Localização é ótima, perfeito para fazer tudo a pé

Ar condicionado parou de funcionar 5 das 7 noites que ficamos no hotel, o dito café da manhã incluído é uma caixa com quatro itens iguais todos os dias, quarto sem cofre, toalhas de banho sujas, roupa de cama suja, o papel higiênico tinha que ficar no chão pois não tinha onde colocar, sem contar que não tinha porta no box do banheiro, fazendo com que cada banho o banheiro ficava alagado

Tudo correu bem.

Pequeno almoço muito fraco. Deveriam incluir fruta e um sumo, pois só atribuem 4 peças entre bolos e salgados.

Pousada fica colada ao centro. Muito espaçosa CHECKOUT facil Responsável pelo b&b muito solícito e atendeu as necessidades prontamente.

Colchão ruim para a coluna. Ar condicionado do quarto muito ruim. Nao havia instruções para ligar micro-ondas ou frigobar. Nao ha recepção e só soubemos como entraríamos no quarto porque liguei. Procedimento muito confuso de checkin Café da manhã muito ruim, necessidade de descer para pegar café. Nao e hote e sim bed and breakfast Elevador muito lento era melhor ir de escadad.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La posizione è perfetta, molto centrale e comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi. Abbiamo anche utilizzato il parcheggio a pagamento e il servizio è stato impeccabile. Ci hanno accompagnato dall’auto all’hotel con un tuk-tuk e, alla partenza, ci hanno riportato comodamente fino alla macchina. Un servizio davvero molto apprezzato! Tutto il personale è stato gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. È stato un soggiorno piacevole e sicuramente torneremo!

Duplex avec une climatisation qui ne refroidit que le séjour au Rez. Il faisait 20 degrés au séjour et 30 degrés à la chambre à coucher à l’étage. J’ai dû dormir sur le canapé-lit au Rez avec une couverture

Meget lille værelse. Og dertil meget mørkt. Værelset var som sådan rent og pænt, og sengen var komfortabel, men selve stemningen omkring værelset, størrelsen og mørket var ikke behageligt.

Sono partita sola e la struttura la risceglierei altre mille volte! Host gentilissimo! Posizione strepitosa! Vogliamo parlare della "Magic white box" per la colazione direttamente in camera (l'ho chiamata io così!): scatola bianca con cornetto croccante alla crema, un biscotto al cioccolato strepitoso, un panzerotto e una focaccia! Gentilissima e bellissima la ragazza che ti porta la colazione! Il Palazzo? Un vero e proprio museo! Esci e sei in centro e a un minuto dalla baia più famosa di Polignano!! Soggiorno fantastico! Non vedo l'ora di tornare!

La camera non è stata di nostro gradimenti , molto calda e i rapporto qualità prezzo non buono Domenico è stato molto gentile , ma non è riuscito ad essere totalmente presente alle nostre necessità .

Completamente diversa dalle foto che pubblicano su Booking. È un locale adibito a casa soppalcata piena di umidità

La colazione inclusa sono cornetti e due pizzette prese al bar e portati in camera senza neanche una bevanda

Palazzo elegante, contesto raffinato, servizio impeccabile ed una squisita colazione dolce e salata . La struttura ha una posizione centrale con affaccio su una delle piazze più belle di Polignano. Il proprietario Domenico , persona disponibile e attenta a tutte le necessità dei suoi ospiti, ha reso questa vacanza ancora più piacevole e indimenticabile . Consigliatissimo!!!!

Ottima posizione, nel pieno centro di Polignano, staff gentilissimo, pulizia eccellente, suite meravigliosa con due balconi, comodi da prendere il sole.

Posizione, cordialità, spiegazioni e risposte a domande, indicazioni su posti dove pranzare. Climatizzatore efficiente. Disponibilità, ho perceptivi che ai messaggi c’era sempre disponibilità anche se non è fisicamente qualcuno fisso alla reception, alla fine non è un albergo ed è giusto che ci sia così.

Migliorerei la colazione. Sicuramente meglio poco, ma buono. Meglio un cornetto 🥐 per persona e un buon caffè o cappuccino a scelta, piuttosto che più prodotti non a piacimento. Migliorerei confezioni per shampoo e bagno doccia. Farei tutto ricaricabile, ma questo sicuramente è soggettivo. Sapone fisso in bagno anche se piccolino. Kit cortesia sarebbe gradito. Un bidone per la spazzatura all’area cucina.

Z nejakeho dovodu sa vecer vypinala klimatizacia a uz ju neslo spustit. Stazovali sme sa majitelovi, ale ten s tym nic neurobil. Velmi nam to zneprijemnilo pobyt pretoze bolo v noci 28 stupnov a nedalo sa spat. Zvlastne bolo, ze sa rano klimatizacia sama spustila zhruba v case ako prisiel personal penzionu. Je to neakceptovatelny nedostatok pri cene viac ako 300€/noc.

