دورة المياه في الغرفة مشمئزة وليست علي مستوي النظافة الجيد حيث الجدران يبين عليها العفن والمرحاض متسخ من الأطراف عدم وجود المحارم الورقية الكلينكس في الغرفة وقام الموظف بتوفيق ورق الحمام للاستخدام .. عدم تنظيف الغرفه لوقت متاخر

عزل الزجاج في الغرفة 410 سيئ جدا في نفس الغرفة الماء الساخن يحتاج فترة طويلة للوصول الفوط حجمها صغير وقديمة .

موقع الفندق رووووعه بصراحه خدمه ممتازة وعمال تعاملهم ممتازة وبذات موظفة مطعم بصراحه يهتم جدا ويخدم الزبائن بشكل رووووعه ويضيفك ويسال 👏👏👏

نظافة ..غبار موجود على طاوله كان من منظف من زمان وشرشف وغطاء السرير عليه بقع وريحه وطلبت منهم تغير شرشف وغطاء … تخيلو تم تغير اتجاة شرشف وغطاء يعني ما غيره هذا اكثر شي تضايقيني منهم

One of my favorite properties in Mumbai. The rooms are always clean, hygienic, and well maintained, which makes the stay very comfortable. The staff is polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is one of the biggest advantages — centrally located and convenient for travel, food, shopping, and nearby attractions. Overall, a wonderful experience every time and definitely a place I would recommend to others visiting Mumbai.

There was a fire alarm activated early in the morning but no action was taken immediately by staff.

Location was good. The doorman was kind, always smiling and welcoming guests. Food was good.

The staff lack hospitality, they were okok, Not so welcoming. The receptionist weren't helpful. Can hear outside noise like people talking, walking, morning alarm from the room which affected my sleep. Room AC remote wasn't working. No slippers in the room, No additional tissues for face and hand. They should update their facilities in the app as some are missing.

When you ever I come to mumbai I stay only in this hotel

Największym atutem hotelu jest zdecydowanie lokalizacja – naprawdę wygodna i dobrze skomunikowana. Niestety stosunek ceny do jakości wypada słabo, ale to w dużej mierze odzwierciedla ogólny trend w Mumbaju, gdzie ceny hoteli są po prostu bardzo wysokie. Sam hotel jest mocno zużyty i zdecydowanie wymaga generalnego remontu – to widać praktycznie na każdym kroku. Na plus natomiast obsługa: bardzo miła, sympatyczna i pomocna w każdej sytuacji. Śniadania były dobre, głównie w stylu indyjskim – smaczne i wystarczające, choć bez większego urozmaicenia. Jeśli zależy komuś głównie na lokalizacji, można rozważyć, ale trzeba być przygotowanym na standard, który nie idzie w parze z ceną.

Co nam się nie podobało? Przede wszystkim czystość pozostawiała sporo do życzenia. Największym minusem była jednak łazienka – bardzo zniszczona i wyraźnie zaniedbana, co mocno wpływało na ogólny komfort pobytu.

アップグレードで大変広く快適なお部屋に滞在することができました。バスタブ付きの代理石のバスルームと、新しくモダンな広い部屋はスーツケースを床に置かずに壁面に沿った広い棚で開いて荷物の整理が出来てとても最適でした。朝食も大変美味しく頂きました。ホテル従業員の皆様の対応が大変素晴らしかったです。皆様ありがとうございました。 また是非滞在させて下さい。

I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Mr. VISHAL at your front desk on 17th March 2026. It is rare to find someone who balances efficiency with such a genuine " people first" approach. The location was pretty convenient and the overall property is pretty well maintained. Good breakfast.

The location is ideal for those looking to explore South Bombay. The doorman was very friendly and staff at the reception was helpful.

Small and noisy rooms with very bad view. The bathrooms need to be replaced and overall it needs an upgrade. You can hear the street noise and horns honking until late into the night. Terrible breakfast in a cramped room.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Location was great

The bathroom had insects. Not properly cleaned. Cleaning staff does not care about your things in room. In my case, they just throw my clothes on the window after cleaning.

