Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Brilliant location for tourists, it's a 1-min walk from Las Setas and you're 5 mins away from Plaza Duque. The hotel itself is quite difficult to find on the map and also on the street, but that's part of its charm. Room size was adequate, huge bathroom and friendly staff.
My room was literally 2 yards away from the reception (on the same floor) and I could hear everyone talking at all hours of the day. There were also windows into my room so if I didn't have the shutters closed, people could see into it. I would've also liked some more space in the room - the bathroom was arguably bigger than the actual room itself. Also the shower leaked quite a lot.

La posizione rende le operazioni di scarico/ carico bagagli molto scomoda. I parcheggi non sono adiacenti all’hotel. Circa 10 minuti di cammino. Solo alcuni possono ospitare auto alte più di 1,90m

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026É a segunda vez que fico neste hotel. A primeira experiência foi ótima, esta segunda não, e tudo tem a ver com a localização dos quartos.
Fiquei num quarto no primeiro andar, com uma pequena janela virada para o páteo interior. Às 8h ou mais cedo começou o barulho que vinha da sala dos pequeno almoço que está no àtrio. Vozes, barulhos de pratos, conversas altas, um inferno. Não se consegue descansar. No piso, barulho de esfregonas, passos a toda a hora e depois descobri com a roupeiro onde se vão abastecer de roupa ou produtos ficava mesmo ao lado do quarto. Não descansei nada, não consegui dormir mais a partir das 7h por causa de tantos barulhos. O pior, tinha pedido para ficar no quarto onde fiquei em Junho, mas ninguém me respondeu ao pedido ou quiz saber disso. Assim percebo em definitivo que só poderei voltar a este hotel se me garantirem a estadia num quarto calmo, que existe, pois da outra vez correu muito bem.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The location was great, a bit of a walk from the train station, but we could have got a cab. The foyer of the hotel was beautiful, the pool more of a plunge pool but excellent as a way to cool off. We didn't have to compete for the sun loungers or sun umbrellas either. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of items to chose from. The staff were really helpful too.
We stayed on the ground floor and our windows opened onto the internal courtyard. This meant that, with the windows open, it was quite noisy, and the rooms were a little dark, but it wasn't such a problem as to impact our stay.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Ho apprezzato principalmente la posizione, centralissima. La struttura, raccolta e accogliente, era dotata di ogni comfort, perfino una piccola piscina per riprendersi dal caldo andaluso.
I tavoli della colazione era sempre apparecchiati per due, quindi nel nostro caso per esempio, dal momento che eravamo tre, ci arrangiavamo. Per carità, non è la tovaglietta che fa la differenza, ma è un’attenzione che secondo me va curata. Anche la zona piscina andrebbe curata di più, perché se è vero che non si discute la grandezza su potrebbe rendere l’ambiente del solarium più confortevole.

Pool area a little dated and needing some tiles replaced but not a big issue.

Al ser el centro histórico, son todas calles pequeñas y sin acera, no se puede ni bajar del coche a sacar las maletas. Además coincidió que toda la zona estaba en obras y no pudimos acceder a algunos de los parkings.

Al ser verano había mucha gente en la piscina y no se podía estar.

La piscine n en est pas une et induit en erreur si c est un critère de choix de l hôtel Très grosse déception Elle est profonde de 60 cm et on ne peut absolument pas un nager De plus elle n est pas accessible avant midi autant dire qu on ne peut pas l’utiliser si on on arrive en fin d’après midi et qu on ne reste qu une nuit Enfin le patio est bruyant D autant plus le matin avec le petit déjeuner qu y s y tient Ce qui rend l’expérience d une chambre en réa de chausee désagréable pour cause de bruit important ceci étant majoré par l impossibilité d avoir de la lumière naturelle car les ouvertures donnent sur le patio

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Otelde kahvaltı almadık kişi başı 17 euro bize fazla geldi. Odalar ve otelin tamamı endülüs mimarisiyle yapılmıştı bu da çok keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi sağladı. Teras katta bir güneşlenme alanı var fakat biraz sıcaktı uzun süre kalamadık. Havuzu çok küçük havuz demek bile zor ama yorgunluğun üstüne ferahlamak isterseniz kullanılabilir. Odalar çok serindi.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026No me gustó nada porque me pareció una estafa , mala aplicación que te manda a habitaciones incompatibles con tu familia , no explica que los niños a partir de 5 años son considerados como adultos pero aunque escribas otra edad te manda para sus hoteles preferidos y luego pasan estos problemas . Como se asume que pueden entrar perros aunque pongas que llevas mascota no sale en la aplicación hasta que llegas al hotel y luego son más gastos etc . Un caos , me parece que es una vergüenza y competencia desleal para otros hoteles que hacen las cosas con empatía y seguro que están los últimos de la app . No entiendo cómo Booking deja desviar para habitación incompatibles , así supuestamente se rellenan hoteles sin usuarios solo con el dinero de los turistas .

