Incredible view and location…however felt a bit like faulty towers at times ? Asked for glasses in the room to pour champagne, took 3 requests and they eventually arrived with plastic cups. The Door handle of toilet fell off 4 times. Maintenance arrived to “fix” it the first time and he literally shoved it in the hole and hoped for the best. It kept falling off. We Asked for mugs/cups to make tea (there was kettle but no cups?) and that took several requests. Staff super friendly and Smiley, just slow to reacted restaurant had similar experiences where you’ll be asking 3 times for your drink. Just off with the fairies a little ?

Slow reaction when something went wrong or when you made a request (you needed to ask 3 times for everything). No beach towels available for guests. Be nice to have a gym or access to a gym close by.

La struttura è in una posizione super strategica che ti permette se hai la macchina di visitare praticamente tutto. Alcune calette anche a piedi sono comode.

La mancanza di pulizia all’interno della stanza ahimè. Non veniva mai pulito il pavimento e purtroppo tornando da spiaggie tutto comunque si riempiva di sabbia quindi secondo era necessario che venisse pulito. E poi l’indisponibilità al servizio lavanderia.

Obiekt bardzo zużyty, nieremontowany, pokoje malutkie, winda mikroskopijna, duże różnice w wysokości posadzek utrudniające poruszanie się, personel (szczególnie restauracji) niewyedukowany, obrażony na cały świat, zajmujący się rozmowami ze sobą zamiast gośćmi. Bardzo fajna obsługa recepcji, szczególnie dwaj młodzi Panowie dowożący gości z u na parking.

Die Lage war perfekt, die Aussicht vom Balkon war auch perfekt, Frühstück war gut, Parkmöglichkeit war auch sehr gut

In den alten Badezimmern ist es etwas eng. Die Betten in den alten Zimmern waren nicht wirklich bequem.

Walking distance to the everything

Very close to everything with the most excellent views there was. You could see everything from our sea view room. The staff was exceptionally courteous and offers a shuttle to and from the free parking area.

This is a wonderfully located hotel and a staff that is friendly and helpful. Parking is about 300m away, but is an easy walk. Get the directions from the staff before you drive there. Breakfast is decent and the views are spectacular from their restaurant.

We had an older room that wasn't as nicely appropriated as shown in some of the other photos. Not a big deal, but did make the "feel" of the hotel dated as there were no ornamentation in the rooms; also, each time we remove the card key the air conditioning would come on an freeze the room before we returned, and the window blinds would be closed automatically. We found this a bit frustrating.

Location is exceptional, overlooking the famous beach,staff were friendly, great breakfast, once again overlooking the beach! Parking system was great & they were happy to take us to our car whenever we requested. We tried to rebook here again for later in our trip but it was booked out. Fabulous place

Beautiful location on the cliffs-Superb rooms! We had three balconies ,all with stunning views. Friendly efficient staff and top notch restaurant .The location puts you right on the edge of the old quarter and within five minutes walk of a beach (busy because it s central)

The central(old town)location means that there is no parking outside.But the hotel has a well run carpark a few minutes away ands they run a shuttle!

Amazing location. We had a Laurie with a large deck area that overlooked La Monachile. Breakfast was great. Staff were excellent and friendly. Car park was close by and they shuttle you back and forth. Great stay!

Perfect location. We walked to the Grotto Palazzo for dinner and shopped in old town Breakfast was amazing our room spectacular.

Parking was off site but there is a driver and shuttle to and from property.

The jacuzzi wasn’t working due to low water level and took some time to sort out. This should be monitored before check in so that no delay in using the facilities. There was a very significant additional charge to sit in a lovely little balcony area for breakfast. This meant that it went unused the whole time we were there which is sad and a waste. I think it should be available for all guests at no extra charge.

Grosszügige, helle Zimmer, freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, phänomenales Essen und üppiges Frühstück in einem eleganten Saal mit Meerblick. Dazu liegt das Hotel wirklich perfekt im Zentrum des Ortes direkt neben dem sagenhaften Strand. Ein Bad am frühen Morgen, wenn noch niemand da ist, gehört fast dazu. Also: Alles top!

Es kann laut werden am Abend - aber es ist Italien. Am Morgen ist es dafür sehr ruhig.

Sehr gute Lage, aber trotzdem ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber. Frühstück war sehr gut - viel Selbstgemachtes!

Spent one night at this hotel but had a great time. We booked a room with a jacuzzi terrace and I would highly recommend. The terrace and views were wonderful. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. Great location, 5 mins walk to the old town but plenty of restaurants and shops nearby

Ótima localização, funcionários atenciosos . Ter estacionamento facilita muito e eles têm transporte do hotel para lá. Fiquei em uma suite enorme com dois banheiros, sauna, banheira. Linda vista para o mar e frigobar com bebidas de cortesia incluindo Prosecco .

As instalações são um pouco antigas. Nada que interfira na estadia.

Fantastic position, lovely staff

Beautiful hotel in an amazing spot. Lovely, but dated room, 111. Very clean BUT no coffee machine, just paper cups and 2 sachets of coffee and a kettle. Even cheap hotels have coffee machines and proper cups! Also we were out into a room for less able bodied guests with a seat in the shower. That was ok except that it took us 10 minutes to work out how to use the shower, no instructions and a crazy about of nobs, buttons and lights. The music at breakfast was like a night club, most of the guests were over a certain age so inappropriate and far too loud anyway. I asked it be turned down slightly but it wasn't, so we ate quickly too get away from the noise. But even with all of that moaning, it was a lovely building with stunning views and good food in the restaurant. I would go back.

This was an amazing hotel. I had two balconies, 1 that looked over the sea and the other that looked back in to the town. The staff were wonderful. I highly reccomend this hotel and if i am back in Polignano a Mare, i would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was fantastic too. There was a great range of food and you sat looking over the cliffs and sea.

Fantastic location, right on the cliff overlooking the sea. Very friendly who were happy to help with anything you needed. Parking was very close to the hotel with a car from the hotel to pick you up if needed although it was so close it was not needed

The bed was a bit hard and the pillows could have been a little bit fluffier

View from the terrace of the room was really "Polignano a Mare".

Accueil sympathique parlant anglais parking privé proche de l'hotel et avec une navette de l'hotel qui vient nous chercher et nous reconduire avec les valises donc très pratique chambre très agréable propre face à la mer, bien équipée, literie impeccable restaurant attenant très convenable si on n'a pas de plan B petit déjeuner pas waow mais très correct un séjour agréable et surtout bien situé en plein centre ville, tout peut se faire à pied depuis l'hotel
