Beim Frühstück hätte ich etwas mehr Ondividualität bei diesem Hotelklasse erwartet. Das Personal war wenig engagiert, wahrscheinlich will man mit weniger gut ausgebildeten Personal Kostdn einsparen. Im Außenbereich war vieles vernachlässigt oder hatte kleine Mängel

Dette hotellet hadde ingenting som var bra.

Dette er knapt et 2 stjerners hotell og helt feil fra hva Booking.com som beskriver det som 5 stjerner. Dette er et totalt forfallent hotell, generelt nedslitt og skittent, hyggelige ansatte som ikke kunne gjøre seg forstått på engelsk, med en beliggenhet langt vekk fra alt. Kjempebråk fra longtailbåter hver morgen, og som lokal taxisjåfør fortalte - man kunne ikke bade i sjøen ved hotellet grunnet sterke strømmer og hai??? Rommene var ikke skikkelig rengjort når vi kom, seigt og vått på gulvene, vi hadde et toalett som lakk vann utover gulvet under hele oppholdet og en sisterne som bråket. De skiftet til skitne sengetøy, og skiftet igjen når vi bemerket dette, på rommene var det også fillete håndklær og rustne lamper. Uteområdet var skittent og forfallent, med søppel overalt, naturlighvis når søppelkassene er fulle og ingen tømmer de. Hotellet hadde kun 11 solsenger, flere ødelagte og fillete. Av de få parasollene var halvparten ødelagte, og tapet eller bundet sammen med tau. Bassenget var kjempeskittent med mange løse fliser både i selve bassenget og på kanten av bassenget. Direkte farlig å gå noen steder. Store lekkasjer som sprutet vann ut av bassenget, og farlige, råtne planker i solterrassen som burde vært fjernet i sin helhet. Det er en 2 meter skråning ned til elven som ikke var sikret - her kan barn lett falle ned. Treningsrommet var utdatert, og så skittent og rustent at man kvier seg for å bruke det. I presentasjonen på Booking.com så presenteres dette som et 5 stjerners hotell med nydelige sittegrupper kafe, etc. INGENTING av det du ser på bildene stemmer med virkeligheten, kaffen er nedlagt, hele uteområder er totalt forferdelig. Maten som ble servert var ikke bra - ble servbert i en restaurant av hyggelige mennesker som ikke kunne servering - ei heller renhold. Her må Booking.com på banen - for dette er villedende markedsføring, på grensen til svindel.

Room has a huge balcony with amazing view to the sea

The hotel is old and needs renovation! The pool terrace is old and the pool is leaking - completely unsafe. The breakfast was poor and the fresh food was not put on ice or covered from insects. The room has a lot of space, but the surroundings and furniture are old and dirty, covered with rust and sea salt dust. The staff always leave dirty sheets and towels on the floor of the hotel corridor and leave them for a long time (half a day). The cafe is closed for renovation (nothing happened during our 5-day stay, we didn’t see any builder working there), so the only option is to eat at the hotel restaurant. However, the food in the restaurant is very poor and tasteless. The bikes are in very poor condition. The bikes are rusty, the chains are not lubricated, the gears do not shift . I had an incident wich luckily ended successfully with no injuries. The hotel is far from shops, cafes or other necessary services, and there is no small shop (inside the hotel) where you can buy snacks, drinks or sunscreen. Nearest shop is 7 km away. Usually hotels in such a remote area have small shops inside the hotel. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, it’s absolutely does not correspond to the price-quality ratio at all. There are very nice, real 5 star resorts a few kilometers away. I don't understand how this place is still open.

Frühstück war sehr minimal. Das Personal erschien oft ratlos und überfordert.Am Pool sind höchstens 10 Liegen. Der Strand war dreckig.

Staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate throughout our stay - The pool villas were perfect ocean view and having a dip ion the pool...

Quiet…good location.. excellent rooms and view from the room..great swimming pool..good breakfast..evening meals very good but restaurant little used so lack of atmosphere.. .. some staff a little ponderous.. didn’t give the impression of being very motivated.. maybe manager issue..

Room was dusty and unclean. Went to front desk to ask what could be done. They wouldn’t give new room. Said leave and talk to manager next day and as special circumstance they would issue refund. I did this, they refused. Yeah

Hotel simplesmente maravilhoso! Vista espetacular, funcionários prestativos, comida do restaurante deliciosa. O quarto é muito bom, a cama também. Local é afastado do centro, ideal pra quem quer descansar de verdade. Praia deserta, muito muito lindo!

Staff wore extremely helpful and took care of our laundry etc for us. Room was fabulous & spacious

Large room with a good view, short walk to the beach.

Sewer overflowing into the stormwater just outside, smelly. Room service food was average. Minimal fruit selection, not a good selection of breakfast foods for a 5 star hotel. I have had better at 3 star and 5 star hotels.

Eigentlich schreiben wir ungern negative Bewertungen, doch leider war unser Aufenthalt gemessen an dem was wir in unserem letzten 6 wöchigem Thailandurlaub sowie unserer aktuellen Rundreise durch Thailand erlebt haben mit Abstand die preisleistungsmäßige schlechteste Unterkunft. 😔 Vieles an dem kompletten Resort ist renovierungsbedürftig, defekt oder macht einen schmuddeligen Eindruck. Das Frühstück war eher schlecht als recht, die Auswahl minimal und das Personal "stehts bemüht" 😏

La suite de luxe avec piscine privée est géniale. Super literie super salle de bain, et nous isole du reste de l'hôtel. La plage est juste en face. Petit déjeuner super. La piscine est super grande

Vous ne pouvez rien faire à pied . Il faut prendre un taxi à 500bath pour rejoindre la ville principale juste pour quelques courses. L'hôtel donne une impression d'abandon. C'est fantomatique, mis à part au petit déjeuner où vous croiser quelques clients. Je n'ai toujours pas compris où déjeune et dîne les autres. Nous étions quasi seuls au restaurant.

