The cleanliness of the plates and the pans. They weren’t well cleaned at all. And there isnt a clear system about what to do with a full trash can. Do they take it out? Do i have to replace the trash bag?

Internet theoretically works. I checked the speed and the download speed is 4mbs. Also no free of. charge cleaning during stay. I would expect that at least the bin could have been emptied.

De geur van badkamer was heel muf, schimmel-achtig, leek wat op geur van afvoer - bijna onmogelijk om er langer dan 3 minuten te blijven: bij nadere inspectie bleek er zich onder lavabo schimmel te bevinden.. Wellicht vanwege tekort aan ventilatie.. De muren van badkamer leken niet gekuist.. Gebrek aan hygiëne.. Matras was ingezakt in het midden.. Frigo maakte zwaar geluid midden in de nacht, dat ik er van wakker werd.. Snoer van TV moest zelf in stopcontact gestoken worden (welke niet afgewerkt leek), waarna TV ook niet werkte.. Spots in plafond waren blauwe LED-verlichting, eerder dan warm geel licht zoals op foto's werd getoond.. Kan serieus verbeterd worden, mag wel voor die prijs.. Kortom: een heel ander beeld dan op foto's werd getoond (Ik verbleef in Business Studio single)

De bedden stonden boven in het appartementje. Hier werd het super warm in midden juli. Zo warm dat we de eerste nacht niet sliepen. Later heben we de matrassen bij de bank beneden gelegd en dat was super koel. Tip!

Struttura poco curata, scarsa pulizia degli ambienti, delle coperte. Bagno senza aerazione e con arredi/sanitari in scarse condizioni. Impossibilità di aprire o chiudere alcune finestre che affacciano sul tetto. Queste finestre sono anche senza tende quindi all' alba entra la luce.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Close to the Leuven train station. Big room. When I stayed in July, it was overall very quiet at night. Dish soap, paper towels, and drying cloths provided.
Insufficient lighting in the room. At night, the one ceiling light illuminated less than the table lamp. The shower box was at least 10 cm higher than the floor, making it harder to get off of it.

The cleanliness was very bad. There was mold in the bathroom, hair of previous guests all over the apartment, and dirt in the corners. The dishes were still dirty inside the drawer, and sticky to the touch. It was loud at night, with people screaming inside the yard. Wifi had some issues.

One of the beds had really bad mattress, felt like broken in the middle. Bathroom is lacking any hinges for towels and the walk in shower without any curtain was annoying. Water was everywhere... we also saw 2 cockroaches.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Leiligheten har en veldig sentral beliggenhet, og sengene hadde rent sengetøy. Rommet hadde blitt pusset opp siden sist vi bodde her, og innsjekking og utsjekking fungerte greit.
Dette er andre gangen vi bor her, og dessverre opplevde vi de samme problemene som for to år siden. Leiligheten var ikke ordentlig rengjort – gulv, vegger og flere overflater var skitne, selv om sengetøyet var rent. Det luktet også mugg på rommet, og det var ingen aircondition, noe som gjorde oppholdet mindre komfortabelt. Vi fikk inntrykk av at renholdspersonalet hadde svært dårlig tid. Det virket som de gjorde det de rakk, men standarden ble likevel for lav. Rommene blir heller ikke rengjort under oppholdet, noe som i seg selv er greit, men da burde det være enkelt å få tak i rene håndklær, toalettpapir, søppelsekker og en oppvaskbørste. Utsjekk kl. 10.00 er også tidlig sammenlignet med de fleste hoteller. Vi ba om sen utsjekk, men fikk bare 30 minutter ekstra. Det mest frustrerende var at strømmen på rommet ble slått av allerede kl. 09.50 – ti minutter før den opprinnelige utsjekkstiden. Rommet ble helt mørkt, noe vi synes er uakseptabelt.

Reviewed May 27, 2026The location was great, very convenient. The premises were clean and the garden courtyard was very pleasant. The rooms were clean.
The bathroom shower cube was a little moldy along the corners on the floor. When the doors of the shower stall are closed shut, there is still a small gap at the bottom where the 2 corners of the doors meet. This is where the water leaks out onto the floor outside so there was a little pool forming in front of the toilet area and around the shower. It had to be mopped up. We were forced to use the kitchen towels and the bath towels.

Reviewed May 26, 2026There is a refrigerator and basic kitchen equipment available, and everything works properly. Also, they provided additional keys, which were very useful for us.
The bathroom lacks a shelf to place personal toiletries. Also, there is no shower gel or shampoo inside the shower cabin — they are only available near the sink, so you have to step out of the shower each time to get them. In addition, the shower head holder was broken and kept falling off during use. There is also nowhere to hang or dry towels. The iron kept tripping the circuit breaker when switched on, so it was impossible to use.

Mugg på badet pga ingen ventilasjon og dårlig rengjøring. Mugg i dusjen. Skitne tallerkener, støv på mange overflater, store spindelvev og støv i taket. Veldog dårlig og lite lys. Veldig lytt mellom rom og gang. Ingen vaskekost eller svamp. Jeg sa ifra til personalet, det ble sent folk neste dag som var innom. De vasket en runde i trappa og oppå skapet, men det var det. Blir veldig varmt og dårlig luft oppe. Det burde gjøres vedlikehold/ oppgradering på alle rom.
