El servicio y el lugar. Felicidades!!

Solo como detalle, estuve en un cuarto del segundo piso y a las 7 am empezaban a arrastrar sillas de la parte de arriba que es como terraza y personas hablando que en el cuarto se escuchaban como si las tuviéramos al lado. Nos despertaban y ya no podíamos volver a dormir.

La ubicación y la atención por parte del personal fueron excelentes

1) only American breakfast included, and you cannot avoid it for less charge. It only includes Americano or tea as drink, so if you want a cappuccino you pay the difference. If you want Mexican breakfast (which costs them the same, probably less, you pay the measley 20 pesos (1£) difference, which I find ridiculous. 2) staff is not helpful: most of them barely speak English, and when asked about suggestions for a quick bite, they did not suggest one of the many local markets but pushed to eat in the hotel or in some restaurants they have partnerships with. 3) rooms are not private: some of them open directly on the breakfast area so you open the door to effectively strangers eating. The room we were in also had zero windows and terrible light. 4) we had no warm water for one full day. Towards the end, I asked the guy in reception to fix it and he went to our room. We came back after 2/3 hours and the guy said to wait 8 minutes for it to be warm. Not only was this bad advice considering the city has an issue with water supply, but also it didn't work and we still had no warm water and had to have a cold shower.

Estaba bien ubicado

Solicité una habitación Suite , soy madre con 2 hijos adolescentes. En todas reservas de hoteles que he hecho hasta entonces con suite era más que suficiente. Al llegar a la habitación, comprobé que camas eran individuales. Para mi hijo adolescente, era muy muy justa, pero podía pasar. Para mí dormir en la cama individual con mi hija adolescente fue incómodo, des confortable, y muy desagradable para poder descansar. Comenté en la recepción, la única solución que me dijeron es coger una habitación muy superior. Con un coste elevado y adicional. Esta propuesta no fue nada salomónica, ni con ganas de encontrar una solución.! Para el colmo se me cobró un depósito nada más entrar al establecimiento, para garantizar si hay algún gasto. Se me cobró 100€, o equivalente a pesos. Cobrar un depósito antes de darme un servicio.! Que ni servicio estaba a la altura ni solución que me dieron estaba nada a la altura. Al marchar me dijeron que ya me procedían a devolver el dispositivo, evidentemente no había gastado nada. Ha pasado 1 semana , y EL DIPOSITO AÚN NO ESTÁ INGRESADO..!! ESCRIBÍ AL ESTABLECIMIENTO, ME COMENTARON QUE REVISARAN QUE HA PASADO.!! HOTEL ME COSTÓ más de 500€ 3 noches..! Una experiencia desagradable y un precio que es para un hotel de lujo, pero nos dio sensación de estar en un hostal..!

Great location, old house, staff was extremely helpful

Beautiful historic property in a great location, with spacious and very clean rooms, a delicious breakfast served until late, and excellent blackout curtains.

Since the rooms face the central courtyard, they can be quite noisy, especially during breakfast.

Excelente Ubicación , muy buen servicio del Personal , la habitaciones amplias y muy bien decoradas , Clima funcionaba muy bien , Wifi con buena velocidad, un Balcón grande y funcional. El servicio del Restaurante muy eficiente y comida con muy buena sazón .

Las almohadas era una muy suave y otra muy dura, no habia firmes pero no tan duras.

セントロの中でも中心部に位置していて、観光には抜群に便利です。夜中に歩いても危険は感じませんでした。古い建築物を改装したブティックホテルで、とても良い雰囲気です。スタッフは親切で、朝食は美味しく、部屋は設備は少し古いですが清潔、全体としてとても満足な滞在でした。

駐車場が少し離れていて、雨の日は大変です。

En términos generales, me pareció una estancia bastante tranquila, con una ubicación ideal para caminar hacia cualquier parte del centro. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas.

El Hotel muy bien ubicado ,las habitaciones limpias . El problema es que el desayuno recién empiezan atender desde las 8:30 am y por orden de llegada . Como te dicen desde las 8 am hay café ,pero el personal recién llega a esa hora. En nuestro caso de las 3 noches, 2 días teníamos tour contratado que empezaban 8 am. Tuvimos que irnos a un hotel cercano a tomar desayuno y pagar nuevamente. Lamentablemente el Hotel no ha querido devolvernos el pago por el desayuno que contratamos por la página y no lo tomamos.

Qué el horario del desayuno sea a partir de las 8:30 am y por orden de llegada. Te sirven al plato. El personal aunque atento ,no todos podían resolver .

Delicious breakfast included and excellent location!

The breakfast was phenomenal! And the breakfast staff were so accommodating I love that they have water in the hallways and we just refilled our water bottles and did not have to keep on buying water throughout our stay. The staff were very helpful in getting cabs for the airport. The location cannot be beat. Midway between the main church and the mercados and in front is one of the best bars! We were traveling with a small group and we had lots of places to congregate even in the evening.

Very dusty. I became ill from the dust.

It kept the theme of the past. Great location. We had the roof top unit and the views were amazing.

No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Bringing our luggage up was a challenge. It reminded us of our time in Europe when we had no elevator and had to take our groceries and luggage 3 or 4 flights.

El hotel, aunque comodo, es limitado. Tal vez su mayor plus es la ubicación, eso ya puede responder muchas preguntas.

La hora del desayuno, nos fuimos en un tour y ya saben que nos citan muy temprano, pensé que el hotel abría su desayuno a las 7:00 hrs pero fue hasta las 8:30 am, pienso que eso es muy malo.

