or faulty. They were repaired or replaced eventually

Toller Empfang und Betreuung von Pamela! Meiner Meinung nach der beste Platz in Flic en flac. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Apt C2 is stunning. Located on the ground floor, it's just a few steps across the lawn and you're on the beach. Secure complex with 24 hour security & just 1km walk or MR400 taxi ride from great local restaurants. In the opposite direction, 5 mins along the beach is the Buddha Bar.

Superbe appartement !! Vue exceptionnelle ! Plage et baignade à quelques mètres. Ménage fait tous les jours. L'appartement est super bien équipé (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, clim,...) il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer des supers vacances. Si je reviens à l'île Maurice, je reviendrai ici sans hésiter. Je recommande à 1000%.

L' exposition face à la mer, l' accès rapide à la piscine et à la plage, la proximité de petits supermarchés.... Pamela très serviable arrangeante et gentille

Wunderschöne und grosse Dachterrasse mit kleinem Pool und traumhafter Aussicht. Tolle Lage.

Die Lage am Strand ist einzigartig , der Ausblick ist einfach nur traumhaft. Jonathan war super nett und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und schön groß. Das war Bett war gemütlich. Die Waschmaschine zum Wäsche waschen mitten im Urlaub ist sehr praktisch.

Die Putzkräfte haben bei Nachfrage gut sauber gemacht. Wir hatten aber das Gefühl, das einige Dinge schon in die Jahre gekommen sind und mal erneuert werden müssten. Bspw Schimmel in den Duschen, ausgelegenes Sofa. Das lag nicht am Personal und wäre unser einziger Kritikpunkt. Nach dem sauber machen hat es immer sehr streng gerochen (vielleicht das Waschmittel)

Logement très décevant. A part la situation face à la plage magnifique l'appartement ne correspond pas à l'annonce, malgré la vue mer et la gentillesse de la personne de contact sur place. Tout d’abord nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de constater en arrivant que le nombre de lits différait de ce qui est indiqué sur l’annonce (2 lits doubles et non 1 lit double et 2 lits simples comme mentionné). Même si un lit d’appoint a pu au bout de 24H être ajouté dans le salon ce n’est pas la même chose. Par ailleurs les photos de l’annonce sur Booking semblent provenir de plusieurs appartements de la résidence et ne correspondent pas à celui listé (1 canapé dans le salon et non 2 comme on le voit sur les images de booking, disposition et décoration de la cuisine, mobilier des chambres, disposition de la piscine sur la terrasse). Surtout, le niveau d’équipement n’est pas à la hauteur des prestations attendues pour une location de ce prix : sol de douche taché, joints noircis, robinetterie pleine de tartre incrusté, plaque vitrocéramique ancienne et rayée, coussins des bains de soleil tachés, bordures maçonnées de la terrasse fêlées, carreaux de céramique de la piscine manquants, ustensiles de cuisine en mauvais état – râpe à fromage pleine de fromage séché - , filtre à eau du réfrigérateur HS… Surtout, il aurait été plus honnête d’indiquer sur l’annonce (en ajustant les prix en conséquence) qu’une construction de 3 étages est en cours juste à côté de la résidence ce qui occasionne des bruits de travaux non stop de 8h00 à 18h00 empêchant de profiter de la terrasse sereinement. Au regard du prix ce n’est pas acceptable. Notre demande de modification tarifaire face à ces problèmes et nuisances est restée sans réponse.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist sensationell! Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und es gibt alles, was man braucht.

Die Betten waren schon etwas durchgelegen.

Skvělá lokalita přímo na pláži, velmi prostorný, dobře vybavený apartmán, bazén k dispozici. Restaurace v docházkové vzdálenosti, parkování v uzavřeném areálu.

Drobnosti: chybělo kuchyňské prkénko, každodenní návštěva uklízečky spíše obtěžovala - ale dohodli jsme se. Pro dokonalý dojem z venkovních prostor by bylo fajn odstranit odumřelé palmy na pláži.

The location is great and the sea view is amazing. The penthouse is well laid out and looks very nice and the small pool on balcony is a plus and intimate. Location of penthouse is also very intimate as on far side. It is secured and have a nice parking area. It is also very nice to access directly the lagoon and go for snorkeling. Water shoes or palms are recommended for flic en flac beach.

