Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The shower had mildew in between the tiles and along the floor corners. That was the biggest problem and to me says the cleaners are not working hard enough or do not have the right tools out materials.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Everything is excellent in this hotel. Its my 3rd stay and it just feels like home. Very hospitable, humble and friendly staff with smile always. Breakfast delicious with various dishes changes daily. Comfy and clean rooms. Great location. I just love the hotel.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026I was offered complimentary breakfast but did not eat since was leaving early for my meeting. Location was okay but quite congested with parked vehicles on the street. The reception staff were always checking if I was comfortable and the one dinner I had was excellent.
Other guests especially opposite my room for the first two nights were noisy and they could leave their door room open which was disturbing

The 24-hour concierge, lift attendants, and doormen always greeted guests with a smile and made every arrival and departure feel special. Breakfast was excellent, and I particularly appreciated the complimentary afternoon tea and cookies. A standout touch was that after only two days, the breakfast team remembered my cappuccino order and served it without me having to ask. The rooftop offers lovely views and is a great place to relax. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was reliable and convenient and is highly recommended.
The rooms are comfortable but somewhat dark and a little dated. The air conditioning worked well but blew directly onto the bed. A few additional sun umbrellas on the rooftop would be a welcome improvement.

Stara głośna niewydajna klimatyzacja w pokojach. Bardzo słabe śniadanie. Brak otwartej restauracji lub baru wieczorem. Polecany roof top to niezagospodarowany dach w opłakanym stanie. Spa to obskurne dwa ciasne pomieszczenia z łóżkami do masażu. Nieelastyczny personel w recepcji.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Why I like this hotel , it's all because of my company which I'm working with , I have stayed in the other hotels but I found this one is way better.. it's very convenient to where very i want to go it's all working distance it's like the heart of the city, So when I came to Mumbai I booked this hotel once again and it didn't disappointed me. Security (Ajay), always have a warm welcome and he never miss to ask how's everything, ....the liftman(Asif) he's very helpful and very enthusiastic. At the reception too they are very understanding and provide quick service , Sanjay he looks he's really love with his job as it's all written on his big smiley face. Ooo the room is fabulous, spacious too and the housekeeper supervisor (Jagruti) and (Moin Ansari) house attendance they really do there good jobs anything I need they are always there to help . The food and beverage team to I salute to all for providing such a great meal , the buffet setup and change in items makes me excited 😆, thinking what's special today , I know you will think I'm foody ....of course who doesn't like food....
I wish I have something to say on this ...by sorry ...I don't...

Palikome atviruką, kurį paprašėme išsiųsti į Lietuvą. Ir jie tai padarė!!! Atvirukas atkeliavo per 2 savaites. Maistas super. Net nesuvalgėme vieną vakarą, kokio dydžio buvo porcijos. Minusas tik tas, kad alkoholio jie neturi😀, bet galite nueiti į greta esantį alaus barą, ar Leonard kavinę. Ir vyko lauke remontas, tai pietų miegeliui truputį trukdė.
