Close to attractions, the morning and lunch buffet was helpful when you dont know the place very well.

Theres a faulty switch socket The wall is thin you can hear outside They said a coupon with code for WiFi that only last for 24hrs then you need to get another coupon The tv doesnt work and remote was missing Smelt of cigarettes in the room and bathroom when we came back

The behavior of the security and staff was not at all good and they were very rude. We did not know how to operate Air conditioner at home and when we reported that one of the staff was saying, if they do not know how to operate AC, ask them to go out. My old parents were with me and this kind of behavior was totally frustrating. The room cleanliness was under expectation

The bathroom had a leaking water problem, room was too small for triple occupancy - once we put an extra bed, there was no space to walk, the hotel did not receive the conformation email that was send by booking.com as it went to some different branch of their hotel.

While I appreciate your hospitality, my recent stay was disappointing in several key areas. The breakfast quality was poor, and the lunch buffet lacked variety, offering the same dishes throughout our stay. The taste of the food was below average. Furthermore, the suite we were assigned did not provide value for money; the room rate was disproportionately high for the standard of accommodation provided.

During my recent stay, I experienced a significant service failure involving the Manager's conduct, which was both unprofessional and lacking in guest focus. As I had an international flight requiring me to be at the airport at 2:30 AM, I requested a hotel car for transport. The Manager informed me that no car or driver was available. I then requested that the hotel arrange a taxi for me, but he refused, stating he could not help and could only share a driver's number. This is not an acceptable practice for a hotel of this standard. Due to this lack of assistance, I was forced to escalate the matter directly to the General Manager, who promptly resolved the situation. While I appreciate the GM's intervention, the Manager's initial dismissive and uncooperative attitude created unnecessary stress and is not conducive to a welcoming or service-oriented environment.

The room was comfortable and the location suited us.

They messed up our dietary requirements and when we complained, the staff started arguing by saying that if we can eat potato then what was the problem with onion. They both grow underground. The reception staff was also very incompetent. They could not comprehend how much was paid and how much was pending.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and transport links, yet quiet enough to feel restful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, and the dining experience overall was excellent. I especially appreciated the small touches — from the efficient check-in process to the thoughtful service throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel provided a perfect balance of comfort, service, and value. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying again.

While most aspects of the stay were pleasant, the hot water supply was inconsistent. At times it took a long while to heat up, and on a few occasions it was not as reliable as expected. Improving the hot water system would make the overall experience much more comfortable.

Great Stay at Hotel Maurya Rajadhani I had a peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s a perfect place for families, with a calm atmosphere and a great location close to both temples and beaches. The rooftop restaurant is a highlight — open on all sides with a beautiful view and a great dining experience. Highly recommended!

Dining discounts are not informed in advance — you only find out after the bill is generated, which means you might miss out on available offers. It would be much better if the staff informed guests ahead of time to avoid this issue.

Since we came from Hyderabad and have stayed in many other hotels felt there could have been more of muffins etc. Now coming to lunch buffet,we felt the same dessert weren't child friendly for example kids love chocolate cakes or icecream which weren't there.

I made a booking at this property for my parents who came for vacation to Kerala and this was by far one of the best places they've stayed in Kerala. The staff, the rooms, the amenities, the breakfast ... Everything was spot on!

Despite repeated attempts, we were unable to contact room service. We finally had to contact the Front Desk to get any assistance.

There was a lady staff I believe she is the manager..she is the only good customer oriented staff there & the housekeeping was good

One side of the hotel has 0 view infact it’s a wall of the building & but twin bed rooms have a better view.. the lady I believe the manager was customer oriented the other staff hardly even wishes the customers coming in.. I was in the 4th floor and the sounds from 5th such as moving objects and dragging tables just ruins everything including the ears… & the breakfast buffets was not upto mark as well..

I visited with my family and they absolutely loved the stay. Beds were comfy. Staffs were very polite. They provided us an extra bed and late checkout facility which helped us a lot. Breakfast was great too. I certainly recommended this place and will visit again.