The location is great

It was hair in the bathroom on the floor. The shower didn’t had the glass door replaced so on the floor it was a lot of water for which we had to put towels to not get in the bedroom. Shower handle was broken also and was going literally out. On last day breakfast was not served although I find it normal to be served

The location is perfect

We stayed in the ground floor. It was very noisy, humide and the smell of the stones was insupportable. The breakfast was very poor and the cleaning service came only once. It didn’t worth the money unfortunately

Everything! Location was great, the room nice, spacious, clean! Domenico was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL and went beyond his ways to assist us🙏🙌 breakfast delivered to the door was so nice.

Az elhelyezkedése és a tisztaság szuper, ha gond volt, a házi gazda mindig válaszolt.

A reggeli nem volt aranyban, nem érte meg. A szobában nem volt annyi pohár, ahányan voltunk, ezek apró, zavaró dolgok. A légkondi miatt többször kellett írni a házi gazdának.

Piękny wystrój całego obiektu, na ścianach dzieła sztuki współczesnej☺️ Mieszkalismy pod nr 8, na ostatnim piętrze z dostępem do olbrzymiego tarasu z pięknym widokiem oraz balkonem z drugiej strony pokoju. W budynku jest winda. Codzienne sprzątanie, świeże ręczniki oraz śniadania przynoszone do pokoju. Na pierwszym piętrze prodesjonalny ekspres do kawy, z całodobowym dostępem. Bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Spędziliśmy tu cudowny czas. Z przyjemnością jeszcze tu wrócimy. Polecamy w 100% Iwona i Piotr

Mit feinen Natur Materialien elegant und großzügig ausgestattet. Eine Oase mitten im Zentrum mit großer Dachterrasse über die piazza. Super sauber. Top 👍 Gerne wieder 💯

Vielleicht fährt man gleich zu Hauptbahnhof um zu parken!Da in der Straße kein Platz zu parken gibt. Sonst hat man alles was man braucht,und man wohnt gleich im Zentrum.

Location is great, close to the main beach and all the restaurants and bars. Room was very nice and spacious with a great balcony. Breakfast served to door every morning and room cleaned everyday.

Good location in the centre of the old town.

Where to start? No hot water, barely working air conditioning and staff that checked us into the wrong room then had to move us. Taps falling off the walls, balcony doors that didn’t lock and breakfast arriving as we checked out at 9.30am. The staff on the site were helpful but have limited English. Communication with the host was limited and non-existent until I contacted him via WhatsApp. All in all I, and knowing what I now know, I would not have booked.

Sehr schöne Zimmer mit Balkon. Nahe an der Altstadt gelegen und ca. 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Der Check-in erfolgte per Telefon, zu meiner Verwunderung wurde ich auf deutsch begrüßt. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über einen "Ablageplatz". Das Frühstück wurde morgens vor das Zimmer "geliefert", ein Kaffeeautomat steht im Flur. Die Zimmer waren für den Preis sehr gut.

Leider gab es zum Frühstück kein Mineralwasser. Der Kaffeeautomat hatte auch nur warmes Wasser oder warme Milch als Alternative zur Auswahl. Champagner zum Frühstück, den es im Kühlschrank zu kaufen gab, war leider auch keine Alternative😏. Für den Checkout sollte etwas mehr Zeit eingeplant werden, da der Gastgeber sehr beschäftigt war, mit den ganzen Abreisenden. Es ging dann aber wieder problemlos per Telefon über den Schlüsselkasten.

there is no light 2 there are no windows 3.it is dirty 4.it feels like you live in the street on your own, you can hear everything, you can't sleep! 5.you can't ventilate the room 6.that staircase is very fragile and dangerous

A localização é excelente e os apartamentos são lindamente decorados e confortáveis. .

Do café da manhã. Ele é composto somente de carboidratos, 2 salgados e 2 doces, recebidos dentro de uma caixa. Para o café ou capuccino você precisa se deslocar até o andar onde está a máquina de café para buscá- lo. Em um dos dias não havia leite na máquina. Em outro dia a máquina enganchou. Não havia os itens que encontramos em todas as outras hospedagens na Puglia, como queijo, embutido, fruta, iogurte, suco... Para o padrão e preço da hospedagem, merecia um café da manhã bem superior.

Staff not helpful at all. First evening I asked to get the ac running, because it’s a complicated central controlled system apparently. No response from Domenico. On day three he promised to help and still nothing. Spent the whole 3- night stay without ac.