Quizá que no había muchas tomas eléctricas para mis aparatos personales y el sistema de TV fue un GRAN QUILOMBO como para estresarte desde el primer momento.

Lovely hotel with great slkable access to eveywhere in old town. Complementary breakfast was a n8xe addition. Junior suite with balcony doors to street were picturesque although road noise at night. Interior rooms are smaller & very quiet. Beds are double, & firm.

We had a large room on the 3rd floor with a lovely terrace. The room was very large and had basic kitchen facilities - cups, plates, bowls and a coffee maker and iron. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice and modern with a rain shower.

There were 4 flights of stone stairs to get to our suite. There was no way to heat anything but coffee. No source of heat so it was cool in the room on the 2 nights of cold weather we had in our 2 week stay. Not a serious problem.

Location, that's where it ends.

Rooms are not having any window. You can hear all the sounds from the neighbouring rooms, it's very annoying. For this price someone would expect much more! Breakfast doesn't include all the dishes on the menu, only some selected ones, very limited. They gave us "American breakfast", which was not bad, but didn't include any traditional dishes, that were always given to us in exactly all hotels in Mexico. This hotel is calling itself "delujo", meaning deluxe( you can see it on a sign entering a hotel), but there is no one to talk with regarding your room complaints in the evening. At the end, not bad hotel. It does look authentic and special, but for this PRICE, a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

場所がいい。共有部にウォーターサーバがあるのが便利。

窓と換気扇がないから、部屋が匂う。私ができる限りドアを開けて換気してました。洗面の下水も詰まってます、なかなか水が流れません。朝食が3つのメニューからのオーダー制です。初日ツアーのため、時間があまりなく、一人パン2個を注文したが、パン一人1個のみと言われました。他のセット料理がいらないから、一人パン2個だけいただきたいと頼み、それをもらいました。しかし、2日後に、パン2個の請求が来ました。他の料理が頼んでなくても、パンの数が超えたため、支払うべきとの説明でした。小さいお金だけど、レストラン側がお客様の立場を全く考えてないのが明白です。レストランが昼食、夕食とも利用者がほとんどいません。お客様が朝食を利用して、レストランの魅力を感じられないではないでしょうか。

Das Ambiente in der Lobby ist recht nüchtern und kühl. Kein Ort, wo mann loungen kann. Die Zimmer haben kein natürliches Licht, weil sie nur zum Innenhof zeigen und keine Fenster nach draußen besitzen. Die Fenster zum Innenfof sind nur mit Milchglas versehen. Nichts für Claustrophobiker. Sehr unfreundliches männliches Personal. Bereits bei der Ankunft gab es Stress weil der Receptionist den Aufenthalt erneut bezahlt bekommen wollte, obwohl alles schon bezahlt war. Es kostete einige Űberzeugungsarbeit, ihn zufrieden zu stellen.Auch beim Frühstück musste man alles, was nicht zu deren Standard gehörte (z.B. Müsli mit Früchten) rannten sie einem hinterher, und wollten die Abrechnung nicht bis zum checkout ruhen lassen.

Great location for wandering the city, large comfortable rooms and the staff was very helpful. There were plenty of seating areas to gather with friends, and the breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit.

If you can’t climb stairs request a room on the first floor, but overall a lovely hotel.

Que no me dieron la habitación que yo había reservado . Me pidieron en una interior que da a la cafetería . Una habitación sin ventanas al exterior !!! Al pedir una compensación me movían a otra igual un poco más grande pero no a una exterior con ventanas como yo había reservado. No me ofrecieron descuento, ni nada… al final después de indignarme conseguí que pagaran medio taxi al aeropuerto. Indignante. Personal de recepción nada empatizó, ni resolutivo. La mayoría del tiempo no había nadie .

El hotel es bonito, la habitación de buen tamaño para familia de 4 y baño muy amplio y funcional. Tiene excelente ubicación. Todo muy limpio y excelente relación calidad-precio.

Nada, solo podría mejorarse el desayuno (tuve desayuno americano incluido). Nos tocó una habitación que daba al comedor, por lo que escuchábamos ruido desde temprano, pero nada muy grave.

Our first room didn’t have any windows which wasn’t clear from the booking, we requested to change rooms if possible and the staff were lovely and assisted us. Shower didn’t go past a like warm temp.

Nice rooftop space for morning yoga. Good location for walks in old town center.

No hot water (COLD SHOWERS); room not sound-proof, in fact, open air windows above doors out into the hotel main floor (NO PRIVACY); no iron or ironing board for guests; parking is tough - no help from hotel on that; beds are small and mattresses were not so good - we did not sleep well. Our room had no outside window (suite on first floor).

I liked the room we were in. It had natural light and was very roomy. I loved the location of the hotel. The fruit at breakfast was very good.

I would say the hotel is upscale. Unfortunately, none of the staff I encountered spoke English. My biggest complaint would be the breakfast included with my rate. Only an American breakfast is included. One does get tired of eggs,etc for breakfast 6 days in a row. I would have liked to be able to order cereal or oatmeal or something else without having to pay to deviate from the American breakfast. Coffee is a staple around the world. Only 2 cups are included in the breakfast and the cups were watery and lukewarm. For a "made to order" breakfast, the bacon and toast were always cold. I would recommend opting for no breakfast and get breakfast somewhere else. It seems that many of their rooms have no natural light. We were fortunate to have natural light coming in.

Loved the location - you can’t beat it. Nice clean room that got serviced every day and the hotel provided a good breakfast. Recommend this hotel for anyone coming to the beautiful city of Oaxaca.