There was plenty of space and although the window faced a derelict building only a few metres away, the room was bright. The location was great, only a few minutes walk to the Las Setas. Another plus was, Ubers could collect us only a few metres from the hotel. The pool is tiny but great for cooling off in the 40 deg heat. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent air-conditioning in the room.
The view from our room wasn't great and the small Julliette balcony was enclosed in glass.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026El Hotel, es muy lindo y tiene una ubicación excelente, la pedí sin desayuno por lo que no puedo dar opinión de el, tiene una piscina, chiquita, que ayuda mucho en la época que fui yo julio, para pasar el calor, pero es algo mu sencillo y el agua bien tibia, por el calor que hace.
se escucha mucho la bulla de las habitaciones de arriba, hacían el aseo por la mañana, que no te permitían descansar

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026A localização é muito boa, muito perto de Las Setas. Farmácia e restaurantes muito próximos. Usamos o serviço de aeroporto e foi perfeito, com ótimo custo-beneficio.
O café da manhã começa 8h. A depender da sua programação, pode ser um pouco tarde. Ouvi bastante barulho das pessoas que chegavam da rua e saíam. Fiquei no primeiro andar e não há um isolamento acústico. Tive dificuldade para dormir

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026La posizione è ottima proprio nel centro di Siviglia e a piedi si possono raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città, la hall dell'hotel è bellissima è costituita da stupendi porticati in tipico stile andaluso. La camera era ben arredata, il letto comodo e il bagno pulito e spazioso, nonché, munito anche di bidet. Il personale è molto gentile e attento alle esigenze della clientela.
Purtroppo, la camera che ci era stata assegnata era la nr. 01 che è situata proprio tra la reception e la cucina dove vengono preparate le colazioni, quindi la mattina ci si svegliava un pò troppo presto a causa dei rumori inevitabili causati dal personale che prepara le colazioni e dalla clientela che si reca alla reception. Tuttavia, nel complesso il soggiorno è stato gradevole.

Juste le revêtement autour de la piscine qui n'est pas du tout pratique quand le soleil est au dessus. Il est impossible de marcher pieds nus autour de la piscine, ni sur l'herbe synthétique autour des transats.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Le patio a lui seul, ce qui ne suffit pas à être satisfaisant pour une prestation hôtelière.
Je suis particulièrement déçue par mon séjour d’une nuit dans cet hôtel, et ne le recommande pas ! Nous étions dans une minuscule chambre derrière la réception et n’avons pas bien dormi du tout entre le bruit, la clim qui nous a soufflé sur la tête et les odeurs d’égouts dans toute la chambre. Le personnel, quant à lui, ne s’est pas montré particulièrement aimable. Le potentiel du bâtiment est grand, mais les chambres ne sont pas entretenues et les équipements (piscine, ascenseur) pas plus. Nous avons subi notre séjour et ne mettrons plus les pieds dans cet hôtel. Je préfère faire quelques mètres de plus, payer quelques euros de plus et avoir le confort d’un vrai hôtel.

I didnt like that the air condition in the reception area was very strong, making it too cool. Considering the call for energy saving on the public places, I think it was a waste. Also the air condition on the room was set to 21C while we think 26C is a good temperature.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Very comfy beds. Nice bathroom. Lovely to have a lounging area and plunge pool in such a central location.
We were on the ground floor and the sound in the foyer was hard to ignore. There were no external windows either which may bother others.

3 notti su 4 siamo state svegliate da forti fracassi che facevano gli ospiti dell’hotel. Il personale di certo non c’entra nulla, ma potevano quanto meno intervenire per silenziare gente che alle 4 di mattina recava disturbo. Per il resto tutto ottimo, dalla pulizia alla posizione della struttura