Location and size of room was nice.

A/C did not work. Shower door was broken so water went all over it. One day, we had no running water and the other day, no hot water. Not much amenities.

Me cobraron el precio total de inmediato y no como reserva con reembolso , sin devolver la diferencia a mi favor a pesar de recibir Mail de Booking prometiendo el reembolso . Pobre desayuno.

La posizione è strategica, vicino al centro.la signora delle pulizie ci ha accolti benissimo. Molto disponibile e gentile. Lo consiglio.

L'unica cosa che non abbiamo trovato è stato un referente vero e proprio alla reception, anche solo per darci indicazioni.

L' emplacement parfait, l'espace, la propreté.

LA SÉCURITÉ ! La rambarde des escaliers et de la mezzanine est souple et pas adapté si on a des enfants, je n'ai pas pu quitter ma fille de 2 ans des yeux et si nous n'avions pas pris un lit parapluie j'aurais été obligé de dormir en bas avec elle. La machine a café 2 étages au dessus et pas de thé . Pas d eau chaude le soir....

Wieczorami nie było ciepłej wody, więc kąpiel nie należała do najprzyjemniejszych. Dodatkowo bateria prysznicowa się rozlatywała, a prysznic przeciekał. Tak poza tym to śniadania 3/10, głównie na słodko i codziennie to samo, więc można mieć dość. W pokojach ani jednej butelki wody. Brak herbaty. Mleko w ekspresie zepsute-następnie opróżnione i tak przez cały pobyt nie uzupełnione. Brak suszarki i szlafroków co uważam jest podstawowym wyposażeniem.

Este mentionat pe site ca exista parcare, insa am ajuns acolo si ni s a comunicat sa parcam in parcarea din trainstation, apoi ulterior am mentionat ca noi dorim parcare si ne au zis ca trebuie sa vorbesc cu cineva pentru garaj… . Cazarea nu este asa wow ca in poze… Nu a meritat banii respectivi, nu este o cazare rea, dar clar nu a meritat suma de 700+ lei pe noapte. Am atasat o poza cu micul dejun care vine in cutie dimineata . iti livreaza cineva din personal. Din nou, si aici era mentionat pe site ca exista mic dejun, dar asta presupune micul dejun. Nu exista o zona de mese si nu este nimeni la receptie. Comunici prin mesaje.

I liked the position of this accommodation, the artwork that surrounded the rooms and the balcony located in one of the rooms.

The list of what l didn't like is quite long. First of all the approachability, care and assistance demonstrated by the front desk staff was highly disappointing.As it was a festival weekend staff wasn't available or when contacted willing to help with a number of issues. Heater/Air Cond didn't work, TV remote was set for 2 rooms, shower control knob a broken, Fridge didn't work, The communal coffee machine didn't work, and there were 86thno cups, sugar etc. The clothes rack was way too high to hang clothing. There was no communication, direction, or instruction given to guests regarding the next step or process of your stay. It's a shame as it has tge potential to be a great place .

Super Lage, sehr freundlicher, deutschsprachiger Rezeptionist, großes Appartement mit Terrasse.

Wirkt noch etwas ‚work in progress‘. Frühstück ist leider insgesamt enttäuschend. Es wurden 2 Boxen mit je 4 Stück Gebäck geliefert / vor der Tür abgestellt - waren reichlich, frisch und haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Leider später als angekündigt geliefert. kein Geschirr, keine Servietten, Kaffee selber holen, Maschine neu / nicht eingestellt / keine Milch /. … kein Wasser oder anderes Getränk . Somit noch deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial oder klarere Kommunikation, was da angeboten wird. Zwar viel Platz im Zimmer, aber nur Abstellmöglichkeit am Boden oder im Schrank. Tisch oÄ wäre gut. Ebenso fehlen Haken im Bad. Wir waren im Dachgeschoss- da wird es ab Sonnenaufgang trotz Verdunkelungsvorhängen sehr hell.

Ottima la posizione, situato in prossimità delle principali attrazioni

Ho odiato il modo di fare dello staff, che ha fatto risaltare decisamente in peggio alcune pecche che con i giusti modi di fare uno avrebbe sorvolato.

Struttura con design accattivante, confortevole, pulita e in posizione strategica per la visita del paese. Comfort dei letti e degli ambienti eccellente. Migliorare qualche dettaglio in più nel wc, tra manutenzione e altri punti di appoggio praticamente inestitenti.

Nettamente da migliorare il servizio colazione non appropriato per la location. Caffè/cappuccino alla macchinetta letteralmente imbevibile. Consiglierei direttamente la colazione presso il bar della piazzetta, molto carino e con ottimi prodotti.
