Персонал отеля очень заботливый, многое подсказывал. Расположение тоже неплохое, до центра и достопримечательностей пешком можно дойти, комнаты большие, все чисто.

The location was good . Not to busy around hotel. Room size was good . Staff most of them pleasant. The a/c was good in the room

The room needs full upgrade . Furniture old and broken . Table to small . Had a leak in the sink in bathroom twice they come to fix it still leaked . Shower leaked when not using . Light didn’t work by shower . Shower was cold at first but they came sort that at well. The women manager / owner was bit frosty .

Staffs are friendly and the location is nice. Quite quiet at night.

Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, c’est dommage. On entend les personnes qui parlent et marchent dans le couloir et les portes qui claquent à n’importe quelle heure. Le matelas du lit est assez dur.

The location was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping was excellent.

However, the breakfast was quite disappointing, as it was neither very varied nor particularly plentiful. The pool area was often quite noisy, with children shouting and playing loudly, which made it difficult to relax. We also noticed some cockroaches in the common areas and around the pool in the evenings, which was unpleasant.

Great location convenient to Old Town and night market

The location is the center of old town and night market. You just need to walk around 10 mins. Staff is friendly and the room is quite spacious.

The bed was a little on the firmer side. If you prefer a softer, more cushioned mattress, it might take a little getting used to.

Only stayed for one night, but the hotel was incredible value given the size of the room and facilities.

Breakfast was not very good, but what would you expect at this price point.

L'amabilité du personnel et la piscine.

L'établissement est désuet, le matériel est vieillissant. Les serviettes s'effilochent, pas de rideaux occultant, rideaux sales ou brûlés on ne sait pas trop. Frigo Bar payant, à part 2 bouteilles d'eau. Salle d'eau humide et pas pratique, rideau de douche vieux. Cafard dans la salle de bain, pas d'intimité avec une fenêtre coulissante. Fenêtres de l'établissement en bois qui fait son charme mais qui à contrario ne ferme pas complètement.

El wifi iba muy mal, había muchísimos mosquitos. El desayuno nefasto muy poquita cosa y pedías quizás más leche y te miran mal. Al llegar al hotel en el mini bar había una cocacola agua , pasta de dientes y cepillo… cosa que te cobran al irte del hotel.

- The breakfast although was small buffet but sufficient enough with goid variety. - The pool was big enough and good for small crowd. - The room is comfortable and big enough. We got the king bed upgrade. - Location was great with walking distance to many spots and markets with message centers and food restaurants nearby.

Struttura molto carina con colazione adeguata (pertanto non vasta) sia dolce che salata. Un ringraziamento in particolare ad un membro dello staff, Alisya (non so se ho scritto correttamente il nome ). Quando le abbiamo fatto presente di una grande difficoltà con i voli di rientro a Bangkok non ha esitato ad ascoltarci e ad aiutarci risolvendo tutti i nostri problemi (a differenza del collega).

El alojamiento es un cuadro, las fotos están muy bien hechas, desde luego, pero no tiene nada que ver. La habitación llena de mosquitos, humedades, sucia, llena de pelos de los anteriores y muchos ruidos. La ducha y el retrete están en el mismo espacio por lo que si te duchas, todo empapado y el agua llega hasta la habitación La recepcionista, con todo el respeto pero da miedo. La zona está llena de sitios de masaje con Happy ending, bastante violento de ver... Aunque por el precio que se puede pedir

Espectacular! Buena ubicación, con los mejores mango sticky rice a 5min! Habitación cómoda. El desayuno estuvo rico y con opciones (estuve 2 semanas y no me aburrí). El personal es muy amable, muchas gracias

Das angebliche Restaurant existiert nicht. Die "Bar" ist nie besetzt. Getränke müssen bei der Rezeption geordert werden. Das Frühstück entspricht den Mindestanforderungen eines ABF. Alle Sitzgelegenheiten bestehen aus Hartholz ohne jedwede Kissenauflage. * Anmerkung: Ich war vor genau 10 Jahren schon einmal in diesem Hotel. Da war es um Längen besser.

Staff very helpful &friendly

A couple of maintenance issues Bath basin plug got stuck so couldn't drain water, toilet seat was not properly tighten, couldn't get hot water in basin . Advised frt desk and was told would have it fixed After coming back from breakfast was advised problems fix,but intact sink plug was fixed but other issues had not been fixed Only minor issues though

O pequeno almoço não tinha muita variedade, mas era o suficiente. O quarto era espaçoso, assim como a casa de banho. A localização era ótima.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Mit wenigen Schritten ist man bei vielen Restaurants sowie dem Nachtmarkt!

Das Zimmer war insbesondere im Bad nicht wirklich sauber. Zudem ist das Frühstück sehr überschaubar, da hatten wir uns mehr erwartet!

Douche sommaire et la piscine très petite.

De locatie en de mogelijkheid beneden in de lounge een spelletje te spelen waren de enige pluspunten aan deze accommodatie.

Alles was zeer verouderd en het ergste was dat er allemaal kleine beestjes in de bedden van onze kinderen zitten. Gelijk de hotelmanager erbij geroepen, die vertelde ons dat het geen bed bugs waren. Maar we stonden erop een andere kamer te krijgen. Die kamer was oké. Verder zeer veel geluidsoverlast van airco’s en andere units buiten de kamer. Zwembad heel klein en slechts een paar bedden waar je op kon liggen maar die ook niet comfortabel waren. We zijn wel wat gewend in Thailand maar dit zou ik niemand adviseren. Het ontbijt was zeer summier en zag er ook niet goed uit. In de bekertjes zaten ook allemaal vliegjes ofzo dus we hebben er niks gedronken. Mijn dochter heeft er toch een gebakken eitje gegeten maar is de drie opeenvolgende dagen doodziek geweest. Liep helemaal leeg, ik denk een zware voedsel vergiftiging. Niet heen gaan!

