La ubicación. Bastante lejos del centro

Hotel excelente, muy cómodo y limpio. Gran desayuno y muy amable el personal.

Nice view and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillow. Free shuttle to airport.

none. Location is a little far from city center, but closer to the airport.

The hotel was amazing, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, i loved the stay & it was very happy to receive a last minute surprise. I recommend this hotel for everyone who needs to have a relax holiday.

The hotel is very nice overall, with a top floor swimming pool. There are a few nice restaurants in the area, and a mall (RT-mart I think is the name) that was actually great (good food, cheap clothes, Hong Kong waffles). They were very kind to accept changing my reservation as my plan changed.

Nothing, but I was expecting the hotel to be closer to the center of Shanghai. It takes about an hour (20 min walk, then subway with a change) to reach the center.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping service was very good. The rooms were clean, although the furniture felt a little dated, and the room had a slight smell that could be improved. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, but we would have appreciated a wider variety of choices.

The room had a slight odor that could be improved.

Overall, the hotel was very good, and the staff were friendly. The housekeeping staff were especially warm and welcoming. I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to Disneyland and the scheduled shuttle service, which made getting there very convenient.

The only drawback was that the room had a noticeable odor.

the staff are really helpful, and very friendly. I especially like to thank Simon for his extraordinary help to make the stay comfortable.

cant think of anything

Incredible that at the Front desk, they do not speak English. We asked for towels for the five days of our stay for three guests (as we booked a three-guest room). And we never had the towels for the three of us.

Stayed here several times and it's always excellent

Nothing

Had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious. Staff was polite and helpful throughout the visit. Breakfast had good variety, and the location was convenient for travel. Overall, a pleasant experience and worth the price.

Pretty much ok

Little bit old hotel with sings of obsolescence. 20 minutes walk to subway station

Good location, great selection of cafe and restaurants are just on the same street. Friendly staff, check in & out made quick & easy. Free bus shuttle to Disneyland.

Nothing

Everything, we've stayed at this hotel over 10 times now and it just keeps getting better

Nothing

people at the reception were unable to speak english making correspondence difficult

Wonderful staff, good location in regards to Disney, and great breakfast options

A little far from SHA airport, so shuttles not available for this one. There are also time limits, so if your arrival is late, a shuttle will not be available.

Lovely hotel - friendly staff, nice room, great pool good breakfast

More out the city that I thought

Staff were very friendly and some were helpful.

Says there is an airport shuttle but they don’t actually run it. Tried to get a coffee down at the coffee lounge/bar at 10am, saw other people drinking coffee but waited 20 minutes and no one turned up to serve us. Tried to book return transport to the airport using Holiday Inns recommended concierge (book via the QR codes in the room), however car didn’t turn up and staff wouldn’t help or call the company for me to find out what was happening, they didn’t seem to care and we had to book something else last minute. Luckily we had planned for extra time getting to the airport or we could’ve been late.

Nice buffet breakfast, clean and spacious room

Laundry service is not free. Most hotels are free

Wokół hotelu mnóstwo knajpek i centrum handlowe.,

Location is nice, relatively close to the airport by taxi. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and there is a choice of pillows (soft&hard) which is a nice touch. Shuttle is available if agreed with advance (however we did not use it). There is a shopping center with supermarket and fast foods just next to the hotel, and some other stores around the hotel. Hotel also has restaurant, bar and room service. Metro station is also close, some 10-15 minutes walk.

Upon check-in, we were asked to pay a rather large deposit (500 CNY) even though Booking and my reservation do not state it anywhere in rules. However, it was refunded few days after check-out, but it would still be nice to inform the guests that deposit is expected. Pool receptionist - she waited until we are in bathing suits and ready to go, to tell us that we are not allowed to go without swimming caps. Again, this is not stated anywhere in rules, on reception, and we were not informed in advance.

Good location

Hotel is really clean and comfortable. No bad smells in the room and no mould in the bathroom. What was exceptional was the staff. Simon Chen in particular made our stay very comfortable. He went out of his way to help us even before we arrived, and was very accommodating and helpful with various requests throughout our stay. The hotel is also in a good location - far enough from downtown to be quiet and peaceful, but still with plenty of good restaurants and a mall and convenience stores nearby. We had everything we needed while staying here. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return again.

Breakfast food was alright but can be improved :)

I liked everything in the Hotel, since the arrival until the finish stay

Nothing