The room was spacious and clean. We even have a yoga mat of some sort by the windows. The security guards especially are very helpful and friendly. The daily breakfast was delicious. It has Indian and American breakfast. Eggs are made to order like sunnyside up, over easy or omelet. This is a good way to sample some variety of Indian cuisine. The waitstaff were very nice and attentive. The Location was great. Very walkable to the gateway of India, Taj Mahal Tower, restaurants and shopping.

The bathroom was looking a little tired. The faucet was sort of loose but it works so no problem.

The service here was excellent including the breakfast staff. The building is aged a bit, but it was still very comfortable and clean. And it's a short and easy walk from the Gateway of India, which is a big plus!

Dining facilities are not proper, Pls upgrade the restaurant with proper menu, Breakfast is just OK...with the kind of amount charged good breakfast is expected.

Staff, particularly Hussain at front desk, was very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was hearty, plentiful and delicious. A nice touch was the newspaper delivered to your room each morning. Location in the heart of Colaba, busy section 5 minute walk from Gateway to India.

Very good location close to tourist activities. No need to arrange transportation since you can walk from this central tourist location. Breakfast was also good with good staff

Only issue that came up was one evening/night receptionist who was blatantly lying, making up laws that do not exist to deny service. I had a friend visiting but receptionist insisted it is illegal to have unmarried couples. When asked what law states this, receptionist could not answer and resorted to making excuses for his unacceptable service. It is normal to charge more due to number of people staying in the room but denying service while blaming nonexistent laws is very unprofessional and manipulative. Receptionist needs more training.

For the Indian standard the room was quite clean. The room's size was great, the toilette clean and big. The position/location is perfect, close to the Gateaway and the connection to Elephanta. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars close to the hotel.

Although the room was clean, the external glasses of the windows were dirty. The windows were also a little too weak and you could hear the noise of the Indian horns all day long :-) Last day we needed to wake up at 3:40 in the morning to go to the airport and we asked the hotel to: wake up us at that time; organize a transfer to the airport. We didn't get woke up by them and the taxi was not there and had to ask to call it again.

Positives: - staff were excellent - location was good, few minutes walk from India gate and many restaurants - breakfast was ok

Cons - rooms are not great, wallpaper coming off, marks on walls sheets etc. generally the rooms need a major renovation - many reviews on here seem fake, when we were staying the rating went up half a star due to hundreds of 5* star reviews that were published within an hour. We watched the rating go from 3.9 to 4.4 which is concerning - the images for the rooms online DO NOT reflect what you will get upon check in, please keep this in mind

Excellent location as 3 minutes from the Gateway to India.

This hotel has the potential to be great, but its quite run-down. The bathrooms need to be replaced and overall it needs an upgrade.

El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de Indian Gate y en una zona con mucha oferta de restauración. Además tiene cerca paradas de autobús y no muy lejos el metro, con lo que puedes desplazarte cómodamente por toda la ciudad. El personal es muy amable. Las dos veces que nos alojamos nos dieron una habitación de categoría superior y nos cambiaron sin problemas el desayuno del último día que no íbamos a poder disfrutar por el primer día de llegada. La habitación era muy amplia y tenía mucha luz. En la habitación había un hervidor de agua, tés, café, leche en polvo y dos botellas de agua que reponían todos los días. El desayuno muy completo: platos hindúes (dosas, badas, idlis, samba...), platos de pasta, tortillas, huevos duros, salchichas de pavo, tostadas, cereales, fruta, café y té. Todo estaba buenísimo y hecho en el momento. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. La wifi funcionaba perfectamente. La cama era muy cómoda.

Overall, a good stay, nice location, good staff, especially Mr. Hussain and the lady at the reception were very kind and helpful. Location is quite good, busy street but no disturbance in the room.

Bathroom, the size is OK, but since it is old, looks a bit dirty. Need to be renovated.
