Pool view room was great , although falling concrete, crumbling brickwork was a hazard for some reason

Staff were mainly terrific as usual in Bali though on checkout reception only wanted me to use their airport transport service for $25 which I politely declined and asked if they could call a bluebird taxi , then their transport driver came in for the hard sell and was pushy again I declined and asked for a taxi , I eventually left and hailed one from the street , disappointing way to end a stay . Restaurant food was lovely , service was terrible , lots of staff one other table eating , asked empty glass on the table for 30 minutes asked once for another drink waited for another ten minutes , eventually left , went back another night as the food was good , same story with getting any service after a meal , maître de could of kept a better eye on the diners rather than trying to get diners in the door

Great rooms and price, conveniently located, staff are great , bed very comfortable, aircon was actually too cold I had to turn it off, the view from room overlooking pool was nice, My daughter and I had our own rooms, I would definitely feel comfortable staying here as a single traveler. The walk to poppys wasn’t too far at all approx 5-10mins and the 7/11 shop is next door to the hotel so very handy.

Breakfast was not amazing compared to other places I have stayed but it was okay.

Absolutely loved our stay at the akmani , we were greeted daily with smiles and everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was Beautiful and our room was fantastic will definitely be back :)

The staff could not do enough for us especially the rooftop bar staff. They were amazing. So were reception. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and cocktails were yummy. Lovely sunsets from the rooftop.

Sun loungers at rooftop pool were a bit uncomfortable but didn’t affect our enjoyment. Rooms clean and spacious. Small balcony but we wouldn’t have spent much time in our room anyway as rooftop pool was so nice.

The rooms were nice however a bit more attention to detail with Cleaning and a few broken things in the room need to be maintained more! I know its not the akmanis fault but the day club next door blasts music until late

Stayed here many times. Staff are very accommodating and the facilities and gardens are well maintained.

The club next door loves pumping music and there’s never anyone in there but Akmani can’t do much about that.

They have very good facilities and rooftop pool is gorgeous. Rooms are very clean and the staff is nice and professional. The position is strategical, very close to the airport and all the main places in the city.

The location is fantastic, yet the hotel itself is quiet and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Exactly what you need after busy days exploring Bali. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and everything felt well looked after. The rooftop pool is a real highlight! 🏊‍♀️ It’s big, the water is clean, and it’s warmer than the main pool — perfect for relaxing and soaking up the Bali vibes. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Akmani Hotel. Highly recommended!

Welcoming & friendly staff. Two nice swimming pools with a bar and good restaurant. Mediocre gym but good to have this facility. Big rooms, comfortable bed!

Bathroom was dirty & the shower water smelt really bad & was brown. Another dislike is the slamming of the doors. Room doors just slam shut so you are constantly bothered through the night or early morning by people entering or leaving their rooms, it was so annoying! The rooms did not trap noise at all.

Breakfast needs a bit of a change! Same every day more variety!

Food at breakfast. Room noise was bad. Pool was knee deep. Cocktails at pool bar so expensive.

Rooms were not clean, They are old with mould and smell. Dirty corridors and only basic clean . Bottom pool is freezing and gets no sun Roof top pool / bar is only shallow( thigh Deep ) so no good for swimming

I didn't like that I had to pay $3 for a cup of milk so I could have a coffee in my room in the morning and also had to pay $2.50 for a bucket of ice so I could have a night cap in my room. These things should be complementary.

Didn’t offer twin rooms on ground floor. Also some ground floor rooms, like ours, in shade and we would have preferred a room with sunshine. Also was difficult to get in and out of upstairs pool which is not very deep at all.

Not that I did not like more room selclectuon my advise is to pay a slight bit more for a balcony or pool access. But overall hotel is lovely.

清掃が悪い。 バスタオルが二枚のうち一枚しか交換されていなかったり、グラスは清掃されず紙の蓋を乗せられただけ。 シャワーの水は最初茶色に濁っていた。 換気口の臭いもひどく、生乾きの匂いがしてトイレの箇所は特にひどい。

Great location, clean, and the rooftop is so beautiful & a great place to hang out during the day or night!

The showers were not good at all. No pressure, and always cold. We had someone come and look at them which helped alittle for temperature , but we ended up changing hotels on our 2nd out of 3 days because of it. The rooftop pool is incredibly shallow, like below knee height the entire pool, but a great place to sit and drink or quickly dip your feet in. Everything else was really good!

I’m sorry but Akmani in Legian was terrible. You could hear everything when you were in your room, people slamming doors. We tried to get out of our accommodation through Bookings.com and they wouldn’t have any part of it. It was the worst place I have been to and never again, oh and the breakfast it was shit. So no terrible no rate from me.

The location, the staff do their best under the circumstances.

It’s a bit worn out and has seen better days. The rooms are reasonably clean, but the towels are old and frayed. The lobby looks like it hasn’t been maintained for years. Dirty display cases, most lights in the entrance chandelier need replacing. Just little things, but it makes a big difference to your first impression.

Nothing really. It’s clean. The towels are possibly getting a bit old and thin but they were soft and absorbed the water well. No hot water in the sink and the plug didn’t work, so I bought a cheap plastic bowl for shaving. Shower took a while to heat up and didn’t get steaming hot like I like it but it was warm enough.

This is my second time here. Nothing has changed! Location is fantastic. You don’t need to get taxi to go anywhere and the staff is the best part!
