Η υπάλληλος στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν ευγενική και με το χαμόγελο. Εξαιρετική υποδοχή.

Η ανοιχτή ντουζιέρα που είχε σαν αποτέλεσμα να γεμίζει όλη η τουαλέτα νερά και γενικότερα το μπάνιο είχε φθορές που πρέπει να αποκατασταθουν. Επίσης τα στρώματα ήταν κακής ποιότητας και δεν βοηθούσαν για ευχάριστο ύπνο. Χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση.

Wir hatten bei Booking extra den Filter eingestellt, dass ein Parkplatz dabei ist. Vor Ort haben wir dann erfahren, dass dem nicht so ist. Uns wurden von den Rezeption teilweise falsche Informationen gegeben. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, auf dem Badteppich waren viele Flecken. Die Dusche und die Toilette waren nicht ordentlich geputzt und teilweise mit Schimmer versehen. Am Balkon war der Sichtschutz nur aus einzelnen Brettern, weshalb man immer zu den Nachbarn schauen konnte und umgekehrt. Der Pool wurde morgens aufgeräumt, wenn das Fenster dabei offen steht, ist schlafen aufgrund des Lärms nur schwer möglich. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung

Great location and friendly staff. Large balcony with all day sun in the roof terrace. Nice spacious suite/apartment with basic facilities in there. Swimming pool was a nice temperature and got sun most of the day.

The shower was extremely small, making it tricky to shave legs etc. Hair dryer was not good. Bed was very comfy, albeit only a double.

Niets - was perfect

Acceuil très très sympathique, merci Madame. Bon emplacement pour visiter la vieille ville à pieds. Un petit déjeuner buffet simple mais l'essentiel est là et de qualité. Très nombreux restaurants et supermarchés à proximité.

La difficulté pour trouver une place de parking gratuite dans la rue. La douche est très étroite. La décoration est un peu vieillotte mais vu que tout est très propre, on l'oublie très vite.

The staff is so friendly and makes really good recommendations and help you with the parking, which is sometimes not that easy but there is always a solution. The room is huge, it has coffee and tee and you can even cook if you want. The room was spotless and the location is faboulos. You can walk along the beach to the city or just enjoy the beach and the various restaurants on the main street. Thank you for having me.

La struttura era fatiscente. Nel bagno: coprivater rotto e ingiallito, il lavabo con una crepa profonda, la doccia era 60x60 e per entrare dovevi metterti di fianco e durante la doccia tenere le due ante aperte altrimenti non potevi chinarti per lavare dalle ginocchia in giù e la porta, insieme alla maniglia, un reperto archeologico. Il portaasciugamani arrugginito. Lo split dell'aria condizionata era un Daikin di 20 anni fa e alcuni tasti non funzionavano. L'ho fatto presente al Desk ma non mi è stato cambiato. Le piastre nell'angolo cottura erano rotte e anziche' sostituirle ne hanno messo altre con la spina sopra le vecchie! Ai comodini mancavano i pomelli (al loro posto un foro). La piscina e' tanto se e' 4mt x 4mt e alle 14 il sole va via. L'unico aspetto positivo erano le pulizie. A mio avviso dovrebbe essere ristrutturato; per il prezzo che ho pagato (€130 a notte) si puo' avere senz'altro di molto meglio. Molto deludente. Le foto parlano da sole....

A localização é ótima. Ao pé de tudo, a 2 min da praia, de lojas, restaurantes e também dá para caminhar até ao centro histórico.

Lokacija hotela je veoma dobra. Blizu je plaža, šetalište uz plažu koje vodi do centra i luke, marketi, restorani... Osoblje hotela predusretljivo, nasmejano. Sobe se čiste svaki dan i peškiri menjaju, ukoliko ostavimo oznaku na vratima sobe.

Pomoćni ležaj je malo tvrđi i ume biti neudoban. Parking je u određenim delovima dana veoma teško pronaći.

Smell of food and oil, mould in the bathroom. Shower is so small, that man had to come out of it for foaming 😅Air conditioning worked very loud. Beds hard, pillows small and old. Everything was outdated. Elevator stuck between flours and frightened us. Stayed for two nights, because we didn’t find a property for last minute. Hotel swimming pool area is nice.

Todella rauhallinen hotelli hyvällä, mutta rauhallisella sijainnilla. Huone oli siisti, ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Mukava henkilökunta. Allasalue siisti. Sängyt oli hyvät.

Kylpyhuone oli tilava, mutta suihkukaappi oli todella pieni, joka teki peseytymisestä hieman hankalaa. Ehkä sen kokoiseen kylpyhuoneeseen olisi mahdollisuus saada isompi suihkukaappi..

