The AC cooling was not affective the lowest cooling was 24 degrees centigrade. For a hot and humid place like Vizag the AC temperature adjustment should be upto 20 degrees centigrade. The room did not have the fan too

Four points by Sheraton is good hotel to stay in Visakhapatnam specially for business traveller. Hospitality is excellent and service related to food and airport drop is very quick and reasonable. Front office staff also helping in nature. Only concern is building is old constructed and need some improvement in it

the hotel is beginning to look a little run down. not being maintained very well. while i was having dinner there was an argument going on in the kitchen which was very audible and went on for a long time also check in took quite long, inspite of having a reservaton and also informing them about my time of arrival

I had a very pleasant stay at Four Points Sheraton during my business visit. The hotel is in a great location, the ambience is good, and the in-room dining was quite good. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality from Sangita and Sai Lakshmi at the front desk. They were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Sai Lakshmi went out of her way to upgrade my room to a balcony-view room after I shared my concern, and Sangita patiently listened to my feedback and ensured I felt valued as a guest. Their genuine care and commitment to guest satisfaction deserve special appreciation. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast buffet, which did not meet the overall standards of the hotel. Apart from that, I had a very good experience. Four Points Sheraton is my choice when I'm looking for a quieter atmosphere for work and pleasure. It is located within walking distance of great dining and shopping opportunities. The rooms are well maintained and my housekeeper, Promise, was easy to work with my schedule. I'd like to recognize the front desk team for their hard work in taking care of all of my needs: SriDevi, Sangita, Dineswari, and SaiLakshmi.

We stayed for 4 nights in July 2026 at this property; it is kind of dated and shows its age and that was a turn off at first. The location doesn't have great views, but it is centrally located, and shopping malls or eateries are a quick walk away. The atmosphere of the hotel is more business focused as well but they catered well to our needs as a family. The service levels offered are off the charts which is the redeeming factor, all of the staff members I interacted had a smile and really took extra steps to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were comfortable and the one we stayed in was spacious enough for two adults and an under 10-year-old child, there were no unwanted noise's creeping in etc. We were visiting for a school tournament of my child and we had to leave pretty early in the mornings to leave her at the school etc. and we had requested the staff if they could arrange for a snack box or a meal for her and they went above and beyond by checking with us during all three days on what we needed and how they could help. Also, they had the food packed and ready at 7 AM for us - exemplary service as I mentioned. The room service and the house keeping were equally good. Unfortunately, due to our busy schedule we could not try any amenities such as the Swimming Pool or the Sauna that was on offer. I would specifically like to commend Mr. Sandeep Reddy from Food & Beverages who took care to make sure that food for our child was packed & ready and Special Shout Out of Thanks and Commendations to Ms. Sreedevi from Front Desk for exceptional customer service.

Miss Sridevi was exceptionally courteous and helpful at facilitating my booking despite tight room availability schedules. She ensured that i was given a nice overview of all facilities and helped me have a comfortable stay. Thank you Miss Sridevi for your support and patience. Thanks team Four Points.

Location is perfect. Rooms not very clean even though the staff clean them every day. Hotel is very old and seems pricey for the amenities provided . Atmosphere is decent Staff are professional friendly and decent.

