上海ディズニーランドに行くために利用しました。 ディズニーまで電車で一駅でアクセスが良かった点と値段がディズニー・ホテルに比べて安かったのが決め手です。 また空港ーホテル間、ディズニーーホテル間の無料バスがあるのがとても便利でした。 スタッフは全員英語が通じて、とても丁寧な対応をしてくれました。 妻との旅行で中国は不安でしたが、このホテルに泊まって不安な気持ちがなくなりました。 部屋は比較的新しくモダンで落ち着いたデザインでワインがボトルでプレゼントされ、コーラは1日1回補充されます。 シャワーの水圧も強く問題なし。英語と日本語の表記もちゃんとあります。 プールも使えます。 夜はお粥を無料で食べれます。 次に上海ディズニーランドへ行く時は、必ずこのホテルにしようと思うくらいおすすめです。

ホテル周辺(敷地内)が泥があったり、砂っぽかったり、ちょっと汚かったのが気になりましたが、中国ならそれくらいは許容範囲です。ホテル内は清掃されていて綺麗でした。

Really good location for Disneyland. One stop on the metro or you can use the free shuttle bus which was really handy. The rooms were q good size, very comfortable and clean so overall it was great value for us. We also liked that there are shops and eating facilities within the compound which was very helpful after a long day at Disney.

The room was large, the bathroom was high quality, the breakfast was of excellent quality, the restaurant was open late and though a bit expensive the food was great. It's location could not have been better.

Everything was perfect up to the point of leaving. We had organised a taxi to take us to the airport due to a very early departure, but it was like the job was given to somebody's relative at a cost of double what a real taxi would charge. His vehicle was dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. We booked 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. It offers so much in terms of value for money. Our room was on the small side for 2 adults and 1 child with big luggage, but the king bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with a good mix of asian and western options, although we much preferred the Asian. We ordered food to our room which took a while, but it was hot and delicious. The location is good too. There are 2 convenience stores right on the doorstep of the hotel, or you can order everything to be delivered to the hotel lobby. The first mini bar is free every day and there is water, beer, and soft drinks to choose from. The kids play area was really nice, and we took advantage of the free shuttle to Disney and the airport. Before going to Disney, I recommend checking the opening times of the little boutique offering dress-up and make-up options in the hotel lobby first, which might save you a penny later at the resort. You can also rent a stroller at the hotel, which we did for the day, and saved time by not queuing for one at the resort. The reception staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful, and the lady at the desk by the restaurant was also friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a laundry room in the basement where you can wash and dry your clothes for a very small fee and all the machines work well. My daughter had her 5th birthday on one of the days and we had a lovely little birthday surprise in our room for her upon arrival. We used the outdoor pool, which isn't huge, but it's nice to have a little swim and relax when it's hot out. Overall we had a fantastic stay and I cannot fault a thing. If you're looking for a no-frills value-for-money family stay, then this is the place.

I had a massage on one of the days, and I have to mention that the spa isn't a spa at all, but a small treatment room off the lobby area, which means you can hear everything going on in the lobby during the treatment. There was also a concerning amount of mould on the ceiling of that room. I didn't find the cashier lady or her male colleague working there particularly friendly, but my massage was very good and the price was great. The room and bathroom felt a bit old.

Die Nähe zum Disneyland, kostenloser Shuttebus Service zum Flughafen, Disneyland und Shanghai The Bund. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr entgegenkommend und hat uns das Frühstück noch eingepackt für den Abflugtag, obwohl wir sehr spät eingecheckt haben am vorherigen Abend. In unmittelbarer Umgebung waren mehrere Convenience Stores, die wir aber leider nicht in Erfahrungen bringen konnten aufgrund des sehr kurzen Aufenthalts. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal =)

空港へのシャトルバスが一時間に1本あるともっと便利だと思った。

I love the friendly staff I love the free shuttle bus to Disneyland and also to the airport I love the restaurant. It was amazing food. I love the room itself. It was so comfortable, clean and modern! They gave us slippers and toothbrushes etc for the children. I love the architecture of the hotel I love the kids facilities in the hotel I love the pool and the gym I love the wellness Centre and the massage that I got I love how they supply water and drinks in the fridge in the room

I wish the restaurant was open between lunch and dinner, like I wish it was open all day and I wish it was open past 9 pm. I wish it was open later. That’s the only thing I can really fault with the whole hotel. Everything else was amazing.

