Malheureusement nous avons été réveillées à plusieurs reprises dans la nuit à cause du bruit que les gens font dans le couloir, gens très bruyants, portes qui claquent et valises qui roulent au sol. On entendait tout c’est dommage

During our check out, there was a long wait for taxi so one of the staff brought us to the train station free of charge, very much appreciated. Location was only about 10 minutes to the grotto.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Ce que j'ai aimé, est que j'ai été surclassé faute de places dans l’hôtel et me suis trouvé tout seul dans une chambre pour 4 personnes. De plus j'ai aimé la déco de la salle de bain et ai pris des photos pour m'aider pour ma future salle de bain. L’hôtel est très bien placé, nous avons accès directement au Sanctuaire à peu près 150m voire 200m. J'y revendrai sans problème.
L'orage qui est tombé lors de mon séjour.

pour améliorer, je conseillerai de prévenir à l'avance que le restaurant n'est disponible que jusque 20h30, cela peut être utile lorsque l'on voyage pour anticiper une arrivée en fin de journée.

Gostei da simpatia e disponibilidade das funcionárias da recepção, que ajudaram em todo o processo. Utilizei a Internet por alguns períodos grandes e senti sempre que era rápida. Estacionamento grande nas proximidades.
É um hotel simples, sem grandes luxos, em que senti falta de pequenas comodidades como minibar ou cofre, por exemplo. O estacionamento fica a cerca de 200 metros do hotel, e é ao ar livre. Fiquei com a sensação que é um parque público e não pertence ao hotel, uma vez que o pagamento do parque é efectuado no próprio parque e não é exclusivo dos hóspedes do hotel. Houve uma situação menos boa, que não tem propriamente ligação ao hotel, mas sim ao pessoal da limpeza, que foi terem entrado no quarto, sem bater à porta, e com a sinalética a pedir para não incomodar. Mas é, sem dúvida, um hotel que não excluo numa próxima visita a Lourdes.

No kettle provided for Hot water or Tea ,coffee and bottles of drinking water. Every cup of hot beverages ,have to go down Ground floor to The Bar from 3rd Floor to purchase, as I prefer to drink tea every morning and in evenings . No mini fridge facility in the Room like many other few Hotels near by I have stayed on my previous visits to Lourdes. Hotel very busy with lots of Guests ,believe due to time of the year .

The breakfast options or lack thereof, did not meet my expectations. When I metioned it to the desk attendant, he told me I should have stayed at a five star hotel if I wanted more breakfast choices; of course I did not appreciate his response. I was in Spain recyently at a three star hotel and the options were much more diverse and plentiful.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Una estancia excelente, repetiría sin dudarlo Me encantó este hotel y, sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí. Uno de sus grandes puntos a favor es su ubicación: está a tan solo 5 minutos caminando del templo, lo que resulta muy cómodo. Desde el primer momento, el trato del personal fue excelente. En recepción me atendieron en español y fueron todos muy amables y atentos, algo que se agradece muchísimo cuando estás de viaje. La habitación me sorprendió muy gratamente. Estaba muy limpia y perfectamente insonorizada, y las camas eran realmente cómodas. Tanto las camas individuales como las dobles son amplias y muy confortables, así que esa noche dormí increíblemente bien. Otro aspecto que me dio mucha tranquilidad fue el parking. Está vigilado mediante numerosas cámaras y el hotel tiene registradas las matrículas de los vehículos de sus huéspedes, lo que permite al personal de recepción tener un mayor control y vigilancia sobre los coches. Además, comparándolo con otros hoteles de la zona, el parking de este hotel tiene espacios bastante amplios y bien distribuidos. En otros sitios las plazas están tan delimitadas y juntas que parece casi inevitable que las puertas o los vehículos puedan tocarse. Aquí, en cambio, hay suficiente espacio para aparcar tranquilamente y sin estar preocupado por posibles golpes. Y, sobre todo, me encantó la tranquilidad del lugar. Es una zona muy silenciosa y se respira mucha paz, algo que después de un día de visitas se agradece muchísimo. Entre el silencio, la comodidad de la habitación y las camas, pude descansar de maravilla. En resumen, ubicación, limpieza, comodidad, tranquilidad, atención del personal y seguridad del parking. Una experiencia fantástica y un hotel que recomiendo totalmente.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Je ne m'attendais pas à un hôtel d'une telle qualité à Lourdes. La dernière fois que je suis venue, c'était il y a dix ans, et cette fois-ci tout était encore mieux que ce que j'imaginais. La chambre était très confortable, le personnel était accueillant et professionnel, et l'emplacement était parfait. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour.
Honnêtement, je n'ai aucun point négatif à signaler. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Rien ne me vient à l'esprit qui pourrait être amélioré.
