No tiene nada que ver con el hotel , pero las dos veces que fuimos a la piscina había un cliente con música con su altavoz a todo volumen y música heavy metal… sé que no querían molestarlo pero mi recomendación es que no permitan estos actos y que molestan a otros clientes . Pero nada que ver con el hotel es solo una opinión

Breakfast was catered for Halal Not for westerners. Dela and Monica were very helpful to give me vouchers for brunch next door were I could have bacon and eggs.. very good food.Yui was very good.very pleasant young lady very helpful

This is our second time here and once again my husband and I were exceptionally happy . The staff are wonderful so attentive and very friendly. The hotel is always clean no matter where you are .The food is great and the live entertainment. That is why we continue to come back and looking forward to next year . Thankyou again to all the Staff we really appreciate everyone ❤️

I could not fault it close to supermarkets close to cafes,beaches and good shopping. It was our third stay here and and it was good everytime as a good base,plus very comfy beds to add!!!

The only thing I didn’t like was the food options at the hotel restaurant downstairs. But not a big deal at all as there are plenty of options not far from the hotel

Room is bit small

Great location on waking street with excellent wide footpaths. Good for anyone with mobility issues, they have a working elevator, escalator, and ramps. Two pools a big one downstairs next to the small gym, one upstairs on the roof with a rooftop bar and restaurant for breakfast. Although you have to go up and down stairs for these. Great view from the roof top. The suit room was large and clean, quiet, great aircon, balcony, and English speaking tv stations.

We couldn’t access the restaurant without going into the street and back in. Tried to order room service, but the menu wouldn’t download, and using WhatsApp to order we didn’t get a reply for 20+mins, so we ended up going to order in person. The room was a bit of a walk from reception, one of us had mobility difficulties.

The location of hotel is nice. The are many good restaurants nearby.

The pillows are smelly. The shower head is dirty and fixed on the wall. The breakfast so so only.

The location is great everything on your doorstep and had to come back here to go elsewhere for another destination and we made this place as a base. The top deck pool was fabulous and the rooms are great and clean. Great for families central to everything and value for money!!!

Only one PowerPoint in the room which was next to kettle so no way to use any appliances in the bathroom, and no mirror near kettle. The picture of the room I booked online showed a balcony with a stool and table however nothing was on balcony and balcony was tiny more like an observation deck and when I moved my chair outside so I could have somewhere to sit on balcony staff were very rude and told me to bring it back inside, I advised that my booking had pictures of a seat etc so they allowed me to place my chair back outside,

This location was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was also amazing. Definitely recommend staying here.

The staff, location and the foam pool party they hosted was amazing.!!!💯 Walking distance to everywhere. The Vietnamese restaurant downstairs, and 2 massage places straight across the road.!! WINNING.!!

We arrived an found the room to be a bit small the staff where great and got us another room and offered a cocktail for the inconvenience. The two pools where fantastic there was plenty of seats. The brealfast had such great variaty. The bed was super comfortable. I would definatly stay again.

We had an amazing stay at The ONE Legian Hotel in Kuta, Bali! A special thank you to Dela, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and all of the staff were amazing and friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The service was excellent and really made our experience memorable. We would definitely recommend The ONE Legian and would happily stay here again. Thank you to Dela and the entire team for such wonderful hospitality!

Centrally located with a cool, easy going wive. Rooms were not that big but we're quite comfortable and clean. Meals were good and the service was superb. Would like to mention the name of Ms. Ratna who was at the reception desk. She was very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at One Legian Hotel, Bali. My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The location is one of the biggest advantages. It is right in the middle of a lively area, with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, and nightlife within walking distance. It’s a great choice if you want to experience the vibrant side of Bali while still having a comfortable place to stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend One Legian Hotel to couples and travellers looking for a convenient and lively location in Bali.

We are now back home in Perth. After our first review while still at "The One" we were contacted by one of the managers - David. We spoke at length about our review & the issues we experienced. He seemed very genuine & following that helpfull. Although he had the staff at breakfast help us with a (non smoke) seating area & then brought on a generous amount of bacon to go with our brekky. Others were not as lucky. We were asked by 2 other lots of people (Aussies) where we got the bacon from. Interesting isn't it. Really - it comes down to the louder the squeak the more the oil is put on. As many have commented on - for the most part the orientation of the breakfast menu is to suit other cultures than the Australian tastes. To say , I don't eat curried fish for breakfast. Or stewed type veggies either. Of course , I realise that others do. That's good for them. I don't eat kidney beans in tomato sauce either. But I do enjoy bacon with my eggs - I like cheese in my omelette . Just to mention a couple of things. So , thankyou to our host - Mr Salim , to whom I am told sets these standards. I did ask the manager if this is some sort of discrimination, that did not go over very well. So , we agreed that consideration is/was a better word. So, Aussies be told - consider your wants, needs , likes & dislikes prior to booking The One. We found it clean, tidy & pretty convenient. Location is good & we found the staff very friendly. Although some what limited with their English speaking. You may find as we did, the feeling of being overwhelmed by certain other cultures that are obviously encouraged to stay at this Hotel due to culture likes ect.... So, to David - Thankyou for your interest in our comments on our stay. To Mr Salim , you really need to broaden your views on international guests requirements !. Meaning , the humble Australian have wants, likes & dislikes too. Perhaps cater with "consideration' for us too.... Thankyou , most respectfully Peter Cougan.

Location for a quick weekend away was great, close to all things needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms a simple but comfortable.

The noise factor, both from the hotel itself and the street. A deterrent enough that I wouldn’t stay again. The breakfast was really basic which is expected for the price but simple things like replenishing the breakfast offerings quite a bit quicker as there were consistently empty plates and stations. Even the egg/omelette station didn’t offer basic cheese.

Location and staff were fantastic. Sky pool too!

Nice hotel from the front. Good staff, breakfast was nice. Easy walk to beach and markets. My only complaint is I sent a an email with no response.

Legian got great facilities in Kuta :)

The location was perfect as it is in the heart of Legian. Close to all the shops and clubs that Legian had to offer.

The bathroom was soo small that I felt claustrophobic. Rooftop restaurant was not opened at all.