Here are my observations regarding the Four Points hotel, where I had the pleasure of staying. To provide a fair assessment, I have broken my impressions down into several categories: 1. Rooms – I stayed in two different rooms because my work plans changed halfway through, prompting me to extend my stay. Both rooms were very clean, spacious, and serviced daily. They were also well-appointed, so nothing was missing. I particularly appreciated the centralized lighting controls and the large, comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked very well in both rooms. I also liked having a coffee and tea station and access to a fridge; everything I needed was there. 2. Bathroom – It featured a modern design and was cleaned daily, with supplies replenished as needed. The shower gel and shampoo were of excellent quality, so I made good use of them. The same applied to the towels; although I didn't specifically request daily changes, they were replaced every day. 3. Dining – Although I only had breakfast at the hotel, the selection was extensive. I could choose from a wide variety of dishes and ingredients to create the breakfast I wanted. I enjoy Indian cuisine, so I was pleased to see it available every day. The yogurts and fresh fruit were also definite highlights. 4. The reception team – always helpful and smiling. This is exactly what customer service should look like. Regardless of the time of day, I always received professional service—even when my room key stopped working. Keep up the good work. 5. The kitchen manager—or whatever the correct title might be—the person who checks in guests arriving for breakfast. This is the only area where I see a shortcoming, as I had a completely different experience at another Marriott 4-star hotel in Visakhapatnam. At that hotel, the person greeting and registering guests entering the dining area was smiling and engaged with long-staying guests, making me feel special. They also gave us a very warm send-off, with the head chef even coming out to say goodbye. It was a lovely touch, even though I hadn't expected that level of service. Here, I got the impression of a rather corporate approach; the staff member performed their duties, but there was a lack of smiles and genuine engagement—they simply did the job correctly. It was a similar story with the waiters; only on Sunday was the serving team truly smiling and helpful, whereas during the week, they mostly just performed their tasks adequately. 6. High praise is due to the tall man who opened the hotel entrance doors and handled luggage during the week; it was clear that he performed his job wholeheartedly, with kindness and dedication. That is what professional service looks like. 7. Swimming pool – due to a lack of time, I only had the opportunity to use it once. The pool staff were very helpful, maintaining cleanliness and attending to every detail.

Smooth check-in experience. The front desk staff were very polite and hospitable. (Mr. Bimal from FO dept was polite and kind.) However, the IRD service needs improvement. The food trays appeared worn out and should be replaced with new ones. Additionally, the food quality and taste did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. The restaurant staff were courteous and professional. They also offered a complimentary pastry to address the concern regarding the balcony being inaccessible, despite a balcony room having been booked.

We chose Four Points by Sheraton to celebrate our special occassion and they blew us away by their incredible hospitality! From the moment we checked in, Sai Lakshmi, their front office manager made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. They surprised by decorating our room with rose petals and left a beautiful, personalized note alongside a jar of dry fruits. We also enjoyed a complimentary breakfast buffet both mornings. They truly took our special occassion to next level. We cannot recommend this property enough and will definitely be returning!

During my previous stay, I had several opportunities to interact with him, and he left a very positive impression on me. Despite being a trainee, he carried himself with remarkable maturity, confidence, and professionalism. He was always polite, greeted with a genuine smile, attended to request calls promptly, and willingly assisted with luggage whenever needed. What impressed me most was his positive attitude and eagerness to help. He was attentive, respectful, and always ready to support guests in any way he could. His communication skills and guest-friendly approach made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my stay. During one of our conversations, I asked him about himself and was pleasantly surprised to learn that, apart from his hotel training, he is also a dancer and a volleyball player. It was inspiring to meet such a talented and motivated young individual who is balancing multiple interests while building a career in hospitality. Seeing someone with such dedication, energy, and ambition at a young age was truly impressive. Shubham appears to be intelligent, hardworking, and focused on personal growth. His willingness to learn, combined with his cheerful personality and professional attitude, makes him stand out. During my recent visit, I noticed that he was not around, and I genuinely missed his presence. Small interactions with employees like him often make a big difference to the guest experience. I am confident that he has a bright future ahead of him in the hospitality industry. Four Points by Sheraton is fortunate to have such a promising trainee representing the hotel. A limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar: sujeira embaixo das camas, mofo no sistema de ar condicionado (tive que trocar de quarto, pois tenho alergia/asma), carpetes e mobília antigos, tive uma crise alérgica e acabei precisando de usar antialérgico durante a semana inteira de hospedagem. O wifi também era fraco e lento. No geral, acho que o hotel precisa de uma reforma.

Amazing stay at four points. The hotel management team were very polite and accomodative of our needs. Definitely recommend for couples and family.

Place is a dump. Staff unprofessional except for the ladies there, the men rough and most of them barely spoke English. This property cannot be part of an international brand. The room very weird, unclean carpet, uncomfortable bed and old furniture. The manager rudely instructed me to not smoke by the pool which I did not know was not a smoking area as it was open air, and took my pack of cigarettes forcefully which is still my personal property. During the night someone in the room next to me was trying to open the door to my room multiple times which I have reported and the manager shrugged that off like it was nothing. Food quality poor, facilities only one restaurant/bar very bad and unclean. See pictures and stay either at ITC or Novotel in Vizag.
