Reviewed Oct 21, 2025Gutes Frühstück, sehr zentrale Lage in der Tunali Straße. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ganz besonders Hakan an der Rezeption. Ich war schon wiederholt in diesem Hotel und kann es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Kein Grund zur Klage.

Reviewed Oct 3, 2025Odalar sade, modern ve rahat. Tüm çalışanların saygılı, güleryüzlü ve ağırbaşlı yaklaşımı otelin kendine has nezih tarzıyla örtüşüyor. Kahvaltısı çok sade ancak yeterli, birkaç ekleme yapılabilir. Odalarda su ısıtıcısı ve çay kahve var. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım.

Yaklaşımları,insanlar ile diyalogları harika ve her konuda çok yardımcı oluyorlar. Biz oğlumun konsolosluk randevusu icin ailece konakladık. Tercih sebebimiz merkezi olmasıydı ama artık ne zaman Ankara'ya yolumuz düşse hizmet kalitesinden ötürü tercih edecegimiz tek otel olur. Çok teşekkürler ✨️🙌

Kahvaltı orta düzeyde ancak bugün haşlanmış yumurtaları sanıyorum bozuktu ve yan masamda yiyemedi ve bıraktık. Personel ilgili ve bir talebiniz olduğunda anında yerine getiriliyor.

Reviewed May 28, 2024Beautiful in the middle of Down Town. You can walk to plenty of wonderful outdoor dining areas or bars. The youth of this area will carry this place. Night life is great! Daytime is also super friendly and plenty of taxi out front. Just walk a little further up or down hill and you can be at a café, or eating steak, or having seafood! The hospitality is genuine.

The front desk employees were great and every one of them spoke English. Very hard to find English speakers in Turkey. Loved the rooms very clean, and large, and had lots of amenities. The location was nice also.

Excellent hotel, good location, clean, the room was cleaned every day, good soundproofing despite a busy street, very friendly staff, special thanks to the member of staff who speaks excellent French.