The location is brilliant (10 min walk along seafront to main restaurants/bars) and staff are so lovely.

Shaded pool area after 3pm and the shower is rather small (I had to shower with the door open).

Great location. Walkable to restaurants, shops, the beach and the hwy. We enjoyed the pool. They offered a large selection at the breakfast buffet.

Parking on the street close to the hotel was limited in low season. Likely very challenging in high season.

Vriendelijk personeel, kraaknet

I have stayed here before, so I know just how good an area it is in - close to the beach, restaurants and old town - and how nice the people are who run it. It's superb value for money and from the reception team to the room cleaners, everyone was lovely to deal with. It could be called 'no frills', but you do NOT go to beautiful Rethymno to stay in your hotel room! The little kitchen area was useful for tea/coffee making and perhaps preparing a simple sandwich or similar, but in reality the room offered everything the traveller could want and was kept spotlessly clean by the room staff.

The shower cubicle was rather small, but that is not uncommon in Greece, it seems. Hot water was plentiful and water pressure fine.

Good size room for a studio. Nice shaded balcony, Location excellent for Old Town and beach, with plenty of eating places locally if you didnt want to walk into town. Rooms cleaned regularly with clean sheets and towels as indicated

The shower was smaller than expected even though reviews had stated it was small. Photos of pool area didnt show the reality clearly. The sunbed area and pool were a lot smaller but would have been adequate if you wanted to stay on site. No additional lock on door, staff nearly walked in without notice.

Locatie 1 straat achter de strand boulevard, vlak bij supermarkt en met zwembad.

Krappe douche, weinig parkeermogelijkheden, weinig schaduw op het balkon, donkere kamer zonder ramen (de slaapkamer zat aan de raam kant).

Large terrace with sun beds from room 601, great location to beach, 20 mins flat walk into town along beach front.

Tiny bedroom, limited plugs, have to unplug fridge to use kettle. Old furnishings, very uncomfortable sofa, tiny TV. Tiny shower- the whole place needs a re furbishment. Parking really difficult.

Nur 3min zu Fuß zur Promenade und zum Strand! Lediglich 25 Gehminuten zur Altstadt! Alles sauber und gut eingerichtet! Sehr große Terrasse zum Entspannen! Einfacher Ablauf beim Check-In und Check-Out! Sehr nettes Hotelpersonal! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Άνετο δωμάτιο στο 3ο όροφο. Θέα στο δρόμο - πισίνα Πολύ καθαρό με καθημερινή φροντίδα του χώρου από την καθαρίστρια Κάθε δεύτερη μέρα αλλαγή σε πετσέτες . Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο κ στην παραλία του Ρεθύμνου . Αξιοπρεπές πρωινό.

Πολύ μικρή καμπίνα για ντους ενώ το μπάνιο είναι ευρύχωρο. Η αξία του δωματίου σε σχέση με τον εξοπλισμό δεν είναι αντίστοιχη. Θα έπρεπε φθηνότερη τιμή ή ανανέωση εξοπλισμού.

Lå super sentralt - vi bodde der bare i 2 netter. Før vi flyttet på oss. Var pent å rent- Utrolig hjelpsomme personalet- vi ankom midt på natten.

Fabulous cleaning, comfy beds and really good pillows, efficient aircon, big enough room for 3 people.

No proper bar/cafe serving by the pool. Pool was smaller and shallower than what we expected.

Lovely big one bed apartment on the top floor with a huge sunny terrace. Comfortable bed and sofa. It had everything we needed. Fantastic friendly staff on reception and a lovely hard working cleaner who came in every day and was meticulous. We loved our stay.

Tiny,tiny shower with erratic hot/cold water. We managed but it wasn’t a shower you could take your time in.

everyone complained about small shower, however, I have to say that the water flow and drainage of the water were excellent which is much more important than the shower being large, making the shower experience great.

The location is perfect for the beach, bars and restaurants. About 20 minutes walk to the beautiful old town too. Air conditioning was wonderful and daily housekeeping kept the apartments spotlessly clean. Reception staff were always happy to help with information on the area. Pool area was quiet and never a problem to get a sunbed and parasol.

We were in a one bedroom apartment and didn't appreciate that the kitchen living area didn't have a window, this made it feel a bit claustrophobic at times. The kitchenette was functional but only had a fridge, two hobs and a kettle. Would have been good to have had a microwave and/or a toaster. The bathroom was large but, as others have stated, a very small shower. The air-conditioning unit was situated on the balcony, which meant you were blasted with hot air if you were sat out there with air con switched on for others inside

Spacious and comfortable room. Staff cleaning the hotel and room every day. Friendly staff which helped us with a parking spot (blocking their exit), because all parking spots in the streets were occupied. Nice pool.