There was no air conditioning in the living area which is the main and biggest place and it gets hot in the afternoon which is ok whilst the glass door are opened but upon sundown or sunrise there are many mosquitos and you need to close the terrace sliding doors. Without the air con in the living room it is then unbearable on very hot days. This is unfortunate and unexpected for the price of the property. We have enquired about it and Christine informed us that this service is not part of those offered by the property and this is included in the advert / offer for it. Having looked back I did not see such specification in the advert for it. This is a pity. Other than that some items could be refreshed - in real was with some green moisture, pans and others for cooking are really used and some door handles are not well attached.

We loved the location and view straight onto the beach. Amazing sunsets. The apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable and the lift made things easier for our son with variable mobility. Pamela was also lovely and very helpful, late checkout was much appreciated :) easy parking and close to shops

Small things. There could've been more mugs and glasses, not really enough for 6 people. BBQ igniter wasn't working and no matches to get it started but fortunately we made a plan.

The sea view was a dream. The location was really quiet and secure. In the kitchen we had all the equipment needed to cook for few days.

The swimming pool was under maintenance probably because of low season.

The property is awesome but it needs proper maintenance and deep cleaning. The garbage cabinet in the kitchen didn’t have a door, the hanger was broken and the dishwasher wheels for the plates were not working.

The location is absolutely perfect, it’s literally beachfront so you can walk out your door and go swimming.

When we arrived the towels were all wet and hanging on drying rack. That was a little disappointing as we had travelled all day and intended to shower on arrival but had to wait for our towels to dry (another set wasn’t dropped off for us).

Great location. We loved being right on the beach. Very spacious and modern living area.

It was very annoying and stressful to be asked, within 24hours of leaving Australia, to bring cash to pay for the accommodation. It kind of nulls one of the convenient things about using booking.com. For the rest of our holiday we were able to use card everywhere. I was unable to pay our accommodation in euro, which I was unable to get at short notice. I ended up needing to do a IBAN transfer. Pretty stressful 36 hours start to the holiday. Worth having a better welcome to the property guide pack with WiFi details more clear, local supermarket and restaurant options etc. It was just a general dream escapes book not specific to our apartment or area.

the oven and safe weren't working. we had to got a new safe in a couple of days but the oven wasn't repaired while we stayed there.

Very spacious and modern penthouse apartment. We stayed in D5. Lots of privacy. Kind of sheltered from the wind. Bed, shower and rooms was very comfortable. The apartment is managed by a Lady (Pamela) who is very helpful, informative and friendly. Thanks for your help during our stay Private pool on the veranda was very nice. Not heated. Really nice views all day long. The big sliding doors leads out to an amazing veranda. Great place for family or friends. Loads of seating and loungers Even a washing machine in the apartment! Security on site Dedicated parking. Lovely beach with great snorkelling right in front of the property.

We had an issue with kitchen sink drainage smelling. Once reported, action was quickly taken on various options over a couple of days to resolve. Thanks for your efforts. Shared area pool downstairs missing a few tiles. This is a minor issue too be honest. Place is great! Think this is probably the management company that needs to resolve this. But from the standard of the apartment, they should get this sorted.

Location is very good. We can see the sunset directly from our apartment. It's in the ground floor and the back door is directly in front of the beach. Sand in the Beach is very soft and clean. Kids love it. Facility is very good. Private Swimming pool for the complex. Kitchen is also complete with everything u need.

Shower in the second room is not as clean as i expected. The cleaning lady doesn't come on the second day. But fauzianah solved it the next day. Apartment was very clean afterwards.

Awesome location and view. Very modern apartment with all amenities. Great pool area with free sunbeds. In house spa treatment can be ordered. The same for a private chef cooking your meal. Closed of compound with guard.

we spent the best 5 days of our vacation in cap ouest. This penthouse has the best location in the entire complex and offers complete privacy in Flic en Flac with an absolutely perfect beach in front of the property. The private pool is the highlight of the entire accommodation. I will remember the sunsets on the terrace for the rest of my life. Every day the penthouse was cleaned and also the pool is maintained by the staff of the complex. It has never happened to me that I want to spend more time in accommodation than outside, but here I do. We were very sad to leave this accommodation and want to come back. We had our own car and this destination is perfect as a starting point for all trips if you don't want to be staying in several places. There are two smaller grocery stores near the accommodation, but if you want a larger selection, I recommend the Jumbo express store, about five minutes away by car. For dinner you must visit the Rib & Reef restaurant - 15 minutes walk from the accommodation. They have the best seafood plate. Once again many thanks for this unbeliavable accomodation and we will come back!

Everything is good

Loved the view and the freedom to enjoy the private balcony with easy access to the beach. perfect size for a family of four with two good bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Would have been good to have 4 sun loungers on the balcony.