Tienen traslado desde el aeropuerto que funciona muy bien. Está a 5 minutos de Disneyland Shanghai y puedes ir tanto con el bus del hotel como en metro. (a nosotros el metro nos funcionaba mejor porque te deja más cerca de la entrada que la parada del bus). Hotel muy cómodo, instalaciones buenas y personal amable.

El bufette de desayuno es muy grande, pero está pensado solo para chinos y hay muy poco para un desayuno occidental. Tienen un corner que dice "comida occidental", pero apenas hay algo de queso.

Замечательный отель для тех, кто приехал в Шанхай с целью посетить Диснейленд. Просторные, чистые номера, каждодневная уборка, обновление запаса питьевой воды и принадлежностей для ванной комнаты. Очень пригодились бесплатные трансферы от отеля непосредственно до Диснейленда, а также до центра Шанхая. Все работает чётко и вовремя. Трансферами до аэропортов и вокзала не пользовались, но они так же организованы. Так как летом Диснейленд пользуется высоким спросом, места в шаттлах лучше заказывать заранее, о чем отель предупреждает отдельным письмом. Рядом с гостиницей есть 2 "магазина у дома", где можно приобрести какие-то мелочи и продукты, а также закусочная. В самом отеле так же имеется ресторан, на завтраках есть всё необходимое.

За время проживания в отеле минусов не обнаружено, всё очень достойно.

Очень отзывчивый дружелюбный персонал. Отель очень удобный и комфортный для семейного отдыха с детьми.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and eager to help us with whatever we needed. Snacks and water on hand in the lobby were great. The shuttles were very handy and the staff helped us book them. Rooms were as shown in the listing. Two convenient stores close by.

Average but ok breakfast. The hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed.

My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful, kind and professional.

You could build a storage cupboard for the pushchairs and think about the decor that has been added (mainly Disney) - it took away from the ambience of the hotel. A mirror in my room would have been perfect!

The hotel was great, the room had everything we needed and more. The shuttle buses were great and the location from the airport and to Disney was ideal. We would definitely stay again when visiting Shanghai Disney.

The concierge was absolutely fantastic, with his attention to detail, reliability and friendliness. Within walking distance to the metro so possible to get to and from Disney independently rather than be too organised and meet shuttle times.

If you have small children and you want to take them to Disneyland……fine….go there. If you don’t….stay as far away as possible. Food dreadful. Swimming pool area terrible. Ambience shocking….you are greeted by dozens of children’s strollers, stuffed toys etc. Totally misleading photos! Only saving grace was room was spacious and comfortable, luckily, as there was nowhere to sit and relax, and the manager was very kind and helpful. Had to eat sweets brought from Istanbul as presents as the food was inedible!!! You have been warned!!!!!

We hadden 2 kamers. 1 kamer met goede airco, 1 waarvan de airco niet goed werkte. Eerst kregen we een ventilator aangeboden, maar na weigering kregen we een andere kamer aangeboden. De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes hebben geen airco. De wifi is waardeloos. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid maar het Westers gedeelde is onvoldoende, en niet kwalitatief. Ik beoordeel hier op het feit dat we over een 5 sterren hotel spreken. Dat is het niet. Overal vind je paravents die rommel verbergen, overal staan machines, troep die verborgen wordt. Dat doet af aan de ervaring.

Fijn hotel, met ruime kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. Eén metrohalte van Disneyland. Metrohalte ligt op loopafstand. Ontbijt is heel fijn veel opties om uit te kiezen. Qua afstand naar bekendere plekken zoals the Bund en Franse Wijk ben je met de metro al snel 45 min tot een uur onderweg

Le service ( boissons fraîches à la disposition des clients ), la gentillesse, le personnel étaient très attentifs à nos besoins , nous avons pu communiquer en anglais sans soucis, à l'arrivée très tôt le matin nous avons pu nous reposer dans une chambre avant que la nôtre soit prête. C'est un hôtel idéal pour les familles il y a une atmosphère de Disney.Sejour magique.

Вид из окна на промзону. Возможно, для семей со взрослыми детьми стоило убрать палатку из номера, чтобы было побольше места, а также поменять тапочки и халат на взрослый для ребенка 13 лет.

I like the complimentary snacks and ginger tea upon arrival. It was convenient. I like that they assigned people for shuttle bus other than the main concierge for check-in and check-out. I love the decor, layout and interior of the room–intentional.

