Miła obsługa, doskonałe śniadania. Czystość w pokoju jak i całym obiekcie.
房间舒适干净卫生,餐厅好吃😋,前台接待非常专业。值得一去。还将我把遗留的物品快递回来,太友好了。

Breakfast buffet
The lack of food for Muslims, such as meat and chicken
I was using this hotel as an overnight stay in transit. While I thought it was t far from the airport, it was more than a 30 minute taxi ride. It took a long time to convince the driver to take me there, because no one had ever heard of the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t great for me, as a foreigner, but it might be better for a Chinese person. Staff was very nice, though. Room was so cramped there was barely enough space to open my suitcase!
i like overall to hotel
A nice and beautiful hotel
Great hotel. Newly renovated. Close to metro line 11 so quite convincing to go to Disney. Staff speaks good English. Great hospitality. But ask for rooms facing away from the boulevard, as it could get noisy in the morning. Everything else is good
Very comfotable bed, delicious breakfast with lots of choices
Receptionists were really friendly and helpful.
Staff needs to be more trained in English services.
Facilities are old. Breakfast is below average.
Old building renovated to a hotel Price is cheap for shanghai but it’s good value 600 meter walk from the train 1000m from Mercedes Benz stadium Yes there is better but if you need a safe place clean sheets and good bathroom then it’s ok No frills. No mini bar.
We came as a tour group with my family for 3 nights, PROS, large room for twin bed, excellent bed, they have free bottled water. free slipper, and they provide toiletries, near to mart and restaurant CONS, the breakfast serve from day 1 to 3 always the same, the air conditioner control have no English translation so we cant adjust the room temperature into warm since we came in winter season, hotel staff not accommodating if you speak in English, so for 3 days language is a barrier
We went there as part of an Aussie tour group. Not the best as it was not geared at all to western tourists. Government run, I think, and the desk couldn’t give a damn about us. Too far out of the city centre too, given Shanghai traffic. Not recommended.
Came here with our tour group. On pulling up looked nondescript but has been given a trendy revamp. Bed comfy. A couple of food options adjacent to the Hotel. Not much English spoken but you can get by with pointing at pictures. The buffet pretty ordinary. The coffee machine had broken down. Be better to have kona coffee pots instead of these tiny machines with a tube running into uht milk. No restaurant on site so food laid out in bain maries.
Excellent bed and very clean. The breakfast buffet was as very diverse. the staff was excellent. The only draw back was the language translation. We did find staff the did speak and understand english.
Not very easy to reach because of a building spree in the area. Room was spacious and clean. At breakfast, it's quite difficult to find your way around in order to get some coffee and danishes, just because there was none. Not very welcome to western tourists, There were a lot of items missing and it was quite disappointing. But altogether it was fine.
This hotel was one of 6 we stayed on with intertrips tour group. Last 2 days before we went home. Not next to anything but not far from Disney and free shuttle was incl if you wanted. Nice breakfast buffet included. Clean and very relaxing but no english on staff and tv remotes were not able to read.
Wassim Hotel is located about 30 minuntes ride from the CBD or The Bund. The hotel room is quite small and not so user friendly. Besides, the TV reception system is quite poor. Breakfast is pretty average.
This is a nice hotel in a residential and shopping area with no metro station access. The rooms are nice and clean and of good size. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection of food and continues to be restocked as needed. None of the staff speaks English. There is a nice shopping mall about a 15 minute walk down the street. The mall also includes a nice move theater and a large hypermarket.
Stayed a couple of nights in this hotel and found that there are a lot of people staying here. There are many Chinese business men, tour groups, conference people staying at the hotel at the same time but the front desk only had 2 people working who spoke no English. The hotel is also far from Shanghai city center but close to a metro station and many eateries. There is also many people in the area so the main street nearby is very lively at night. The hotel room was adequate and had everything you might need. The bed was comfortable and the linens, towel and toiletries were all good quality. The buffet breakfast was excellent but due to the large number of people, it took some time to get food and find a table. This hotel is above average but I would recommend staying closer to Shanghai city center because travel time by metro or taxi is a bit much.
This hotel is an hour from anything good in Shanghai but it makes up for that with its quality and comfort. Clean, quiet, good breakfast, quality service. HIgh quality property. We were here as part of a tour group
This hotel is extremely close to Shanghai Disneyland. It is an old style hotel but it has been fully renovated. The buffet is really good and has a lot to choose from. The rooms are clean and well lit. The hotel has a quiet and cozy atmosphere.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel as part of a tour and whilst it was about an hour from Shanghai central it was a good five star facility. The room was quite large with two double beds, lounge and desk. It had all the trimmings of any western hotel. The staff spoke very little english however we did not experience any difficulties. The breakfast buffet was extensive and catered for both western and chinese guests. The location is excellent if you were to visit Shanghai Disney.
Location : This is located in Pudong, near Airport. So convenient for the travellers. Check in : was too slow. The receptiin was crowded and only 02 persons to take care off. Language is a big barrier in China. Room : was spacious. When I opended the door, a foul smell welcomed me. Dont know this was from the bathroom or outside. The rooms are big and have all the amenities from iron to safe. The mattress quality was good and so was the sleep qyality. Breakfast : spread was vast. Mostly Chinese stuff and continental. Enjoyable. Checkout : was smooth. There is a superstore nearby so you can buy necessary items from there. Fit to stay.
Rooms were comfortable. We had a nonsmoking room that smelled like stale smoke. Rugs could have been shampooed. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was great with everything a local or Westerner could want. Staff was friendly and helpful.
We stayed at this hotel on our last stop of our China guided tour. The hotel was comfortable and clean. We had some minor issues with the room and while staff seemed friendly, there were some language issues and we were unable to resolve our concerns. Food was nice for breakfast and dinner. Nothing much around the hotel.
Very good. Nice rooms, ample space. Good size bathroom. Breakfast is mostly traditional although if you prefer a western breakfast you can have cereal, eggs & toast. If you are hungry of an evening there is a good buffet available which is vey reasonably priced. If you prefer a non-smoking room then you should make that request at time of booking, I think there were two floors that were non-smoking. The hotel is approximately halfway between the airport and city. There aren't really any ammenities around the hotel.
This was our second hotel in Shanghai and whilst it is a bit out of the main Shanghai city area, it was a great place to use as our base for our last 3 days in Shanghai. The Wassim hotel is in Pudong new area ( a suburb of Shanghai). Pudong has a large shopping centre with a cinema and a number of local restaurants and is a short walk from the Wassim . The Wassim hotel is mid size but it is neat, clean and tidy and the staff go out of their way to assist. The hotel rooms are very well appointed and very comfortable. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay in Shanghai this is it. A bus ride to the city or to the local subway is the best way to get around the area and see the city of Shanghai
Just wanted to take the opportunity to first thank Hubert, the Asst Manager at the hotel for all his help in changing our rooms and then ordering food for us. I must say although there was a language barrier but it was made easy with the help of smart phones. The hotel was clean.. The staff were very kind and friendly. They did not accept tips too..