This hotel is very clean and close to supermarkets, restaurants and beach. We enjoyed the walk into old town. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, Agape had answers to our many questions! Our apartment was very roomy and kitchen well equipped. There is no designated parking but we were always able to find a space within a block. We would definitely book here again!

Apartment was cleaned each day apart from weekend. No problem getting beds by the pool. Staff were friendly.

The apartment we had, had a very dark kitchen/sitting room. We had to turn lights on in daytime. The shower was the worst I have ever experienced - Extremely small, so had to have shower doors open while showering. This lead to wet bathroom floor! Small balcony, and because of position of apartment, it got shaded over early in the evening, about 5pm, same with the pool area. WiFi practically non existent.

The staff are just incredible in all honesty, they helped with every request that we had they even gave me their worker's hair dryer to help me. They have a beautiful positive attitude and explain everything so gracefully! The location is around 15 mins walk from the "center" of Rethymno. We never had a problem with the parking, there was always a spot available. The room was clean and spaciou and the beds were comfy. A great stay overall!

Very good location, near Rethymno beach, many shops, bars and restaurants in the area, however the hotel is really quiet. Staff is excellent, really friendly and eager to help with any request.

Very small shower enclosure that was almost unusable. Tired and dated decor. Poor leaky aircon. Non-functioning aircon. Toilet not flushing - Only fixed that day after complaining that “next day” wasn’t acceptable (there was a further unannounced visit as we were getting ready to go out).

It was worth the money , We toured crete all the time so we didn't stay too much at the hotel, so we just needed a good place to stay , kleoniki mare was clean , spacious room , organized , friendly staff , it was worth the money ,

Shower was so small and in rough shape. Sliding doors didn't slide shut. So small you can barely turn around in it.

Very friendly small hotel. Morning and evening receptionist staff went out of their way to help. Cleaners work very hard rooms attended to every day and the hotel itself was very clean. Breakfast included, which was buffet style, worked very well for me. Receptionist Maria also does the breakfast and is on hand to keep the plates topped up. Fruit, yoghurt, cold meats, cheese, cereal, bread, croissants etc and toast of course. Walking distance to beach, shops and many restaurants and bars. Would definitely like to come again.

Room didn't have a microwave or toaster. But did have a 2 ring hob. Wasn't really a problem but couldn't think of what was not too like about this hotel! Maybe swimming pool children's area could do with a bit adding to make it more inviting for families.

Hotel bien situé, proche de la plage et du centre ville. Seul bémol pas de parkind, il faut trouver une place de stationnement dans la rue, ce qui n est pas toujours facile.

The staff was friendly and explained everything we needed to know. The room was okay, the mini kitchen was clean.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, there was a lot of limescale in the shower. And that green stuff on the showerhead is either algae or mould. The shower is very small, you can barely turn around, although the size of the bathroom is large enough. The airco could not keep up with the size of the room. The place was probably good 10 years ago when it had its 3 stars (you can notice on the towels). It's a shame they are letting it fall apart like this.

Is very close to the beach and shops! Easy to walk around the old town! The staff are nice and helpful! They understand English and speak as well! The receptionist Agapy is a really great person! We will definitely come back! Check out is at 12 which is perfect

Agapi was extremely helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Beds were fantastic. Will use again next time we are in Rethymno.

This is a nice hotel. We had the only room on the top (5th Floor) with a large outdoor terrace. It does face south though and gets very hot, if you want some shade then this is not the room for you. There are 2 air-cons in the apartment which worked extremely well to keep the place cool. Pool is good and was quiet when we were there. Hotel is just one block from the beach which was lovely. It was about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town.

The bed in our room was a foam mattress and to be honest was not that comfortable. It was a double bed only, and not the usual 2 singles that you get in a double room.

The location is wonderful, only a short walk to the beach and a very nice promenade that leads to the Old Town Rethymno. Plenty of restaurants and shops very close to the hotel. A supermarket is located one block away.

close to beach, shops, supermarkets. my room was a good size, and clean and had a well equipped kitchenette with fridge and a two burner stove and had a good sized balcony. Breakfast can be purchased for about eight euros. However there are many restaurants close by should one feel like breakfast overlooking the sea. I caught a taxi from the bus station (about 10-12 euros). It’s roughly 2 kms. I would happily stay here again. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Siisti hotelli. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotelli kävelyetäisyydellä vanhasta kaupungista. Suihkukoppi oli klaustrofobiaa aiheuttava, muutoin hyvä hotelli isolla parvekkeella.