TODO, no volveré este hotel, fue la gran decepción del viaje, parecía moderno pero en pleno verano NO PONEN EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO POR AHORRAR ni en habitaciones ni en el resto del hotel. Nos quejamos tres veces y dijeron que ellos lo veían bien (24 grados siempre en la habitación). El mismo fallo con la atención, éramos 6 y TODOS los días tuvimos que reclamar dos toallas más. Resumiendo, si en un hotel 4/5* no has estado cómodo es que algo ha fallado.

入住的一天房門口有一大包垃圾，要退房那天房門口又ㄧ大包垃圾。吹風機吹出來冷風，反應後拿了一支吹出來是熱風但是開關是壞掉的吹風機來給我。睡2晚都過敏，懷疑床單房間沒打掃乾淨

上海ディズニーから配車サービスを利用し、約20分ほどのところにありました。 シャトルバスは事前予約が必要とのことでしたので今回は利用しませんでした。ただ、チェックイン時に利用するか確認をしてくださいましたので、空きがあれば対応いただけるのかもしれません。お部屋は水回りを含め広く綺麗で、快適でした。フロントでは、日本語英語での対応をしていないようでしたが、直ぐに翻訳機を出し丁寧に質問にも答えてくださり、よく気遣ってくださる印象でとても感謝しています。滞在前に部屋についてサイト経由で質問した際も、丁寧に対応くださいました。また訪れることがあればぜひ利用したいホテルでした。

The breakfast was really nice. Our room in general was great and really spacious. I think there were free drinks in the fridge. Quite close to Shanghai Disney, if you are not interested in staying on Disney property.

We wanted to use the AC as we like it cold in our room. After calling reception, we were informed that apparently the AC was not in use "since it was still March" and the man at the phone laughed at us. However, the AC worked well in the reception and restaurant area. We suspect that he just wasn't willing to come up to our room at 10 pm. Also, the promised free shuttle only was available at certain times which did not suit our departure time from the airport. We thought we can take it whenever. The hotel should advertise this more clearly.

The size of the room is great, bed is big enough for 2 adults and 1 kid. The free buses to airport and disney are bonus to our stay.

The room was generally quite clean but there was some urine smell in the toilet area even after flushing. Spot some food stain on the utensil in the hotel resturant. Abit disppointing for the international hotel brand.

В целом проживание было прекрасным. В номере нет балкона, но огромный плюс, что можно было открыть окно и запустить воздух. Со всеми вопросами, что возникали, связанные с номером, пытались решить. Огромный плюс это коляски в аренду.

Мне не понравилась не понятная система с ужином в ресторане. Кухня только китайская, сразу никто не спешит тебе объяснить как сделать заказ.

Overall environment is very good and convenient for stay. Kids enjoy the children playground and the facilities are well maintained. The staff are very helpful.

Only 1 thing to feedback, The red wine given is not good. The taste is very bad and the taste was kind of diluted with water. This needs to improve.

Limited choice of restaurant within walking distance. Swimming was closed until June, was not stated during booking. One of the reasons to book was thinking to use the swimming pool and gym facilities.

Overall the property was well maintained and the rooms were of a generous size. The gardens were spectacular and beautifully maintained. Staff were very accommodating and helpful despite the language barrier. The location in the French Concession was tremendous. I would recommend the hotel based on location and grounds alone.

The room was a little outdated in design. The electric smart WC failed on one occasion making it a rather unpleasant till they fixed the problem. The hotel AC system mysteriously shut off one night and it was very warm in the room. The hotel made no effort to compensate us for the trouble. More needs to be done to look after their guests.

Our room on Level 6 had a random step that was overlooking the roof, granting the bed was comfy. Lots of smokers outside the main foyer, no designated smoking area? Or was that the smoking area? Even through the lobby you'd smell the second hand smoke. Hope there was more lighting at night, after the last bus ride form Disney, the driver dropped us off on the street instead of the front of the foyer area, front was crowded with a couple of vendors and smokers.

Great location for Disneyland. They provide a shuttle bus to and from Disneyland Shanghai. Make sure you book in advance (2 days before departure). They also have a shuttle bus to downtown, make sure you ask the concierge for the schedule and booking. The room is a standard Novotel chain, which is always great, clean, and comfortable.

This hotel had the best ever water pressure of any shower in a hotel t b at I havecever stayed in. Excellent buffet breakfast in the morning plenty of options would never go hungary. Spacious room comfy beds . Friendly helpful staff everywhere in the hotel. Couple of soft drinks included for free in the mini bar fridge. Free shuttle to t GG e airport a bonus. Would c definitely stay again.
