The place and the staff is super family friendly, I had my 6 months old son with me, they helped us alot and was super decent and friendly, The pool is super family friendly, People on the beach and the beach facility itself, the golf cars we used to reach the beach I thought this would be slow and inconvenient, but in real life , they was super helpful

Actually nothing, although I had stays in different places and big chains in Egypt, in 2026 this is the best 👌🏻

- فكرة وجود الغرف خارج مبني الفندق سيئة جدا وبتميل اكتر لفكرة الشالية. - عدم نظافة حمام السباحة وجود ريش طيور واكواب مياه، ووجود حشرات بجانب حمام السباحة. - الشاطئ الخاص بالفندق ملئ بالصخور لا يصلح للنزول.

Clean- professional staff-quiet-superb food

-No live activities or shows at night at all. Except someone playing music at Dinner. -You pay for any drinks including water at Dinner but not in breakfast. Same as on the beach, you have to pay. -Isolation between rooms/condos are not the best. I can hear the loud noise of the kids next to me.

Spacious clean room. Zaki the golf cart driver polite and helpful. Beach boy Omar very friendly.

Bad dining experience. Low food quality, staff demotivated, crowded restaurant always full you have to wait till you get a chance to have a table. Low variety and low quality. Bad experience with Front office staff Islam and the manager Khaled. Beach is 15min walk or you have to wait long time because they have only 2 or 3 golf carts.

افضل مايميز المكان المطعم بجميع العاملين بة وبالاخص محمد حامد مدير المطعم و رمضان السيد الشيف و محمد عثمان الشيف.و مينا و مصطفى بالمطعم. وعلاء الشيف .. وذكى club car وبالاستقبال اسلام فعلا شخص مميز جدا بالاحتواء لحل المشاكل . و بالحجز محمد حسن .

عدم وجود اى أنشطة ترفيهية نهائيا. عدم وجود اى إمكانيات على الشاطي او حمامات السباحة.

تجربه جميله جدا هادئ والرسيبشن متعاونين ولطيفين جدا خصوصا الاخ اسلام ينقصه القليل من الانشطه معزول قليلا لايوجل حوله شي ولكن داخله سوبر ماركت

Overrated and overpriced compared to facilities and quality of food. Shower-gels & shampoos are of bad quality, regardless that i had to ask for a shower gel as it was not put. The drain was blocked and didn’t work properly although i brought a guy to fix it. Also, variety of food and its quality was not as expected, other cheaper hotels are having a bigger selection and a better quality

Very good staff and perfect place for relaxation. The pool was very clean and room is well maintained. Food was very tasty and guitar band was nice during dinner.

Hotel Beach so small, open to adjacent beach so no privacy for hotel guest. Beach cleaning was not sufficient. Craws were annoying to the maximum. Cost is high. No animation or night entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The pool is large, clean, and very enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless—honestly some of the cleanest we’ve experienced in the area, which made us feel very comfortable. The food was also excellent. The buffet offered a great variety, and the Egyptian cuisine was especially delicious and full of authentic flavors. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

The only downside for us was the beach. It is not a beachfront resort, so you need to take a golf cart or drive your own car to reach the beach. The golf carts are available all the time, so transportation is very convenient. The water is also very shallow, so it wasn’t ideal for swimming, which is something we personally enjoy. However, if you don’t mind shallow water and simply want to relax by the beach, it can still be a pleasant place to spend your time.

I was upgraded to a suite upon check in and the room was beautiful. Very nice pool and beach, though the beach is a little far away (but you can always get a golf cart ride to and from the beach whenever you want). The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The manager, Mr. Yasser Ali, went above and beyond to help me. I appreciated it very much.

We paid 3 K USD for 4 nights stay, it’s annoying to pay for drinks during dinner!! We paid 50 dollars for drinks, I believe we paid double this amount as tips during our stay.

the staff are extremely friendly, would like to especially thank Meena at the restaurant and Mr. Yasser and Mr. Mahmoud at the reception, they all made our stay an amazing one. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

the craws are intolerable, you can not have any snack by the beach or pool or anywhere in the open air. Also the food varieties are very poor considering the name of Jazz and the price per night. the equivalent hotels in Hurghada (including Jazz chain) offer all inclusive for this same price.

식사가 맛있어요, 아침에 구워주는 빵도 훌륭하고 수영장과 호텔이 가깝고 수심이 다양해서 아이들 놀기도 좋았어요. 바다도 가깝고 근처 슈퍼에서 다양하게 먹을것 생필품 구입할 수 있어요.

수영장이 조금 더 깨끗하면 좋겠어요. 어쩔수 없지만 까마귀가 많아요 ㅠㅠ

I like the sand beach & I recommend for any gust to use the kayak and speed boat to go inside , maybe you will be lucky like me to see the dolphins and swam with all the dolphins family , it was great ❤️

La cena in due sere sempre uguale. Lavori in piscina (con martello pneumatico) alle 10 del mattino fino a sera. Abbiamo riservato 3 camere e in due non c’erano le pantofole.

Ramy and Sayeed (golf pro) were friendly and we had a great time talking with them and getting to know Sayeed on the golf course. 10/10 experience

The staff was so unfriendly. Food was so bad my stomach is so upset because of the quality. Everything we asked for is extra charge mind you it wasn’t anything over the board. I’ve got a cut in my hand from the room. I wouldn’t go back there ever again and I don’t think anyone should