The pool area, corridor and lift lacks maintenance, they gave me 2 pool towels with holes and dried rice ?from the washing machine. The bikes they offered us didn’t have good brakes and the back wheel was wonky

Very well located, near one hell of a beach with only few people there.

The facilities and great but need a bit of maintenance, it looks a bit old ans a few things are "out of orders" (couple elevators, private bridge to the beach etc...)

The breakfast was basic and nothing special. The hotel's location is convenient for renting a car or private transportation. There are many quiet beaches adjacent to the hotel.

The service from the staff, the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, and the swimming pool which is large enough for morning and evening exercise were all excellent.

Spokojna okolica zdala od zgiełku miasta. Jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz aby się zrelaksować w ciszy i spokoju. Pokoje bardzo przestronne, łóżko pomieści chyba 7 osób. Jeśli szukasz miejsca na imprezowanie to ten hotel Cię rozczaruje. W moim przypadku szukając spokoju i ustronnych plaż hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania w skali 10/10.

Lovely place to stay. Breakfast included. Beach within walking distance and pool just outside of our room.

We were given a beautiful swim up room, which has 2 double beds. Perfect for us whilst we relaxed for a few days.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel (not sure why this rating is kept in expedia) more like a 3 star. Photos and descriptions in the expedia listing are very inaccurate. Eg only one restaurante, no cafe, etc staff well meaning but not 5star trained for sure. That said it was cheap so value for money and a pleasant stay overall.

The rooms were beautiful we had a pool access room and it was huge and spotless. Housekeeper was very good.

Sadly we could hear rats in the vents above our room, very loud not just moving round actual loud squeaks too, the hotel itself was partly under construction but nobody was actually working on it. The breakfast was dreadful so we didn’t go after the first day. Not great food in the hotel or drinks.

This is a top notch luxury hotel that met expectations well. My plunge pool was refreshing, clean, and with a spectacular sunset view.

There isn't an obvious pathway to the shoreline as a bayou berm dike separates the two. Furthermore, it seems that the best turnaround place for the many local longtail boats navigating the shallow beach areas is just outside the property making for lots of noise all day long. My room lacked complete privacy with some of the restaurant terrace below quite visible (and one creep just hanging around with a direct sight line for far too long). The place lacked a proper bellman at checkout. The reception staff did what they could with my <gulp> 6 bags, but for the price of this place I fully expected an eager bellman to dash across the street for my car, and all-too-quickly load up my rig. As is, I walked down the ramp, across the street, and drove my own car to the reception area where I needed to climb a short set of stairs to collect and carry my bags. The staff merely wheeled my bags on a cart 10M from my room to the top of those steps, leaving it up to me to either finish the job myself or completely fail as a gentleman and let a thai lady do it.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, room was a great size and a very comfortable bed.

In general the hotel needs some maintenance.

Great secluded location, great for kayaking, surfing, swimming. Biking and lounging. Staff friendly and accommodating.

-The location in the middle of nowhere cant even get food delivered. -Bathroom flooded. The hotel is run down defiantly not a 5 star. - Staff have no idea what they are doing. Not clean! Pool water had fag buts in it.

The were rats everywhere keeping me up all night!

We spent 6 nights in the hotel. The location is fantastic, the sea and the hotel are divided by the river. The hotel offers kayak, pádel board, surf board, … to all guests. There’s amazing sunsets and the surrounding is very rural. The room was also very spacious and with good views.

When we got to the hotel we realised that it was in a very poor shape, very badly maintained. Also for three days we were woken up by construction works in the room next to us and above, which has been very annoying given that we were there to relax. The breakfast is very poor, it mainly offers Thai dishes (curry, rice, noodles,…) and they do not restock the food after 9.30, even thought the breakfast is open till 10.30. We decided to go to coffee shops instead.

Absolutely not worth 5 stars. The pool was in horrible condition, no hotel beach, you have to walk to a public dirty beach. Hotel was almost empty, what could be nice, but the food was disgusting, half of the menu not available, overpriced and the quality was terrible. For breakfast we got frozen bread, no eggs, only noodles or fish porridge. There is nothing around the hotel, so if you don’t have a car you will starve. After two days we decided to cancel the booking and leave to another hotel. At check-out the reception requested my personal details from the debit card!!! They wanted card number, the date and security number which is unacceptable as they could use my card for payments without my permission! This hotel shouldn’t have more than 2 stars, sorry but having a nice room is not enough for 5 star, moreover the price we paid for a room was above the regular prices in Thailand. Very dissatisfied

As far as the room accommodation everything was great, clean spacious and an amazing view, staff was also great although they struggled with the English. Breakfast was ok it could use a bit more variety.

Breakfast needs improving. Activities shows in the website but there are not available like the kayaking or paddle boarding, the beach is accessibly but not close by, the hotel had no currency change available, you have to go into town for it, or anything else for that matter the place in general needs improving over all perhaps a new Management would be iseal.

Loved swimmers in the pool but the deck has a number of boards needing repaired. Hospitality staff were friendly and helpful. Beach is littered with debris.
