TELEVISION: After touring C. Mai, return to room and relax. T.V. channels faded in and out. It was not possible to watch any of the programs. I was very disappointed. This occurred the same problem to me on my last prior stay at your hotel.

Great location, professional staff. Modern furniture, good value.

Ha Ha! Only the Smart TV Would much rather prefer a normal TV with channels. Using the Smart TV was a mess on and frustrating many times That was the only annoying part of our stay

Last time I stayed here it was called the Montri hotel. Staff are probably the best we encountered in our 6 week holiday. Great location in the old city.. Hotel is fine. We enjoyed staying here..

In the old days there was the JJ Bakery downstairs, now it is a dreadful Burger King. Breakfast wasn't great so we would go to the Cafe near the hotel. Bathroom could be a bit smelly sometimes, so we bought an air freshner..

Central to wall and great areas to visit. The hotel is clean and friendly. The breakfast was fine with options.

I did have trouble sleeping as I enjoy a firm bed, but this was an exceptional firm one.

The hotel is close to everything you need. I just love it.

The Buffet breakfast had been cancelled on our arrival. 🥲. 😤. No prior notification of this! Reception area toilets closed in the evening? Why?

Staff are excellent. They are kind, caring, polite, and professional. My room, even though older, was always clean and comfortable. Room service breakfast on my last day was delicious and freshly made. Airport service on departure was outstanding. Hotel M is very close to numerous restaurants, cafe's, massage parlours, public transport. It was so good I ended up extending my stay for another 3 weeks.

The tatty, smelly old carpet in the hallways and on the stairs. Even with stairwell windows open the musty dirty smell from the carpet when you open your room door was overwhelming. Apparently it is, one day, being replaced. Management should do this as a priority.

The lady who cleaned our room was excellent

There was bad smell in our room when we enters in, ask the reception did not do anything. The following day the lady cleaned our room and we were satisfied

L'emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, la piscine et la salle de sport. La présence d'un coffre dans la chambre. L'isolation sonore est correcte.

Les chambres méritent une rénovation, surtout les salles de bain. Il y avait une forte odeur dans la salle de bain. Faire attention quand on prend sa douche, la cabine n'étant pas très bien étanche de l'eau peut sortir de celle ci. Le lit est très dur (question de préférence cependant)

This was our 4th stay here, good value for money, with good location. we will remember next time to ask for back rooms which we had on previous stays. Restaurant and poll area good Staff are all smiley, happy to help. Good Job Guys.

La ubicación era inmejorable. La piscina era pequeña pero suficiente

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Accommodation is everything you need to stay for a few nights. The pool was a lovely bonus too.

The building seems a little old but it’s kept very clean by the lovely hardworking staff. This wouldn’t put me off staying here again though.

Lo que más me gustó, fue la zona de la recepción, la zona de la piscina, la amplitud de la habitación y sobre todo la ubicación, está justo delante de una de las puertas de la muralla que rodea la zona antigua de Chiang Mai. También esta al lado del mercado nocturno y tiene muchos restaurantes cerca. Tiene justo debajo del hotel un burger king 24h que tiene acceso directo al hotel y hay un 7 eleven a apenas metros del hotel. (Siempre viene bien estas opciones) Está muy bien este hotel en relación calidad precio, me ha gustado mucho.

Lo que no me gustó fue que por las fotos parecía que las habitaciones eran bastante modernas pero el suelo que tiene es un poco antiguo, pero vamos solo es tema estético... por lo demás me ha gustado todo.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The pool is great. You can sit by the pool in nice lounges. Breakfast is adequate, there was enough for us to choose from. The location is excellent.

Hard bed. The coffee is very strong on breakfast buffet. The room lighting is dim. But these were little things that we worked around.

Il condizionatore è troppo rumoroso, per riuscire a dormire dovevo spegnerlo ma poi faceva troppo caldo.

It’s excellent location near Tapa Gate. It’s not as luxurious as some nearby hotels but good value at the price. The staff were efficient. I didn’t use the pool on the second floor but it looked very pleasant with its attached Cafe and seating area. The breakfast was excellent. Great muesli supplied. lots of fried eggs ( no choice)and bacon both frequently replaced. A large choice of other breakfast items suitable for most nationalities.

Apart from the pool area and its cafe there is no real lounge, just a large foyer with some comfortable enough seating. There is only one lift but that did not seem to be a problem. If you choose to stay in on Sunday the noise from huge speakers at Tapa Gate is deafening.

Les chambres proches de la piscine … un peu bruyante quand les gens parlent de la piscine.

The hotel is just a short and inexpensive taxi ride from the airport (around 150 baht), which makes it very convenient on arrival. I’d recommend requesting a room at the rear of the property, as the main road at the front can be quite noisy due to traffic. The room was a good size and, depending on your position, you may even be treated to a lovely sunset view. The shower room was compact and functional, though it would benefit from a deeper clean. All of the staff around the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, offering a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel is situated on the main ring road, with plenty of eateries nearby, which is very handy. The pool was clean and refreshing, if slightly on the cool side. The gym was small but well-maintained, with basic equipment and a tidy setup. Overall, it was a great stay and I would happily return again.
