I don't know when someone put a nightclub in next door, but I doubt if anyone has been able to sleep there ever since. We were there on the weekend and so sleep was out of the question. If we had not already paid for it we would have left immediately. When we complained to the staff, one lady said we should have told them, although I don't know what difference that would have made, since they're not the owners of the nightclub. They literally play live music at top volume until 5:00 a.m.

El tamaño de la habitación, muy pequeña aún para una persona es muy poco el espacio, el baño poco cómodo, muy poco espacio e incluso el lavabo está fuera del baño. Poca variedad de alimentos en el desayuno y personal poco amable.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025La ubicación es buenisima, se puede llegar caminando a los lugares principales de la ciudad y la calle donde se encuentra el hotel es tranquila. El hotel en sí está okay, nada excepcionalmente bello pero tampoco en decadencia, el desayuno es promedio, los típicos chilaquiles (ya bastaaaaa, hoteles, ya bastaaaa). Muy buena onda el chico que lleva el equipaje a la habitación.
La habitación que nos tocó (o maybe la reservamos así) no tenía ventilación realmente, solo un aire acondicionado que hacia mucho ruido, y una ventana que daba hacia el pasillo. Además era demasiado pequeña y oscura, no entraba nadita de luz natural. Eso sí, siempre la mantuvieron limpia, pero aún así se sentía muy húmeda de vez en cuando. Chance otras habitaciones están mejor, idk.

Siendo época navideña y fin de semana había mucho ruido del establecimiento (bar) justo al lado. Nos cambiaron de habitación pero se seguía oyendo la música.

El ruido, aunque nuestro cuarto estaba sin ventana hacia el patio central, por la mañana se escucha el.ruido del desayunador, no nos.importó porque al final nos levantamos temprano para ir a conocer la ciudad, pero es importante tomarlo en cuenta

Reviewed Nov 12, 2025El alojamiento está muy bien, la cama muy cómoda, el personal muy amable. El desayuno muy rico. Y está muy cerca de todo.
La habitación que nos dieron, a pesar de que estaba en el fondo del hotel, se escuchaba TODO, literalmente cuando hacían la limpieza de las habitaciones, cuando bajaban o subían las escaleras o cuando platicaban en el corredor (huéspedes y trabajadores), parecía que estaban a una lado de mi. Pedimos otra habitación y muy amablemente nos ofrecieron opciones, finalmente compramos unos tapones de oídos y si pudimos dormir bien, no cambiamos de cuarto.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025You get what you pay for. It’s an affordable hotel, walking distance to all restaurants and close to centro. Only thing is that the bathroom was outdated but it worked fine. A party venue is right across the street so bring earplugs if you want to sleep well. Other than that everything was great!