Sauber und gepflegt. Gute Lage. Ein paar Schritte und man ist in der Altstadt. Aber auch drumherum gibt's alles was man braucht. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar.

Todo perfecto. Paraguas por si llueve, café de cortesía, agua, La piscina.. lo menos bueno la ducha y el baño junto, que se moja mucho el suelo, pero es típico de los baños del país.

Petit déjeuner à l'anglaise, très bien la chambre a un petit côté old cottage, très sympa et l'emplacement géographique permet de se déplacer aisément.

Absence de rideaux occultant dans les chambres petit inconvénient pour dormir donc rêveil des le petit matin.

De locatie van dit hotel is echt fantastisch. Binnen 10 minuten ben je onder ander bij de Chiang mai night bazaar, maar op zondag ook bij de Sunday walking street! Daarnaast was de goedwerkende airco heel fijn.

De foto’s op Booking.com zijn zeer gedateerd. Verwacht niet teveel van deze accommodatie. Meubilair in de gezamenlijke ruimtes zijn erg oud en doorgezakt en mogelijk bij de plaatselijke kringloop bij elkaar verzameld. De gangen en kamers zijn erg gehorig. Daarnaast is er bij het zwembad weinig zit/lig plek. Bij ons was het rustig, maar wanneer het hotel vol is kan ik me voorstellen dat je geen plekje hebt bij het kleine zwembad. Het ontbijt is ook erg minimaal en wordt niet echt bijgevuld. Meerendeel van het personeel spreekt geen Engels en begroeten je dan ook niet.

Nos querían cobrar 30€ por 2 toallas porque se habían machado de tinte y no habían ni intentado lavarlas. (Las lavamos nosotras y se fue la mancha sin problema).

The location is great, close to the night bazaar, several nice Thai and western restaurants and good street food is also not too far away. If you like shopping, there are many options. The staff is friendly and efficient. There's a nice breakfast buffet every morning. I got a really great deal, so I extended my stay for another week.

As with any tourist destination, there lots of people on the street trying to hustle you for money. The hotel itself is not a problem, but the area has some. I always felt that me and my money were safe, but the pressure can get a bit tiresome.

We requested rooms together and they made that happen. The rooms were clean, air worked well, nice hot water. The pool was great. The location was also awesome. Lots of massage places, food places, etc. in the area. Great place to stay!

Internet worked but wasn't as fast or strong as we wanted.

Wir waren zu früh zum Checkin, konnten unsere Rucksäcke aber dort lassen, um direkt in die Stadt zu gehen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, ganz nah zum Night Bazaar.

Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die Pooltücher nicht immer ganz frisch waren.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. They provided luggage scale, and each room had an umbrella. They also kindly gave me an extra raincoat when I needed one. Another thing I liked was the common area behind the reception, which is a good place to relax or work. The pool was also very refreshing, and the surrounding area was pleasant.

The downside during my stay was the Wi-Fi. It wasn’t very reliable, which made it a bit difficult to work online at times.

The hotel was in a great location with the night market and main bars being less than ten minutes walk. Old city about 15 minutes walk. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms where a good size with big bathroom, everything worked. Comfortable bed. Great value for money - would stay again.

Room was slightly dated, had a issue with locking my door but staff explained to push the button inside rather than using key. Breakfast room in centre of hotel was rather hot. - Only minor issues.

I like the hotel location as it is close to many things in chiang mai. Met some lovely people those are pool and a lift to the 4th floor which is really helpful when you carry in big bags.

Our rooms weren't entirely clean and the shower was in the same vicinity as the toilet. So every time you had a shower or the toilet got soaked, and the whole bathroom floor kind of flooded. You did have to pay for extras.In the mini bar, most places you kind of get it included. The curtains were terrible, so we would get working up by the light.Really quick and ourl sleep wouldn't be that great.

This hotel is perfect for budget travelers! The staff went above and beyond to help me during my stay. The lady that works the late night reception desk, walked to 7 Eleven at 10pm to get me change! The room was good and very affordable!

I asked for a quiet room, far away from main road when I booked the hotel. However, it was quite fully booked on my 1st night, I was in a room faced the road, a bit noisy at midnight. The good thing is, the staff was very kind to help me to change to a quiet room next day.

Good value for money, OK location, reception staff exceptional all around!

Cleaning could be better, spiders and insects in the room. No hand soap, got 2 ear-buds when we came, but no refill over 10 days. Our shampoo and body wash containers were broken on arrival for the 10 days we were there and didn’t get replaced. Screws to hold the balcony door loose, door that contained the freezer could use some WD-40.

La non étanchéité des chambres... C'est traditionnel en bois precieux c'est beau mais il y a des petites fissures sur l'extérieur pour laisser circuler l'air donc la clim perd de son efficacité et les moustiques peuvent rentrer facilement. Heureusement vous avez une prise anti moustique dans la chambre. Le lit est très grand en largeur mais si comme moi vous êtes grand, vos pieds dépassent
